Purchased two pillows a few years ago and found them to be OK... nothing special, nothing great... contrary to what was sold us. The sales practices and the product itself don't measure up and with all the ongoing complaints about BOGO offers, over priced mattress covers and the latest... a Covid-19 miracles cure, it's no wonder the guy is crazy and should be shut down. Never buy a product from this lunatic and you'll be glad you had nothing to do with My Pillow. Wish I could say the same.
I'm glad I didn't buy from u cuz ur on Trump's size and he has no idea what he's talking about not do u u both have no proof of anything and sure talk a lot about nothing! I will never ever buy anything from a Trump supporter like u when u find out what ur talking about let people know than u can talk other than that u may think about not saying anything at all.!
Received 2 identical pillows 1 had less filling, I have to wash every couple weeks in order for filling to plump back up, otherwise I get Bad neck pains and Bad headaches and then it takes about 3 hours in the dryer (on High) and to make Sure they are FULLY dry I let them set out for a couple more days, because if is NOT, I get the headache sooner, after ALL that I put the in a protective zipped case, which helps
Keep the filling confined to a smaller area, then I can put the pillow cases on. A LOT of work, in a couple of weeks I start over, makes me wonder if the filling is actually safe to breathe in at night? Just listening to
The owner speak in interviews, makes me feel he would say or do ANYTHING to make a Dollar, I would NOT buy ANYTHING from him or endorsed by him Again.
I got sucked into buying a My Pillow because the advertising was so convincing. Big mistake! I bought the pillow recommended for side sleepers and it is so UNCOMFORTABLE i can't use it. Total waste of money. I would discourage anyone from buying one.
Mypillow is hyped to be a superior pillow, but there nothing exceptional about them except the price.
Purchased two pillows. They do not hold their shape. Pillow cases will not stay on. They are not comfortable to sleep on. Wake up with pain in neck
The only reason I gave it a one star rating is because I couldn't give it a negative rating. I was expecting something that would be easy on my neck and let me sleep but the first night I realized I was ripped off by a money hungry thief. The pillow is a cheaply and very uncomfortably made piece of garbage. Lydel is a total ripoff!
This pillow is expensive for a bunch of torn up foam... honestly people do not buy these. After the first wash it was a matted mess. For the price I paid for two I could have gone to store and brought new ones that would at least last a year... the 10 year warranty is a crock...
I had shoulder and neck pain after using my pillow. I didnt think it was the pillow but my doctor said it was. She told me to stop using it and as soon as i did the neck and shoulder pain went away.
Overpriced - no better than the cheap pillows at target/walmart/etc.
Save your money.

We just bought 2 premium pillow from MyPillow and we love them. The customer service rep was very helpful with selecting the right pillow for us. He even said that we can return at no cost if we don't like it and they can send a different one.
I purchased their pillows and they weigh less than a feather and I wake up every morning with a massive neck ache.
Don't get suckered with their promos on sheets either. If you do the math your pay over $200 for 1 set of sheets. The promos are a ridiculous reduction of already extremely high prices...
I spent $50 on a pillow and when got it I found it to be so uncomfortable, when I tried to return it they made so difficult and charged a lot to return it.
Just sucks. Plain and simple... horrible... not what they say...
I'm going to ask for a refund of $100 for two pillows. We'll see how that goes. The first night, my face was on the sheet. It has now been a year. I have given the product enough time to produce. My Pillow=FAIL. Don't get sucked in like I was. After a year of proper washing and drying - FAIL. Keep looking. This is not a good pillow.
The elastics are too long to hold it in place even on a 15" mattress. It slides around every time you move so you spend half the night pushing it back in place. Then when you call to return it they give you the runaround until you're past the return date. Don't bay anything from them!
One of the worst products I've ever purchased, as well as a scam business when trying to deal with them. Their ad stated buy one, get another free. I only received one and they refused to comply with their advertisements. Later I contacted them wanting to return the item, they refused & hung up on me. Horrible, cheap product that I ended up throwing out. Terrible customer service. Their ad is a lie.
By constantly showing and listening to Mr Lindell every 15 minutes fans of Fox News are turning off and getting their news from regular media, so My pillow will be reponsible for Trump losing!
For years, I refused to try My Pillow because of the negative reviews. I suffer from severe arthritis in my neck and nothing would take away the pain. I had to take ibuprofen to sleep. Laying down hurt my neck. I decided I had to try something different. I thought at least My Pillow had a money back guarantee. Out of the box, I didn't think it would be any good. Just didn't seem substantial. But I gave it a try anyway. I was desperate. The first night was amazing. The pillow gave me perfect support through the night. I went to sleep with no medication, I slept through the night and I woke up with no pain. Granted, I have arthritis and it's never going to go away, but now I can sleep. People need to understand, everyone is different. What works for one person, may be awful for another. My husband absolutely hates the pillow. All you can do is give it a try. If it doesn't work, return it and get your money back..
