Scammers!

Bought a round trip ticket for myself and my wife. As a result, the wife received a round-trip ticket, and I only got a one-way ticket. The customer service does not work, they do not answer the mail.

I am very disappointed to share with you the bad experience i have had with myholidyas.com. They have in plain words cheated me. At the time of booking they charged extra for enabling to change and modify my ticket for no cost and also for Insurance. Once i paid the insurance never came i had to remind them for the same for which they gave a partial amount as refund. Later due to a personal reason i had postpone my ticket, no response received from the email support/ change i had to actually call them 3-4 times for my request, eventually they responded by deducting 50% of the ticket fare in the case of cancellation and asking for almost 90% ticket fare for modification. With no clarity as to why they were charging a service fees over and above the airline charges when i had paid them a higher fees at the time of booking for no further charges for amendments/ cancellation. The response from the agent is all other charges levied by the site were non-refundable and hence that is the only thing i can get reunfd.
THIS IS DAY LIGHT CHEATING.
I would never recommend anyone to deal with such a company and will also try and file a complaint against them for necessary action.

Alert! Don't book your flight through them, cos after I 'successfully' paid for my flight tickets, they emailed me and told me that the airline's fare increased additional $65 and asked me if they could charge this amount on my card!

It doesn't make any sense, I never had this kind of experience, after I bought and paid for my flight ticket, the travel agency asked me to pay for additional fees!

I called them and asked why this happened, they explained that their booking system isn't update so there would be fare different from the airline! Horrible experience! I thought I found the cheapest fare, but actually I paid more!
Avoid!

100% scam

I bought a ticket at the price of $115, right after making the payment they called me and was saying the price went up to the $178 dollar and if you want to cancel now, you have to pay $25 dollar. This is total fraud company, the cancellation charge is their business. They are by born scammers, they learned to scam people from their parents.

100 % fake company (my holidays) Qatar

100 % scam company
Recently, I booked a ticket with this company( MY HOLIDAYS) operating in qatar and paid for it through an online payment gateway. However, after a few hours, I received an email stating that the ticket was no longer available and that my refund would be initiated in 14 days.

I have been trying to follow up with you on this matter for the past week but have not received any response from them. This has caused me to my trip and had made all the necessary arrangements accordingly. From recent reviews in Google i heard its their usual procedure to make people money and make business with that money.
Please never ever book with this company.company details provided below

NO TIMELY RESPOSE

We have requested date change for the issued ticket.
But no response from the company so we did date change directly from the airline.
After one week the agent calls me for the date change.i dont recommend this company.
Even e mail reply is really delay.

I had very bad experience with my holidays today.I booked the ticket through them and the amount debited from my card.But after the booking they say the ticket is not available and so we reversed the amount back.still I have not received the money.Cutomer executives are also not supporting properly.They are finding to argue instead of solving the issue
Please don't go with skyscanner and especially with my holidays. My bank says many customers are them on the same matter. So please don't take risk

Very poor service not customer focused

Recently used this company for trip to Fiji for 5 adults

Issues with flights back as we all went in different directions even though it was meant to be direct flight

It took my wife and I 35 hours to get back from Fiji which is a 4 hour flight.

We approached my holidays for support upon return to follow up with airline about our issues but they wouldn't do so as airline changed flights and not them, yes airlines are the ones who always changed flights don't need to be Einstein to know this

Brushed us off quickly and not one bit interested in providing customer support

Steer clear please

I don't believe their core business is actually selling holiday packages. Rather, making money from people opting out of the holiday they've purchased, once they realise the extent of the add ons my holidays included in their fee, without permission. My credit card charge was 5%. Even after I agreed to it, they added another 5% to the total they tried to charge me. Thankfully my bank saw it as a scam and blocked payment.

Very Bad Service

2 experience happened today, i booked and confirmed, one small mistake happened from my side. Name one alphabet mistake. My holidays did not help me and cancelled ticket and loss me 400aed. Again i booked another ticket and paid. Not received email PNR confirmation. After i check with support, they simply saying flight fare changed tats why ticket not issued. Very bad service and mentally will be irritate.
Dont go thru Myholidays.

When I booked 2 people.
The next day they call me "Your booking is not fully cleared."
"No longer the same price."
"You need a higher price ticket"
And they offer me many expensive tickets. Even they are advertising same price ticket.
And "If you don't want it, then your ticket is not refundable."
And finally, they want to take $19.99 per person.
They want me to send a text "I cancel this ticket and allow to pay $19.99 per person for cancellation."

I am starting to think that this is a scam agency, which agency calls you at midnight and request that you top up your ticket? They do not know what they are doing, or they are scammers.

I am still waiting for my refund, for something that they have messed up!

Scammer company

I booked a business class flight from Abu Dhabi to NYC thru Doha. They changed my flight after booking so my fight from AD would land in Doha after my flight to NYC departs Doha. I tried to change the flight. Several emails later, I canceled the flight. I had paid for insurance for any flight changes from my end. Now, they are saying it will take 6-8 weeks for the refund and they are charging a additional 2,000 AED. I have no choice but to wait and see if I will get my refund.
Stay away from this company at all costs. They are scammers. I would give a zero star review if possible.

Do not use their online booking site. They advertise lower prices for a trip. You fill out the information and purchase a ticket. You receive a message that your booking is under process. Then someone will call you to tell you that that price is not available, but they can offer you another great deal. If you decline, when they process the refund, it is not the original price that you had paid for the ticket. They deduct a large chunk. You call them, someone in Doha picks up the phone, and tells you that the amount was deducted by the bank. Beware of such cheaters! That's all I can say. Booking sites like this have made booking trips a very unreliable experience, and it then forces you to go sites, that always overprice their tickets.

I'm a college student who travels a lot so naturally I'm always trying to go for the cheapest possible option because that is what I can afford. This horrible booking agency has left me almost stranded and alone in Tijuana. I purchased a flight and it randomly didn't go through even though my friends tickets did and so I was almost completely screwed had it not been for United who saved my life. More recently I stupidly purchased tickets for my parents through this horrible agency and the actual airline cancelled the flight and refunded all the money. This sneaky disgusting snake of an agency refused to refund the money to me even though the airline refunded the money. I filed for fraud on my card and they even tricked my bank into not refunding me the money because they lied to my bank about the circumstances. I had to provide hard evidence that myholidays was a disgusting lying thief of a company and thankfully the evidence was solid enough to get my $800 back. Otherwise this disgusting company would've happily kept every dime of my money and lied to my bank. HAHAH $#*! YOU myholidays. I win and you lose. Got my money back despite your effects to lie and steal from your customers. You and all your workers are horrible lying thieves. I Hope this booking agency gets shut down once and for all.

We are from Portugal we bought 3 tickets one adult and 2 kid's from dubai to Portugal one way we receive confirmation and they cancel our tickets as they tell because we didn't answer the call, they just sent cancelation mail ( why they didn't send by mail what will ask by phone!?) in the mail mention the redound within 24 to 48 now 4 days pass they didn't redound …
