I was on business trip to outskirt branch, limited internet connection, and my card was stolen, it caused me lost myuss membership since couldnt reply the notification as well as receiving new card. Then when back to HQ, I contacted the support team and told the situation I had. A nice support center lady, Elaine, replied and help me for reinstating my account together with retrieving my packages back to my suite. Shes very professional and the most important thing was, understanding my situation and wants. After 2 working days, everything were back to normal and problem solved. Awesome!

Now thats what I call and inspection, MyUS are always surprise me with their actions, I recently bought a package in which each item is related to another, and I can't buy a spare parts, as there are to many parts and its expensive, the package was ordered before that terrible storm hit Florida, initial logging showed me 2 part were missing, how ever after I contacted MyUS support, they have spent a real effort taking care of this problem, and thanks to them all my items are now in my Suite and I can't wait till they ship it to me.
It is to say its been two years now as their member, they made me feel like I live in the USA in term of buying from USA market.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
