This week, 7/19/23, I purchased Queen sheets first. I had recently bought a set of sheets & another pillow. I had been buying the pillows for years & i like them. I received an email the next morning & tried to claim a prize that they said they sent me. This is the message in the email that they sent me: "You left something in your cart! Get a FREE GIFT with purchase"
However, when I tried to claim my free gift it only took me to priced items to choose from! So i decided I would buy another set of sheets, if they were reduced for approximately $29.99, as the add states. So I continued to click on SHEETS and then I identified that I wanted king size. I thought it identified that the only color available was lavender, so I selected that too! Then I paid for the sheet set ( or what I thought were sheets) by paypal. The total was a little over $40.
The next day or two, 7/21/23, I was reviewing my emails & i found an order confirmation that identified I had purchased a King Pillow with lavender! I called right away and I told them that I did NOT order a pillow & that I wanted them to rectify this error by paying my postage-paid return mailing label so that I dont have to pay for shipping TWO TIMES! But the customer service rep was not helpful at all & said that I would have to call them when I receive the item if I were returning it & I would have to pay $9.99 for the prepaid postage label! Then i said i wanted to talk to a manager & the supervisor was absolutely no help either! They didnt want to discuss options with me but only tell me that Mike requires all customers to pay their return postage! The customer service person even suggested that I email Mike Lindell with my concerns, without giving me an email address!
The thing that made me the most angry is that I only made this second purchase because I was trying to claim my free gift that they said I was entitled to! I fell into their false advertising SCAM trap!
Even though i like their products, I will look for other vendors when I buy sheets or pillows from now on. I absolutely hate companies that provide BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Also, the fact that The "FREE GIFT" email was a SCAM surprised me very much. I thought that Mike Lindell was a more honorable guy than to have his company offer fraudulent deals!

Very Poor customer service from the Escalation Supervisor! He offered nothing to help satisfy my anger about being tricked into a purchase of a pillow instead of the King Sheets I wanted. If he had offered to give me a free return I would have exchanged the pillow for King sheets, a higher priced item!
Of the 2 separate purchases, i kept the Sheets. Sheets is what I wanted in both of the purchased!
I am from Minnesota where My Pillow headquarters are located. I live in Oklahoma now, but being a "Minnesota girl" always, I so wanted to love My Pillow. I have watched the commercials so many times, fascinated by that darn pillow but being to cheap to actually purchase one. I finally couldn't help myself anymore and ordered 2 queen size pillows WITHOUT reading a single review which I always do before buying anything of substance. Plus, he's from my neck of the woods-must be ok right? Ever heard of "Minnesota nice?" Wrong wrong snd more wrong. Never been this wrong. After years of drooling over the commercials for those darn pillows snd feeling a little rich in my bank account, I finally gave in and ordered the "buy one get one" 2.0 pillow special. I was a little sticker shocked when I went online to order the pillows because one pillow was $89.98. I did the math and thought, "well actually they are really only $45 a piece right? Plus, they were offering me a free gift. (How lovely of them, right?) I decided to really splurge and pay $20 for the 2-5 day shipping.(Remember my "rich" bank account? Not all that rich. I lied.) On the (7th) day I was so excited to receive my pillows. Even though the box was a little too tiny to be holding two of the most wonderful pillows in the world, I was still hopeful. Until I opened the box that is. Stuffed into about the size of two quart bags, were my two pillows. For a girl who "typically" likes big, fluffy down pillows my stomach dropped snd I knew right then and there I had made a big mistake. No, HUGE mistake. After unwrapping them I was Flabbergasted at what I wad looking at. I had ordered 2 Queen pillow's with medium fill. The pillows were a bit smaller then a STANDARD pillow and looked to be full of a bunch of lumps. Bunch isn't the word I should use though. There was barely anything actually IN the pillow. Just a few, rather hard lumps. Must be a mistake right? Was there something I was missing? Then it dawned on me I had the famous "bait and switch" pulled on me by Mike. My fellow "nice" Minnesotan. Getting online and reading the reviews on this website, I found out that they were broken up, hard lumps, of some version of foam. But where was all those incredible fillings 'and stuff" Mike spoke about that he searched high and low for? I also read to put the pillows in the dryer. This did expand the lumps quite a bit. (Don't get excited just yet though. These weren't magic lumps). I put them on my bed. I laid down that night and I literally laughed out loud because my head