Not worth the money

Lumpiest most uncomfortable pillow ive ever had. Stuffing shifts around constantly. Have bought much cheaper pillows that were way better and lasted much longer.

Sleepless in Seattle

I bought this pillow after all the hype and also bought one fir my sister in law. We both hated it and gave it away. Because I'd bragged about wanted to get a pair, my brother bought them for me as a Christmas gift. They have been in the package and not opened For 5 years because I am horrible at returning things. I will open the package one day and use them as fillers at our vacation home. This pillow is so uncomfortable and a complete waste of money to say it nicely. It's basically a scam.

Religious Element

My dog pillow looks fine. But what's with the enclosed religious biblical quote?
Does the pillow guy think this is an acceptable way
To promote his business? His beliefs are his alone
And from what I've read, rather wacky.
This nice Jewish girl does not appreciate his
Foisting his magical thinking on her.
Just sell the damn pillows. I don't want to know
Anything about your personal BS!

I will never do business with this company again. We ordered a king mattress topper. It arrived vacuumed packed, neatly rolled up. Once unrolled, it doubled in size. We were unhappy with the quality of the material and foam and called to return. Was advised to donate to a local non-profit, pet rescue, goodwill, salvation army. Not one organization would take due to the covid. They made it impossible to return. Two seniors trying to send pack a king topper. Spent $90 shipping it back to get our refund as NO DONATION ORGANIZATION would take it. Company would not refund my shipping. Unprofessional Customer Service. Materials in pillows and topper are cheap materials being use.

I have purchased 2 sets of my pillows in hope of finding a good pillow and a comfortable pillow. This has never happened. These pillows are all hype and not worth the money at all. They are clumpy have to be puffed up all the time, can't even sleep thru a nite without discomfort. They have to be folded over and rolled in a ball to use to try to get to sleep. I can't sleep with these pillows they are so uncomfortable.

Don't waste your hard earned money, not worth it, The department store has better pillows and very affordable.

A $4.99 Walmart Pillow is better. I called Customer Service to ask what the return policy was. It was a joke. I won't go into details. $50.00 down the drain. Dont be a sucker like me.

I have ordered 4 different pillows. The first two I received 6-7 years ago were pretty good though since have begun to resemble the latest batch I ordered. During the first month sleeping on these newer pillows they were somewhat comfortable HOWEVER, they now lose their shape, flatten quickly requiring me to reshape them continuously throughout the night, and have caused my neck to be super stiff and in pain upon awakening literally every morning. There are several other pillows on the market for the same price which are FAR SUPERIOR and as a result they should be looked into as this company is a bit of a rip-off. Factor in that the founder is now pushing supposed 'covid cures' that have been scientifically debunked in an effort to increase his personal wealth, MyPillow is a terrible company that used to be okay but has since been blinded by pure greed. Shame on you Mike Lindell. Good thing your make sure to wear your cross necklace outside of your shirt to prove that you are 'trustworthy' and a 'man of god'. Despicable.

Going to doctor

I thought I would try this pillow I saw it on fox and thought they wouldn't back somthing that didnt work but it hurt my neck to the point of going to a chiropractor twice a week and I am thinking of a lawsuit BEWARE!

Mattress topper

The mattress topper is very good but the 2 free standard pillows are flat as a pancake and considerably less filled than the 2 standard pillows I purchased from them earlier. Complained and was told because because they were "free" they weren't covered by their customer satisfaction warranty. WTF. Ask anyone who spent the several hundred dollars for the mattress topper if they felt the pillows were "free"

My Pillow is lumpy, and the foam inside moves around so there's a hole where your head was and the foam is pushed to one side. We have had the pillows for about 2 years and hate them. They are incredibly uncomfortable and cause me to wake up several times a night.

Fedex was not on my property on the date they lied & claimed delivery. My pillow expects me to sit in a wheelchair for 14 hrs to sign for a re-delivery. That was not original agreement. I would never agree to wait for fedex for 14 hrs. They have from 7a - 9p to make deliveries & they only wait 1 second. I cannot get to door in a second from a wheelchair. My pillow forced me to file a payment dispute. They should have simply re-sent the order. Tried to keep my business in the USA. That was unsuccessful. They're making millions while hassling customers. Never again. Pity that i have to listen to Lindell 50 times daily on tv. They have tons of money for tv commercials but cant send reshipment without giving me a migrane.

Disappointing results
August 30, 2020

When I first got my pillows (2) they felt great but over time they got flat. I washed them and got the same results. I slept on the pillow for around 3 days and it went flat again. I switch to my other pillow(since) I have two and got the same results. What is all the hype. These pillows are no BETTER then any others I have tried

My pillow

I hate the pillow the first time I tried it. Slept better with my old one. It never held it shape, way to soft, felt like I was sleeping on the mattress. Would have help if they asked how firm i like my pillow to be. When I wanted to return it, within 90 days they charge me a restocking fee, and didn't give me a full refund, funny they never mention in the commercial.

Purchased the king version. After 5 washings with fabric softner, these sheets were scratchy, rough, and unfit for humans. Also, I had to pay for the return. Extremely misleading advertising!

I just purchased 2 Twin XL mattress toppers. I own a Pest Control Business since 1997 in TN. I place Multable orders from multable vendors. My Pillow website is very hard to navigate. So, within a 2 hr window I placed a 2nd order because I never recieved a conformation email nor was my credit card charged.
Today I had **4** Toppers arrive. Checked my credit card & sure enough, I had 2 identical $464 charges. Called my pillow. Long story short. Sure, they'll refund my money for the duplicate order, minus
$20 × 2 = $40 for their shipping labels. So much for 100% Money Back Guarantee!

Can't sleep at night

1. I can't sleep at night because of this rip-off pillow
2. I can't sleep at night because whenever I walk past a my pillow store I see the mike lindell guy staring out the window
3. I can't sleep at night because Mr. Lindell wants to run for mn governor
4. I can't sleep at night because people take a fraudulent company man for a politician.
5. I can't sleep at night because I actually invested money into the company.

Very Disappointed!

My husband and I ordered these with the highest expectations only to be very disappointed. But even MORE
Disappointing was that they docked us $21 instead of giving us a full refund, as promised in their ads. When my husband contacted them, all he got was a brush off. When he complained to the BBB, Lindell responded that he did not recognize them as a legitimate organization.

REALLY? THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ISN'T LEGIT?

Mighty cheeky if I do say so!

My husband and I are retirees. My husband is a veteran who served our country for 22 years in a very dangerous position. We are disappointed in the pillow quality but more disappointed that a man who touts his Christianity would rip off a veteran and retiree family.

Poor customer service. Had trouble with their website and order won't go through. Tried again a little later and it went through. Unfortunately, the first order also went through. Got 2 mattress toppers. Was told I could send one back for full refund and wouldn't be charged shipping. When I got refund, was charged shipping. Called and was told a supervisor would call me back. Did not call me back. Called again. Supervisor told me I wasn't charged for returning item, I was charged shipping for it being sent to me. Even thought the error was with their website. She said I should have read terms and conditions. Very rude. They were very misleading in saying I'd get a full refund and no shipping charge.
