After purchasing the tickets on line, I didn't received any email confirming it. Instead, the company said that, "because of the floating market", the price has increased and they tried to charge me extra costs in order to have the tickets. After long hours asking for cancellation, nothing solved.

Fraudulent practices
February 24, 2024

Having booked our flights we received an email demanding an additional $475. I asked for a refund as this would make our flights considerably more than booking directly with the airline. These guys are con artists. I have complained to skyscanner and asked they remove them as a provider

You make reservation. They take your money. After few hours, they try to take more money from you. In my case it was double the price of the purchased ticket.
If you are not agree to purchase it, they will do refund but keep your paid money for 48+ hours.
Be Careful to deal with this site!

This by far is the worst company you could possibly go to. Spirit Airlines canceled my flight refunded myholiday.com 10 weeks ago and I still have not received my money. They keep giving me the runaround.

I book ticket with myholiday my money was reduced as per there fare. Next day I got an email stating the airline have increased the price so I have to pay more in order to get a confirmation ticket. When I ask about refund they are saying they need to ask an airline. But when they send you an email it's clearly written that they will pay full refund.
And when I check with airline fare it's much lesser than myholiday. Com.
It's completely fraud company.

Terrible customer service, I booked flights and I had a call from an agent to say they were unavailable, they said my money will be refunded straight away, but they did not now 5 days later and every time I talk to someone they say something different. Today it's my flight was non refundable ( it wasn't available) grrrr such frustrating service. I'm waiting for over 6k refund. Never use again. Ever

Really cheating company.

Booked refund air ticket but now saying 51aed able to transfer, No use to connect customer Service. Lost entire amount no response customer service, since 2month contract customer service for my refund. They are playing based on travel time. Fake and cheating the customer

They will take your money and you will lose your ticket and price they booked you for! Run Run Run for a 3 party site they are horrible. They couldn't even use my info to find out why they canceled my flight! Customer service is just horrible.

Worst Travel Company
November 4, 2021

This is the worst travel company I dealt with ever! I purchased a ticket, the amount was credited against my credit card and was sent a confirmation number stating that I will receive the e ticket at my email within 30 minutes otherwise I will be fully refunded.

It has been hours now and I have received nothing. I sent them emails which were not answered. I called them several times; they just leave you hanging on their call center with no one answering you while you spend a huge amount of money on an international call.
This is the worst experience ever. Beware of doing business with them!

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY
November 10, 2023

We bought our flight for a wedding- and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE.
They never help with anything, we contacted the airlines directly and told them about our issues and they told us the 3rd party booking agent should be able to resolve it. However, they never could. Not even a simple name correction or birthdate correction that they made the error to.
I needed a refund because the wedding ended up getting cancelled and guess what... I had to take a big fat L because they would not help us even use the funds we already paid for, to use for another trip.
Just TERRIBLE! Customer service is TERRIBLE. I feel absolutely stupid for even thinking this was a credible company. Stayyyyyy awayyyyyy!

Alert! Don't book your flight through them, cos after I 'successfully' paid for my flight tickets, they emailed me and told me that the airline's fare increased additional $65 and asked me if they could charge this amount on my card!

It doesn't make any sense, I never had this kind of experience, after I bought and paid for my flight ticket, the travel agency asked me to pay for additional fees!

I called them and asked why this happened, they explained that their booking system isn't update so there would be fare different from the airline! Horrible experience! I thought I found the cheapest fare, but actually I paid more!
Avoid!

They gave me a given fare for a flight, then an hour later asked for $53 more to "confirm the reservation". They refused to issue a full refund and I had to dispute with credit card to get my money back. Don't buy from these scammers.

This service is terrible. I bought the ticket in March 2022, and avia company cancelled the flight. I asked to refund my money - and the confirm than they will do it

Bun in fact during 6 month i had more than 70 emails and about 5 calls, and i still did not get my money.

They answered the same letters - "We are working on it" but in fact i did not get any real information when and how i can get my money back.

Im going to connect with police and lower

Air india express cut too much for refund fee. Holiday factory was very kind enough to help me and waive of whatever they could from their end. Hopefully the refund will reflect back in my account in a week as they promised.

TOTAL SCAM!

They falsely advertise prices on sites like Skyscanner to trap you. The advertised prices are "verified" in initial steps but conveniently at the final payment step after your credit card details have been entered and you click pay, the price significantly increases (in my case by 50%). They are clearly trying to deceive people. The additional card/payment processing fee is also something that suddenly gets added on without warning (in my case approx. $40). I don't know how a company like Skyscanner can continue allowing such a deceitful company to be associated with them. Please beware!

Scammed

We booked tickets from Thailand to KL and then back to Australia. Tickets were printed with the wrong date and immediately called head office to have the flight dates changed. We called 6 times and each time were told it was our bad luck and no credits would be given. A total scam with no customer satisfaction or care. This company should be removed from operating for any airline.
We booked Malaysian airlines through My Holiday bookings and the airlines will get the after shock as well.

Most unreliable

-Displayed price was not available at the very last step of the process - though it seemed to have been checked earlier in the process... Most strangely the initial price was still shown after "bringing me back" to the starting page!
-Hidden charges for Credit Card - None of the payment options offered allow to get the displayed price
Overall these look like poor tactics to appear first on search engines - I am never clicking myholidays again

Scam company

Worst website and service I've ever seen!
What happened with me is that when I arrived to the airport, I found out that the flight I booked on myholidays.com doesn't exist! Not cancelled, but not even there! Tried to call them hundred times but no response, then I booked another ticket at very high price because I needed to travel that day.
This is not the only issue, as this can happen from the airline or what so ever, but there responses to my emails are very late, and vague, they didn't even apologize for this mistake, no refund until now it's more than a month.
Return flight was fun as well, weight was not mentioned in the ticket and during the booking, but found at the airport that was "light ticket" which doesn't include check-in luggage, so I paid ×2 price of the original ticket just for luggage
