My son was to visit with me in Feb, 2020 and they shipped his clubs. Due to the virus, the golf tournament was cancelled and he was unable to attend. Ship Sticks refused to issue a refund although other companies were doing so.
Sent a sox back to them that had a hole it in on March 30,2020 along with a form that you have to fill out. I have been trying to get them to replace it ever since. Have sent them at least 5 follow up emails and all they do is say they don't have any in stock even thou they keep running current ads. I will never buy from them again.
Their customer service is not resolving my issues on my new pillow topper. I even sent the following email to the owner Mike with no response: Mike, I am having a problem with my bed topper, have worked with your customer service for the last 2 weeks with no satisfaction. Order #******* You need to get this corrected otherwise I will need to give you a one star rating.
