I have had to make an account since I am now over 16 and my mother now can't access my details and records and when I attempted to make the account I discovered what a collosal piece of $#*! this website is. I set up the account and made three security questions with fairly easy answers. Less than two minutes later I had to answer them to log-in and yet for all five attempts they allowed me for the three questions I was told the answer's were wrong. This is bull$#*!. I had written the answers for these questions just a couple minutes ago and I am 100% sure on the spelling and capitalisation of my answers and yet I was repeatedly told that they were not the answers I had provided. This is bull$#*!. They force me to make an account so that I can actually access my records and yet they do this therefore making it impossible. I am unsure whether this occurred simply because I attempted to make the account on my iPhone but I will attempt to do it again later on my laptop. Even if it is simply because I was trying to do it on my phone that would be ridiculous as not everyone has access to a computer and in our day and age literally everyone uses a phone. If that is the issue then it really needs to be fixed because it's the stupidest waste of time I've ever been subjected to.

Its impossible to use and constantly doesnt work and so complex no one can work out how to do it. Constantly have to re set up an account every 3 months
AFTER GETTING PERMANENTLY LOCKED OUT OF THE MYGOV SITE I FIND THAT I HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AND EVERYTHING IS NOW GONE. ALL MY HISTORY ETC AND WORST OF ALL EVERY GOVERNMENT BODY I HAD LINKED INTO THE SITE ARE GONE TOO INCLUDING MY CENTRELINK AND MEDICARE. IM BACK TO WHERE I WAS WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP TO MYGOV 10 YRS AGO - BRILLIANT, AND THEY WANT ME TO NOW LINK MY ATO THROUGH HERE, GETTED F'ED! WHAT A JOKE
I am not knocking the system.It isn't well written from the user side, but it is the access I have an issue with.
I created a MyGov account when I had a cell phone and no I don't, it keeps trying to send a code to a phone I no longer have.
I called their" Help line" The person I spoke to was not helpful, at all.
He said to get the system to send a code to my email address.
I did and when the code came through it did not work!
He then said to create a new account, which did not assist either, as soon as you try to link to the ATO the system it requests a code to be sent to a cell phone.
I am not prepared to waste my time going to a neighbour to use their phone to call them again.
If they could not assist me last time, common sense dictates that they will not be able to this time.
I have been looking for a postal address to write to them as they do not have any email contact listed.
It appears they do not have an email address for inquiries.
I will therefore not be able to do a tax return this year.
3 weeks of unable to verify any of my documents, only to be told to check with Vic Road, BD&M regarding my identity, rebooting the app, the list goes on - there are no options to get your documents to them and no way of speaking to anyone that has help. Has anyone got some insight GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I have tried 3 times to link centrelink with my gov now I have to go into centrelink tomorrow to reactivate my centrelink account because my gov $@#& up.
In all my time have I never experienced such an appalling $#*!hole of a service

This website is terrible it keeps looping you in circles when giving advice and often the advice doesn't work.
A so called necessary change to MyGov but you cannot even complete simple tasks, know it is mandatory to use MyGov site yet it fails to work and completely unreliable...
I waited on the ph for 1hr and 40mins to have some fool disconnect my "MYGOV" account then say that is what I ask for:(
WHAT I DID ASK FOR: was I need help getting into MYGOV to block my "MYHEALTH" records.
When he told me what he had done and I had to wait 20mins before I could login again, I lost it and asked to speak to his supervisor to which he said he did what I asked and hung up on me. OMG I'm so wild at the incompetence of MyGov staff.
Allow several hours (at least) to complete anything on this hopeless, user unfriendly site! Get anything incorrect and you are locked out for hours.
There is no "ATO online services" link in my gov account Honestly hopeless why isn't it idiot proof for me... yes the so named idiot 8-(
Mygov is the worst site ever. Cannot link ATO and constantly have to put in password to change any information.
They can stick it where it belongs.
Cumbersome, frustrating and useless... too time consuming and not suited for the elderly.

Every single time I try to sign in (which is every time I apply for a job, or have to jump through one of Centrelink's hoops) I am informed that the answers to my security questions are incorrect and locks my account for 2 hours. I chose these questions, I know the answers are correct! It is extremely frustrating, and I don't appreciate my time being wasted. A simple 2 minute task ends up taking 3 days to complete, but only then, if by some sheer miracle it decides to accept my answers. Not impressed!
