Have booked a flight on myholidays.com with the airline Cathay Pacific with a two-year-old child now the airline offers to cancel the flights free of charge because of the Corona virus and a 14-day quarantine. To do this, you should contact the travel agent myholidays if you call by phone no one answers the phone even though a dial tone sounds and emails are not answered. This is a tour operator who is not interested in the lives of people and small children in such a situation and tries to withdraw money that he is not entitled to. You have to go directly to Rechtsanwald with this company myholidays. Thousands of people die and they want to make money with death.

Scam

When you try to book flight, it has a promotional price on skyscanner. When you get through booking system and enter payment details, then suddenly prive is way higher and you can accept it easily by mistake. That's a scam to have high scores on skyscanner etc. If you search your flight again, fares are still low, and again when you try to book price changes to higher ;)) ) Stay away!

1 year I am waiting for the refund. Still they are not following it. When ever I send an email asking update, they will send the same mail telling they are still checking on it. Air India express mailed me that they have already refunded the amount to myholidays account. But still myholidays doesn't transferred the amount to my account.

I booked a ticket in March and still have not received my ticket. Although they reply from time to time the same thing that they are waiting the ticket from the airline and even requested to pay more(saying that the airline is requesting) and I haven't received my ticket yet! Worst company ever!

I had a bad experience with myholiday. I had buy airline tickets with them and they did a daily for my flight for three time with out my notice. I did the cancellation for the tickets to get my money back with in 13 business days and until now I haven't been receive my money back. The most important thing they didn't have a call center in U.S. A

I went through hell for just booking a trip with this traveling Agency. My reservation was canceled, but the airlines issued me a future traveling voucher. I contacted the traveling Agency to issue me another ticket since morning, they agreed to change the flight date since it canceled and email me a new booking information within 2 hours, but they have not emailed me any confirmation yet. However, they don't usually send any update. So I doubt I will ever receive any update from them and I don't know how to get them to issue me a new ticket.

I booked my flight and cancelled within 10 minutes. My ticket to NZ was worth 9000 Qatari riyal but then, they offered to refund me 2600. It is 3 months now and they have been sending me emails faking the truth. It is based in Qatar and their services is one of the worst globally.

This is the worst travel agency I ever encounter! I have a booking with them on July 16 and Emirates send me an email that It will be change by July 17. I thought everything is ok, when I checked it in the website of Emirates it's always technical error. I been communicating with them for the past one week and they keep on saying to wait for 24 hour. Last email I received with them is try to call the airline.

I called the airline this morning, and they said tht my flight is cancelled! No confirmation from my side! This travel agency did not confirm to me about this thing and now the flight is totally useless. Worst of the worst.

The agent is nice and polite but the system they have is the worst! I even paid for the price difference and they will do this!

Unfortunately, we got scammed by myholidays.com too.Not only we paid more than it was displayed on their website, they did not book the airline as we paid for it. We paid two-way flights to Myholidays but they paid and booked only one-way flight in our name.

SCAMMERS! I would never recommend to use this website. They will cancel your ticket and take your money!
I booked my ticket and fully paid. Later on they called me asking me to pay more to confirm my ticket! Once I paid more. My flight was canceled and didn't get refund!
I would rate this a big Zero. The website should be banned

Totally a fraud company!

This company is consisted of only a few Indian staff that cheating customers. I have the most horrible experience with them. First they generate a fake airline ticket. Then telling you airline is canceled actually they are the one canceled your trip. Your refund will never back to your account and you wasted the time trying to contact them and they will never be honest with you.

Very Bad Service

2 experience happened today, i booked and confirmed, one small mistake happened from my side. Name one alphabet mistake. My holidays did not help me and cancelled ticket and loss me 400aed. Again i booked another ticket and paid. Not received email PNR confirmation. After i check with support, they simply saying flight fare changed tats why ticket not issued. Very bad service and mentally will be irritate.
Dont go thru Myholidays.

I have been sending emails but no response and if mistakenly they will response that would be only to let you know that we have received your complaint and we will get back to you within 24 hours but i tell you no one will revert.
Due to covid-19 all the country suspended their flights and travel has been cancelled.
As per advisory from aviation travel agents must provide full refund or travel voucher but #myholidays want to eat money and don't wanna take burp even.
It was my biggest mistake that i have chose this company.
If world travel company or aviation authority will not take action against myholidays till that day this people will keep looting.
At the end i would worn you or request you please do not book any kind of package from myholidays.com

Do yourself a favor and don't book airline flights through this agency. Unlike Booking. Com, Orbitz, Kayak, Expedia and other reputable agencies, if your flight has to be canceled because of a tropical storm, like Tropical Storm Michael, you lose your money. My event in Destin was canceled because of the storm so I had no recourse but to cancel.

Most agencies will get you credits on future flights or something to at least be of assistance. They won't negotiate with you at all. You're just out your money with no recourse. My Booking number was OTAA******* so that you know this is a legit claim. I posted this once already but they took it off their site.

How can this company can still be allowed to operate?
I'm still waiting for my money back. MYHOLIDAYS.COM ARE SCAMMERS! I purchased two tickets, one of the people I purchased the ticket is sick. I also purchased insurance on both tickets. I was denied a refund of $571.45
The person I spoke with was so rude.
I will mass text this to everyone I know including alot of my celebrity family and friends. I'm sorry but I work hard for my money and I bought the extra insurance. You have no right to keep my money!

I paid for a ticket with them and it said confirmed for the price and flight and then they sent me a high increase and said that the airline increased the fare. I spoke to a Indian sounding MARK S. Who was very abusive and saying I don't know basic maths. I then asked for my full refund and now waiting for it. This company is run by a bunch of scammers and they are shameless and ruthless. Why are they allow to operate in the US with their third world lies and tricks. WE MUST REPORT THEM!

Very poor service not customer focused

Recently used this company for trip to Fiji for 5 adults

Issues with flights back as we all went in different directions even though it was meant to be direct flight

It took my wife and I 35 hours to get back from Fiji which is a 4 hour flight.

We approached my holidays for support upon return to follow up with airline about our issues but they wouldn't do so as airline changed flights and not them, yes airlines are the ones who always changed flights don't need to be Einstein to know this

Brushed us off quickly and not one bit interested in providing customer support

Steer clear please
