As a first time MyUS user, I'm not familiar with the whole process. Kamal explained the part of the process when the items reach the warehouse and get placed in My Suite. I hope the rest of the process will be as efficient, as a classic motorbike rebuilder I can se myself use this service a fair bit.

They are not legit. You asked me to confirm if I agree on costs the service; which I do, and subsequently increase it without sufficient justification. The shipment weighed more after youselves pack it, but it can not be passed on to me in the final price. I do not think this behavior would be serious. Sorry for my poor english.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