sunk in and formed a round "dent". This wasn't just ny dent through. My sank all the way down to the bed while the two sides stuck way up. I thought Mike said they wouldn't flat Ever. All the umps though (all 6 of them) were spread between the two sides and my head was indeed somewhere between these two sides all the way down to the bed. There was zero support for my head so it was like I was laying flat on the bed with the two lumpy sides doing nothing for me. Who in the world likes to sleep on lumpy pillows? But in my case, I didn't even get the lumps. They were pushed over to the sides. I just laid there cursing myself for not reading the reviews first, mad at Mike. A pillow you used all through your childhood until you graduated High School might resemble this pillow, but your pillow would be loved. Not this one. I think that crack must of done something to Mikes head otherwise why would he be selling this joke of a pillow? He must be also be high to have the nerve to get on tv and sell these things. How are they even still in business is the big question. Everybody, let's get Mike. Seriously though, don't do it. Do not be ripped off because that is what this is. I don't even think they could sell these at Dollar Tree for $1. I so wanted to love these pillows but I am actually really insulted instead. It shocks me ( Yes, SHOCK me) that some (very few according to this website) people love these pillows. There is actually nothing inside the pillows to love except a few lumps. (They must be his circle of friends from his NA meetings I'm thinking). I guess some people like to sleep on lumps because there is literally nothing else in there. I would guess that the Large Fill pillows have a few extra lumps more than mine do probably. I am most definitely returning these pillows even if I end up getting only $10 backs.( Sounds like they screw you in the return process too). Finally, I looked for it and couldn't find my "gift". Turns out the gift only comes after mike screws you out of another $100 bucks. (The old bait and switch again.) Now every time one of his commercials comes on I will be getting mad. (G thanks Mike) He's a great salesman though, I gotta give him that. But the BBB still gives him an F rating. (Do you think it's the false advertising?)
I didn't add proof of purchase because I am a middle aged technical, computer idiot and couldn't figure out how to load my pictures from my iPhone to my computer where I typed this review( rather long I know.Sorry).

My review is mainly regarding quality control...
We purchased two Twin XL mattresses ($1330. 00) for our new Split King Base (a Costco purchase).
Order arrival was initially said to be 3-4 weeks due to a national foam shortage. No big deal to us at first. But after 5 weeks without shipping notification, we called MyPillow. Was on hold 1hr15m listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace over and over. Hung up and emailed customer service. After a day or two they assured us that they'd expedite delivery and we'd receive our new mattresses within a few days. Once our mattresses arrived, we released them from their boxes, they inflated quickly and we could see and feel their excellent quality but we noticed one thing-one mattress was a standard Twin NOT a Twin XL. The standard is 5 inches shorter which neither fit properly on our new Split King base, nor was the right size for two adults OR the new Giza Dream sheets we'd bought from MyPillow while we awaited our expensive mattress order.
We contacted Customer service, provided pictures of the mattress tag showing the serial number and standard twin measurements and after a couple of days they responded telling us that they'd send out a replacement mattress...
Another week or so and the new Twin XL mattress arrived but the box was mis-labeled and it was again a standard twin!... once it was pulled open and inflated, we were shocked to fine yet another standard twin 39x75" long, not 39x80." We again took pictures of the fabric tag and stating it's serial number and measurements and emailed customer service. They apologized and said that they'd send another. I asked them to please verify that the correct measurements were on the fabric tag before it shipped (since by now we'd been waiting 2 months for our expensive order AND the FedEx guys were getting salty with us. We live an hour from town on a rural mountain road).
Finally, a while longer and the second Twin XL finally DID arrive. Customer service was helpful but it was a frustrating wait. That being said:
MyPillow has gotten boatloads of business lately and must be overwhelmed. So I understand. But I won't be reordering anytime soon. HOWEVER, their products are indeed WONDERFUL. We also ordered our first pillows from them and love them. The Giza Dream sheets are absolutely amazingly silky soft and thick. Great quality! The mattresses are indeed excellent and we're happy to have supported Mike Lindell. I'll probably order again but will wait awhile. I'd encourage anyone to try the Giza sheets for sure. But maybe order them on a third party site like Amazon if the price is right.
MyPillow, I hope your quality control process improves making it less frustrating for everyone involved but I thank you for your products!
