1 Star is already too much for MyHolidays. ComBought Cairns -Brisbane return ticket through skyscanner. Best option looked like MyHoliday
Total price after confirming payment was higher and on top of that even higher when checked my online banking. $11 its not a fortune but this is SCAM and people deserved to know of their dodgy practices.
Minutes later I rang MyHoliday agent who refused to provide me her name or representative number or even conversation reference number. Was told I expect flying donkies and was disconnected after demanding talk to her manager. I rang again and second representative was bit better. Was asked to send bank statement screenshot. In meantime support sent me an email with attachment I apparently agreed to pay $228 but my statement shows $232 ( original price supposed to be $220.27). They faked incorrect billing and still sent me wrong amount. They are scammers and Ppl please think twice before you do any deals with them. If every customer is overcharged only $11 think how much money they make every day. If you bother to answer My$#*!tyholidayI want to know why your reps refuse provide identification details or conversation ref. Numbers. Once they see they can't fool you with excuses US to Au conversion charges or taxes they can't literally show you, they will hang up on you. PAY BIT MORE AND AVOID THIS SCAMMERS! They have hidden charges! Price on screen is not the same after final payment!
I booked today 4 hours ago i have screen shot And printed booking confimation but when i received my iterinary they gave me different timing of the flight (Booking ID OTAA*******) I HOPE THEY CAN CHANGE THE FLIGHT I HAVE BOOKED because it needed to be change! I EMAILED THEM BUT 3 HOURS NO REPLYING. I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. I HOPE U CAN CHANGE MY FLIGHT NOW. BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGE!

They intentionally messed with my data to make wrong booking then refused to refund! Scam company be aware of them
Following cancellations of my original April travel, I have been attempting to book new flights using my credit (confirmed verbally, refused to provide me with an email confirmation). I need to fly home THIS Wednesday at the latest to get my daughter to a hospital appointment on Friday, but after daily communications via messenger, multiple emails and phone calls, the closest I got was them trying to sell me a new set of tickets without using my credit.
What a ridiculous business. I've been nice, I've been rude, I've been patient, now I'm just incredibly angry. And out of principal I will peruse this as long as necessary.

Edit 5 days later: finally got new flight details and payment link. A few extra hundred dollars for a last minute booking, which i was advised the night before could not be confirmed. I had to spend several more unhindered dollars getting a flight direct with another airline, and as yet, have not been advised when I will recieve my refund for a payment made but tickets never booked.
I am BEYOND anger at this point in time.

Stay away from this site. As I was booking my flight, the price mysteriously went up $10 when I went to pay. Very crooked company here.

FAKE COMPANY IN QATAR. THEY SAY YOUR FLIGHT IS BOOKED... THEND SEBD A 2ND EMAIL SAYING FLIGHT FARE HAS INCREASED AND SRND YOU A LINK TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM YOU HAVE A FAKE SOUNDING CALL CENTER OF INDIANS SAY TO STAY ON THE LINE. THEN YOU GET A LADY WHO SAYS YOU WILL BE FULLY REIMBURSED IN A FEW HOURS AND THEY WILL BE SENDING AN EMAIL AS NO TICKET WAS YET ISSUED. OF COURSE THEY ARE FAKE! THEN NO EMAIL FROM THEM AND NO REFUND.
Got my issue sorted in no time... Mr. Mohit was of great help. I will recommend people to try My holidays.

I paid $350 dollars for a one way ticket from El Paso to Detroit from their website and when we got to the airport, they did not have the tickets booked for us. They simply give the flight numbers and booking which is fake. When I called their 800 numbers, it all have voice mail and then hang up. They have a fancy website but it is all bull$#*!. They are F* thieves. WHat I mean the true meaning of thieves.
Never buy from this website and company again. I got on the chat online with them they say they have refunded me three weeks ago and I never received any money back from them.
Is there any legal thing I can do against them?

It's not good service,about refundable why you not back even 20% of the ticket coast...I saw the ticket it's refundable but why only 5%.
Please don't trust this company and do not book from them, they are advertise falsely and once you are ready to pay enter all your bank details the price changes and increase, Also I booked twice and there system came up with a different last name for me containing 2 letters, at the airport I called as I have to change it or find a solution, they were useless and kept referring to the airline and asked me to call the airline or deal with it at the airport until I lost my flight and had to rebook another flight, they refused to refund or issue another ticket and when I threatened that I will take legal action they provided me with the fake screen shot of my first name and the wrong last name that consist of 2 letters and claimed that I entered my last name wrong, while they provided the stupid screen shot it showed that they system is crap as the birthday date which was compulsory to enter in order to proceed the itinerary, was not selected and the gender was left as male. However I am a female. I confronted them they just didn't response. DONT DEAL WITH THEM> WORRST CUSTOMER SERVICE- - - - - - - -
Tried to book a flight with my holiday and they kept rejecting our payment but they had taken the money out of the account and no flight was booked

Good services, neat and clean rooms but food was not very tasty, honest staff. Dish TV recharge was not done.
