I would recommend Myflightsearch to anyone looking for cheap flight fares. They are better than most other websites.
The website is super easy to navigate and book flights. The fares are pretty reasonable as well. I would recommend myflightsearch to all travel buffs.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They just scammed me out of $700! Seriously the worst experience of my life with them! Rude and blaming everyone else! I cannot believe this company is out there still scamming people! So mad right now!
After searching the internet for hours, I finally managed to book a cheap emergency flight to Atlanta at myflightsearch. Glad that I'm home now with family.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak I had to reschedule my flight and myflightsearch changed my flight without any extra fee. I wasn't expecting it in such times of crisis, Thank You myflightsearch.
This company booked me an extra "agent fee" for $98! I did contact my credit card company and they reimbursed me. It's funny they charge an agent fee when you don't even speak to an agent but they charge an agent fee for every flight you book. Although worse than that they sold me a flight that did not even exist! My mom went to online check in the night before her flight and it was not coming up so she called the airline and it did not even exist! This company is horrible! SCAMMERS!

Received an email stating that my flight was canceled due to the airline not traveling to that location due to the covid 19. Had to change airlines and was charged more. I wasn't able to get a refund but a credit. I had spoken to 6 different CSR and everytime I would ask them why the change the would hang up the phone. And when I would call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, they would tell me they are the supervisor. I do not know what kind of business or CSR you are running but I have to say that this was the worst service I have experienced in a long time
All 6 the CSR I spoke to all had a foreign accent yet they claimed they were all in Nevada?
SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY... BOOKED A FLIGHT 6-1-20, They call TODAY and tell me due to COVID19, it was cancelled. I called America Airlines and they stated there were NO CANCELATIONS due to COVID... This place took $152 and now wants to charge me 4 x that for yet another ticket, same trip, same flight! BBB will be notified, shame on you for screwing people!
Booking my flight was easy, so for that the site gets 4 stars. But because of Covid, the flight was cancelled. I was told that my refund would be credited to my credit card with 21-28 business days. Day 28 has come and gone and two emails to Customer Service requesting an update have gone unanswered. For that the site gets 0 stars. Go somewhere else to book your travel.

If I could give a negative number I would! My reservations that were booked 3 months ago were voided by MyFlightSearch and when we contacted them they said it would cost more money to get tickets. We are supposed to fly out tomorrow and they are wanting to charge more money. When I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. I have attempted to contact them 3 times and on hold for the 4th time all for over an hour and half. Upon further research...

Pattern of Complaints:
In February of 2019 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging Flight Search, Inc refused to issue refunds for errors made by the business, or issue promised refunds. Consumers also alleged the business made changes to reservations without notice to the consumer, made errors concerning the dates or cities of travel and charged fess not disclosed to the consumers. Consumers further allege the business claimed be an airline or a travel site that they are not.
BBB communicated our concerns to the business in February of 2019. Although the business indicted, they would review the matter and provide a response, to date the business has not provided BBB with the steps they will be taking to alleviate the pattern of complaints. As of April 2019, BBB continues to receive the same type complaints regarding the business.
Revocation:
On 12/05/2019 this company's accreditation in BBB was revoked by BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints on file with the BBB and unresolved complaint(s).

I find Myflightsearch site quite user-friendly and easily accessible for a person like me who is not very technically advanced. The cheaper days to fly option on the page is simply great.
I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. They are scammers. I booked my flight with them 5 days in advance. Never received an email eticket, you know like every other site gives. Then the day before my flight I get a call saying that the flight is no longer operating. That they could put me on a different flight for more money and on a different date. Uh absolutely not. They say they'll refund me in a month! Highly doubt I'll see that one.
I recently had a good experience with my flight search team. I called them for my flight cancellation and refund request. I not only got my tickets canceled but within a week got the refund back. Thank you, team.
I recently booked flights for my elderly parents through myflightsearch. The senior travel deals offered are too good to be true. I booked the tickets at a very economical price. Thank you so much.
My flight is tomorrow and they said my flight was canceled. Not true. Called American Airlines directly and said they see that MyFlightSearch and reserved tickets, but failed to pay for them.
Had to buy the tickets for the same flight directly from at quadruple the price. Now I guess I'll see if they refund me for the tickets I bought through them, that they never bought.
