I also booked to fly to stanstead, they debited my card for more, and still no ticket but an email stating they are still looking for a flight.
First booking went okay though the site was not very helpful the pricing was nice. Which is why I tried to use them the next time - that is when the bait and switch kicked in.
We were on our vacation and decided on a whim to go to Greece since we were close already. I queued up the flights I wanted. Price was great. I put in the relevant info but the credit card was declined. I noticed then that the reason for the decline was that the price changed from 200 to over 800 dollars. The site gave NO WARNINGat all. Thankfully I do not keep much on that debit card.
I understand that prices sometimes change on fares pretty quick though I have never seen then quadruple and I have ALWAYS been warned and given another chance to change my mind.
Just for fun I logged out of the site then in on another machine and queued up the same flights again. Yep, they were listed still at 200 dollars and once again when I pushed submit I got a decline (different card also low limit) and once again the screen that came up after the refusal showed the price as over 800 dollars.
Classic bait and switch tactics! I would not recommend anyone use myholidays.com
BTW I did email customer support and received a rather rude reply telling me my card had declined so the booking didn't go through (duh). I emailed back trying to explain what I had said in my first message, another reply this time telling me the increase was due to a price change from the carrier and was out of their control.
This was not a price change, prices do not quadruple in 1 minute. If it had been a price change the user should be told and given the opportunity to reconsider.
Again classic bait and switch. This is the most dishonest thing I have encountered on the Internet, and I shop online a lot.
I was satisfied with their service. I booked wrong flight and connected, with no additional payment they corrected it.
Do not book this travels no one not reply mail as well ticket cancel request still pending worsted travels

I booked a flight from Portland, Oregon to Palm Springs, California, in order to attend my grandmother's funeral. It was last minute, as she passed very unexpectedly. When I found MyHolidays, i was excited about the prices they offered, however, it has been a nightmare dealing with them! One of my flights was delayed so long that United Airlines refunded me my fare and requested I rebook tickets. I did and was thankful for the help, as I was 6 months pregnant at the time and couldn't do 12+hrs of traveling. While United reimbursed me, MyHolidays has chosen to hold up releasing to me the funds. I discovered this after contacting United, over a month after the refund was initiated, and learned the reason I have not received my refund, is because MyHolidays USES THEIR OWN CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE TICKETS AFTER THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD. My refund was sent to their American Express card, not to mine and MyHolidays has done nothing but send me emails in broken English and drag out the process of returning my money. My credit card company is standing behind me, but this is one of the most bizarre experiences I have encountered, and I have used most of the discount sites out there. Regardless of being a discount service or not, this is an unacceptable way to operate. I have been told a resolution would be had, I am still waiting and my credit card company is processing my claim as fraud. Below are screenshots of their "customer service". These are a few of many emails between their company and myself. Hope they are proud this is how they treat customers, especially when 7+ months pregnant and still grieving the loss of immediate family.

Wir hatten einen Flug in die Philippinen (Cathaypacific)gebucht mit Transit in Honkong. Wegen des Coronavirus könnte man gemäss Fluglinie die Buchung kostenfrei stornieren.
Nach etlichen Emails und Telefonaten wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet geduldig zu sein da sie auf die Bestätugung von Cathaypacific warten.
Ich habe direkt mit Cathaypacific gesprochen, diese haben mir versichert dass das Problem nicht bei ihnen liege.
Wir haben einen Monat später keine Bestätigung der stornierung oder eine Zusage für die Rückzahlung der Tickets.
Wir fühlen uns betrogen, über 2000Euro verloren!
Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!
