The whole day iam calling them to book my flight for tomorrow after many many calls someone took my information and said i would call u back, no one call me my flight after hrs i don't know what shall i do my ticket is open only i need to book and pay the difference they are not caring with customers i will make official complain and ask for compensation for delaying me from travelling no one do same mistake and deal with them ever i spent more than the price of ticket calling them and they didn't care
I had very bad experience with my holidays today.I booked the ticket through them and the amount debited from my card.But after the booking they say the ticket is not available and so we reversed the amount back.still I have not received the money.Cutomer executives are also not supporting properly.They are finding to argue instead of solving the issue
Please don't go with skyscanner and especially with my holidays. My bank says many customers are them on the same matter. So please don't take risk
Unfortunately our experience with my holidays was a real hassle.
The airline cancelled our flight and offered us another, which we were not able to take. After calling the airline they cancelled our flight and told us they would immediately transfer the refund to myholidays.
I wrote an email to myholidays about the status quo and asked to transfer the refund back to my credit card ASAP. No answer. Then I tried to reach them by phone, no one ever picked up. Only after threatening them with legal charges they would answer and ask for a confirmation from the airline, which I already sent previously. Back and forth by mail again threatening them with legal charges to finally made the payment, but only parts of the refunded money, saying they did not receive more.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!
When COVID hit my flight on Korean I booked through them was cancelled. My holidays would not refund the ticket, even though Korean gave the option. They would only give me a voucher for the next 3 months, fully knowing I would not be able to use it.
Don't use them.
Ordered a ticket and after one hour decided to cancel it. I'm aware of the 24 hour cancelation law that most companies apply.
Called the airline, waited 1 hour - no response.
Contacted by email, and then they started forwarding me to the airline company, contacted the airline directly, they said that the agent is my address (makes sense).
Contacted Myholidays again, then they replied, that "cancelation fee" will be higher then the ticket price itself.
In a nutshell - SCAMMERS!
In February 2020 I booked a return flight from Perth to Adelaide and return for late April 2020. With Covid-19 Australians were advised not to travel and the Western Australian State Premier locked our border to interstate travel. Since then I have been trying to get answers from myholidays as to how I can get a refund (ignored) and my shell/credit voucher (also ignored). They don't answer e-mails. They are a riff off company and should be banned from advertising as they are just scammers. I would give a minus rating if I could.
This agency has very bad customer service and they manipulate the prices when making the reservation, the price is relatively low, then they call to say that this rate is no longer in force, there is an increase of 70 dollars and if you try to cancel it they say they will give you a discount of $ 20 and that if you try to make another search the cost will be higher. I asked if someone could help me in Spanish to understand better because their prices vary but they did not help me with that either. Three hours later I try to cancel the reservation and I see that their prices have dropped, which I don't think they manipulate their prices. When trying to cancel they tell me that I have to pay $ 120 fee. I explain the situation to them and they say that prices change constantly. The worst customer service I have ever had. Do not trust this agency is the worst...
Seemingly good prices, however, after booking they will call you and tell you the prices changed, ticket got cancelled, flight was overbooked or any other excuse they can think of and tell you to pay an additional amount to get 'new' tickets. At that point you have already paid the initial amount and if you cancel you will not get it back (they won't say as much of course, but it is clear). They will stop accepting calls and won't respond to e-mails (have literally called them 4 times a day at varying times for the last week and they have not answered a single time). Just avoid these criminals and book with a respectable company.
Booked a flight to Vietnam from Australia.
Booked internal flights in Viernam and Cambodia 7 trips, just over $750.
When covid came and could not travel. Kiwi.com, GOTOGATE, and Travel2be did not offer a refund. Only Holidays.com returned some of my money.
Good communication. Will use them again. Never the others.
Have been emailing for 2 months concerning refund on refundable tickets due to virus cancellations by United and ANA. Their reply continues to put forth the IDEA that they are working on it with NO results. Have contacted both airlines and verified flight cancellations; however myholidays.com reply to this information is they have received NO reply from the airlines. Obviously myholidays is lying. This was our first purchase through them. We travel extensively spending $5-7K annually on flights. I hope the company realizes the damage this is doing to their future business prospects. Still awaiting response with only 10 days until the flight was to begin. I shall update again after the 16th of April with final assessment.
The website seems to be a major fraud! Bought a flexi ticket as below:
1) Original ticket price with additional charge for flexi ticket: USD 95
2) Now charges from myholiday.com to change fight date: USD 192!
3) Airline offering ticket on rescheduled date: USD 93.
Guys, this is a total rip-off of a website! Beware when dealing with them!

I booked the air ticket on myholidays site having booking reference number OTAA*******. In which payment is deducted from my credit card and i have not received the air ticket. I got a mail from myholidays saying that within 30 minute you will receive mail having ticket. I have not received air ticket then i asked for payment refund that also i have not received from last two month. Then i came to know Myholidays is cheating many customer. And myholidays is very much weak in customer support system. If you want to talk customer support representative you will not be able to find out
Very stressful I booked a flight through my holidays through Skyscanner and they took my money then said I didn't pay but the bank shows the money has left my account then they tried to take the same amount of money from my account 8 more times... then a woman rang and said my flight cost more than the ticket but my card declined... not true... don't use this company it's a scam

Save yourself the trouble and don't book with myholidays.com. I recently bought a ticket through the website which was my mistake because I had never heard of them before. Within minutes of booking the ticket I called myholidays to cancel the ticket. They instructed me to call the airline directly, get them to cancel the ticket, refund them, and then they would issue me a refund. I did as was instructed but, myholidays did not honor the refund. So, instead of just getting my money, they got the airlines money as well.
I am not ready to give 1 also because they are very big scammers they only runing for money and scam people don't book anything this website..
I booked a return ticket with them. They confirmed only one ticket, the departure and said that the return isn't available.
I asked for full refund and they refused, only said that they'll refund the return ticket like what you want to book one way ticket for me?

I got an urgency and had to visit my friend in London. I was looking to book myself but there is not seat available in the flights. I contacted the team Myholidays and asked for a help. We have requested date change for the issued ticket.
But no response from the company so we did date change directly from the airline.
After one week the agent calls me for the date change.i dont recommend this company.

This company sold me a ticket for a date that's 10 months away. I tried to reach out before my flight because I hadn't received an actual ticket and received zero response. I decided to just get it at the airport. At the airport I found out that I was issued a ticket (from MyHolidays.com) for the wrong month, day and year. I had to book a new ticket at the airport for over $500 one way since it was last minute. Now, this company is refusing to refund me for my faulty ticket. Horrible customer service and all around crooks.
