Precisava montar a Árvore Genealógica da minha Família, por este motivo busquei por uma ferramenta que me ajudasse a atingir o objetivo. Após algumas pesquisas, encontrei o MyHeritage, realmente me surpreendi, pois, recebi e continuo a receber uma enorme quantidade de informações, as quais, me ajudaram a encontrar os meus antepassados e revelar minha descendência. Ainda tenho mais alguns elos a decifrar, porém, já posso afirmar que estou muito satisfeito com a dedicação e o empenho dessa organização. Parabéns à toda Equipe do MyHeritage, Deus os abençoe!
I used to be able to go from e-mail into myHeritage account right away. Now I have to go into my myHeritage account using my password etc every time I change from one person to another. Result is that I delete most of what I see only go to info that I really need.

B.: Da ein Großteil der Personen in meinem Stammbaum nicht meine eigenen Daten sind, sondern die Familien einer ausführlichen Recherche für meinen historischen Roman "Justina Tubbe", erschienen im Jahr 2000 im Westkreuz Verlag, Berlin, waren, erhalte ich viele Matches der darin vorkommenden amerikanischen Auswandererfamilien. Ich möchte sie aber irgendwie trennen von meinen eigenen Familien, obgleich es eine alte Verbindung beider Gruppen gibt.(Justina Tubbe war die angeheiratete Tante und Ziehmutter meiner Ururgroßmutter, die mit 60 Jahren 1855 nach Texas auswanderte) Das kriege ich nicht hin und verliere die Lust.

I have recently started using My Heritage particularly to start a tree on my maternal family. It is excellent how much information is available But I needed help in printing from an ipad and how to delete duplicates which I had mistakenly put in the tree.
On the 2 occasions that I sent in queries I received a helpful response.

Spent half a day looking for a phone number. Then phoned to receive options, none of which lead to a live person. Problem still not resolved. Not everything can be solved on line.
I love how I get notifications about ancestors but there are so many it is hard to keep up. I am now more selective about who I follow up eg. Direct ancestors but not great aunt's father in law.
The map section of Family tree Builder does not work and when I followed all their advice still does not work, part of the advice was to upgrade the program to the latest version, it still did not work, and resulted in all my note sections of the program being deleted, this seems to hapen when syncing to the online tree at their site. Their program is full of bugs.
I still have not received help since the last request to update program which I advised them did not work. Support very slow at returning e-mail.
I will be looking at moving to another site where hopefully their program works as requied.
My experience with the customer service rep was outstanding. He reviewed some benefits and offers with me. He said he would follow up on why my DNA sample had not been received. He would email me his contact information. Finally, he was going to send me a link to make my daughter a co-manager on my account.
I have not received any of these items but quickly got emails on what he got me to buy.
It has been good. I have given a lot of the DNA kits to family and friends who have been desperate for heritage information. I've spent some time on most heritage sites and feel that MyHeritage will be the leader in Australia. I encourage people to use it.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team (support@myheritage.com).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to support@myheritage.com and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
