Now thats what I call and inspection, MyUS are always surprise me with their actions, I recently bought a package in which each item is related to another, and I can't buy a spare parts, as there are to many parts and its expensive, the package was ordered before that terrible storm hit Florida, initial logging showed me 2 part were missing, how ever after I contacted MyUS support, they have spent a real effort taking care of this problem, and thanks to them all my items are now in my Suite and I can't wait till they ship it to me.
It is to say its been two years now as their member, they made me feel like I live in the USA in term of buying from USA market.
