Mr. Lindell and his My Pillow scam is based on the same business model as Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-A, Cracker Barrel and Home Depot. These businesses use their openly homophobic, misogynistic social views as tools to sell their substandard products to a customer base that places hatred ahead of product quality. A My Pillow is full of shredded open cell foam, just like countless pillows found in WalMart for $4 each.

Have had a hard time getting a good night sleep for a few years... Bought this so Called great pillow. And still can only get about 4-5 hours a night sleep... Turned me off totally for any other purchase... If the pillow makes no difference, and that is the basis of the company name... Why would any other product make any difference... Pathetic... Just throwing a lot of money into advertising for a mediocre product line...

My pillow is over rated its not that good, as many times i have seen mikes commercials, whitch come on every time commercials come on, has become so annoying now i wouldnt own a my pillow mememe, mymymy, has become so annoying cant stand him wouldnt ever but another one way to many commercials $#*! hole

I just got my pillow used two days and I do like it every pillow purchased in store has been terrible the my pillow I don't feel the chunks but not my favorite however other than Best Western hotel pillows the my pillow is awesome and I wouid buy again

Total ripoff

Ordered 2 pillows on website.

Pillows arrived and totally disappointed no support nothing different to a regular pillow.

Returned pillows had 25 dollars cut for shipping.

So what full refund are they talking about.

Their customer service is not resolving my issues on my new pillow topper. I even sent the following email to the owner Mike with no response: Mike, I am having a problem with my bed topper, have worked with your customer service for the last 2 weeks with no satisfaction. Order #******* You need to get this corrected otherwise I will need to give you a one star rating.

Ok pillow, i guess, until it rupped and tiny pieces of foam were everywhere.
I've been trying to get a guaranteed replacement pillow for months.
Lousy customer service asks for receipts, pictures, information that drags on for months.

When i heard about the owners new book, i was not at all surprised by his sad history.
The person running this lying business is the same person who lived that disfunctional lifestyle.
He's not born again, he's still a derelict.

I bought a dog pillow and it was made from burlap that would make my dog with sensitive skin sleep on sandpaper. Who makes a dog bed out of this material? I returned it and I am waiting for my refund. I had to pay postage both ways so I had to pay for NOTHING.

I tried to order online but wouldn't take so called customer service. I was very surprised rep was foreign speaking with very heavy accent? Took a while to order as I had to repeat a few times and had to have her repeat because I couldn't understand what she said. So much for being an American company. I do like the pillows but I bought my original ones about 10 years ago. Maybe the quality has diminished over the years.

Actually, I purchased two pillows from My Pillow and regret the money spent. The advertising is misleading. These are the worst pillows I've ever laid my head on. Put sand in a pillowcase and that's what you get. Only sand is more forgiving.

Mr. Lindell advertises the heck out of this product. We even upgraded the pillows (1 free after all!). Horrible quality; unbelievably poor quality. We didn't even try to get our money back, and no amount of drier fluffing will get the lumps out. Egyptian cotton indeed. Don't trust this company; a shame that he is from our home state, oh well...

They do not give you your full refund.
The ads they say and the promos on TV are very misleading they leave you on a trail of phone calls from one person to the next.
I am also writing to the better business bureau and making a complaint.
I will never trust my pillow, so please do not fall into their scam!

I wouldn't be surprised if this were deleted. I hope not. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've given this pillow four months holding out hope that I just need to adjust, but it's worse every week. Clinks together, falls into the crack between mattress and headboard. Just absolutely the worst pillow imaginable. Serious discomfort. Neck, back pain and waking multiple times in the night to readjust. I finally theee it out and replaced with an average medium pillow and can finally sleep again. My pillow is a scam and a terrible pillow. Hope this isn't censored because y'all need to know.

Stingy on stuffing

I bought a king size pillow over 10 years ago and I love it. It was due to be replaced so I ordered another. IT IS NOT THE SAME. THEY GOT STINGY or too greedy AND NOW ITS A WIMPY CRAPPY PILLOW LIKE YOU GET AT THE DEPARTMENT STORE... NO! ITS ACTUALLY WORSE.
Why didn't they keep up the AMERICAN MADE IN MINNESOTA QUALITY?! My guess is greed and money.
I called and left a message about 3 weeks ago and never heard back from their proud family of pillow makers. DON'T BOTHER, I CAN GET A BETTER QUALITY PILLOW ANYWHERE for half the price. SHAME ON YOU MIKE LINDELL! YOU LOST ME AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF PILLOWS, I BOUGHT YOUR BODY PILLOW, I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS AND NOW YOU CHEAPED OUT. BOOOOO.
I want my money back!

Purchased top of the line king size platinum premium. Received, one of the worst products I've ever bought. Pillow had 'NO" support, unless fill was shifted to one side leaving approx 6" of pillow without any fill at all. Company refuses to send RMA for return and full refund..

I purchased sheets and a mattress topper. The sheets are ok but I can't sleep on the mattress topper. When you lay in the bed, your weight sinks you into the topper but your legs are lighter so they feel like they are up in the air. I've called 4 times to speak to customer service but you can only leave a message. They NEVER call back. Their money back guaranty is useless because they won't tell you where to send it and it is so big that it will cost a fortune to send it back. When you receive the topper it is compressed by machine to a small box. I can't do that here. If you want to buy any of their products, you can speak to someone immediately but returns are NO ANSWER, leave a message. The owner is pushing his book on how he succeeded and plays amazing grace when you call in and are put on hold. What a Scam. If you give them your email, you get $10 off your purchase. Wrong move. You will get at least 10 emails a day on your computer and phone and you can't stop it. It is really annoying. Stay away from this place.
