Booked air tickets on their platform, they swapped my dates around so I can pay extra to correct them
They when I started querying and then realise that the return tickets where not even bought and they money that they said it was to change the dates, it was to purchase there return ticket. Be careful.

Dont use complete rip-off.We were on american airlines site, somehow their site came up, Thinking we are still om AA site we puchased tickets. Printed tickets out, oh no guess what spelled my last name wrong. We then called them to get it corrected, another oh no They wanted more money for their mistake. It cost $ 150.00 to correct. They did not correct or send corrected ticket. After several phone calls and rude people, still nothing, also did not get a flight number. American Airlines said will change at ticket counter for another $ 50.00, Great just what I wanted to do. How can we get them closed down?! UGH Of course this company is not in the USA Does anyone know how to sue them? Stress and ANXIETY are here I cant get my camera or phone to down load right now!

Scammers

I booked a flight on myholidays.com. Their pricing was deceptive. Even when it was obvious that I couldn't fly, they refused to refund my money. The support staff were very rude and nonchalant. Do yourself a favor. Do not use this site.

100% scam

I bought a ticket at the price of $115, right after making the payment they called me and was saying the price went up to the $178 dollar and if you want to cancel now, you have to pay $25 dollar. This is total fraud company, the cancellation charge is their business. They are by born scammers, they learned to scam people from their parents.

Total rip-off!
December 7, 2020

Booked a flight (non refundable). Was told weeks later by my surgeon not to fly due to Covid risk.
Called and was told I'd get nothing (however, Spirit did a total refund of flight costs). When speaking with Holidays.com and sending an email explaining Covid risks, was told, "No refund."
I fail to understand how/why a booking company can get away with this. It amounted to several hundred dollars and all it required them to do is do some key strokes! Had the said there's a $50 fee or something like that, I'd understand, but they're a dishonest, self serving company! Do not do anything thru holidays.com!

I have been waiting well over a month for my refund because one of the airline canceled one of my tickets. They told me it can take UP to 20 days. Its almost 2 months now. Dont trust this site. I'm currently searching for a lawyer.

Careful from this agency.

I had the worst experience booking and rescheduling through them.

I always book through agencies to get better prices and as a frequent flyer I get support on ticket changes or other issues related with my flight.

With myholidays:
They offered a difference amount for a rescheduled ticket more than the original ticket price from the carrier website.

My lose was 800 SAR. My bad I decided to book with them.

Ticket Scalpers

This company charged me double on the debit card after declining my transactions twice because of billing address. I emailed to follow up on being double charged. They they started saying they only billed me once. And then proceeded to tell me if I wanted a refund it would be 50$. I said I just don't want to be billed twice. Then I called my bank and they said I was charged twice. Then myholdidays follows up to tell me that they only charged me once and I needed to pay an additional 50$ to secure another airline ticket bc my original return flight on my round trip was sold out. So now 583.74 is out of my account and they want to me give more money to fix a mistake on their end. I will find the better business bureaus of the UK if I have to.

WORST
December 29, 2021

WORST!
I booked my Ryanair flight though myholidays.
Ryanair requires online check in prior 24 hours before the flight, otherwise checking in on the airport requires additional 55 euros fee.

The information myholidays provided me with about my flight IS WRONG.
It is was not possible to check in online with the reservation number they provided me with. And now online check in is over. And I will have to pay extra money on airport cause this company can't do their work properly.

Myholidays has the worst customer service too. No one replied to my emails and in chat with assistant Aaron on their website I was also left without answer.
It is also not possible to call them, phone numbers don't work.

Maybe this review will get someone from this company to finally talk to me.

Worst experience EVER.
I will NEVER book my tickets with Myholidays.

Useless company. Spammers. Never use the site to book any tickets. Specially if your not sure of the dates. They literally deducted almost the whole amount after promising something else to me via email.

No plane

This company books people on flights that do not exist. I went to the airport to get on a domestic flight that would connect me with my international departure. On presenting my self at the check in counter no one was there.
I was informed that the airline had stopped flights about two weeks ago.
Interesting
I contacted this provider and expressed my annoyance and was told I would get a full refund but no further help.
The refund has not happened. After multiple emails they still tell me the flight was there and it happened?
Only one flight left from this airport that morning, I fail to see how I could have been confused?
I did catch the flight and the seat cost me a very inflated price but I was thankful to get that.
This company has been no help to me, please do not trust them with your business!

Rude customer service

Shrankhala Peter so rude and Don't have proper info when ever I connect they all have different answers. Some this they make you wait 4/5 min I have to ask him again and again. When I said rude and I am going to writing reviews with your name /she start replying fast.

And still very dab service on refund.

Avoid this company!

Use at your own risk. My trip was 5 months ago and I am still waiting for a refund from a missed connection flight. The airline sent the return to MyHoliday since the reservation was through them. My Holiday keeps giving me the runaround on my refund that they have. I do not recommend this company. Avoid them!

We booked an airline ticket through Myholidays.com so our daughter could come home to visit. With the Corona Virus we attempted to cancel the ticket and get a refund. Their website said we had to get an e-mail from the airline referencing the flight and then the refund would be provided. When we contacted the airline they had no records of the flight. We have tried to contact Myholidays.com and we just get some BS response to e-mail and disconnected on the phone. They are total scammers... horrible that people like this would take advantage of others during such a difficult time in the world. Contacting Federal Attorney General's Office and the FBI and our Bank. DO NOT do business with this company. They are the lowest of the low...

You can stay where are

They will charge you for the ticket. The next day they reply that they working on that because you haven't received any email from them. And one day before departure they send you an email about the money refund, unable to reach you via phone and that the airline changed the conditions.

Booked my ticket via myholidays.com. Price showed 820 aed while booking, on proceeding with my booking it said total would be 853 however wen i made the payment they charged me 897 aed! And on sending them an email they completely deny taking extra charges wen my bank statement clearly says i am charged 897 aed! Never booking again from them! M still fighting for my refund!

The worst experience ever
September 27, 2021

I don't recommend it to anyone, they waited for long and eventually cancelled my flight in same day of the flight they asked me for extra money or refund. I told them you can not do that me on the same flight day, this had caused me lots of extra expenses. Now I'm going for legal action against them.
