I signed up with Family Tree DNA and paid for the highest priced test $279) to get the most information. They sent me my results: 95% British Isles. Not British, not Irish, not Scottish, just British Isles. I signed up for Ancestry for $49 and got more information than Family Tree. I sent emails and tried contacting FT customer service and could not get a reply other than, "sorry, this is all you get." I recommend going anywhere other than Family Tree DNA. I had more information before I spent $279. The best I can say about them is that they did send me "relatives," but again, I got more out of Ancestry.
