I've been sold a spare part for an Oztio compressor that is COMPLETE GARBAGE! Avoid this seller and stick with Ebay or Aliexpress! Not only is the a piece of junk, the advertised delivery date was April 16th and the item arrived on the 7th March... This poor delivery time-frame is due to the fact that MyDeal uses the worst Courier service in Australia! - Aramex Australia (formerly Fastway AU)... Do your own research on this courier company, they're service ratings are utterly atrocious.
Faulty Item, No refund, suggested to return item (Motorcycle Lift) which arrived steel strapped on pallet weighing about 170kg,MyDeal suggested to use PACKING CARTONS from BUNNINGS to repack and return bike lift,this has been on going for months, item was fully paid using OpenPay which has been finalized,MyDeal agreed to pay labor costs for replacement of faulty item, the refund they agreed on informed me they do not know how to process it, more than 6 months now still waiting, they advised me refund needs to be sent to OpenPay?
Mydeal.com is the dodgiest website to purchase from it. You do not get your refund and if you are lucky 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund, shipping, and returning fees on customers.
I brought sheets from this company. They sent me completely different ones, wrong size and colour and they do not reply to emails. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone
Mattress I purchased was great quality, great price and arrived within two days :) Very happy with my purchase and will shop at MyDeal again for sure.
NO NO NO cancelling the order on the same Sunday evening within 2 hours, using their system to notify them but without checking the system or email they deliberately sent, even though I have called them in the early morning to update them but still right after my call they are sending my items. Now asking for $80 restoking. Good way to not bringing customer back. NO NO NO.
Now, I believe that your system is highly automated and humans do not have control. Office staff are just sitting there to read the system. (you read the system to tell the customer because the customer can't read and write on your website)
They think customer doesnt understand the warehouse dispatch process, as customer doesnt know what is a computer and what is automations.
As per my experience, other competitors' systems do listen to customers, even without having interaction with humans on the phone.
If I have to face the problem because of you, I am sure I will not face you for a second time. You enjoy your system, get awarded and rewarded.
Ordered masks for my high-risk, 83-year-old mother who has emphysema on 13th MARCH. Today is 27th APRIL, 6 weeks later. Endless emails back and forth have resulted in today, MyDeal telling me that the items are still on their way. Tracking shows they were handed over to airline on 23rd March and they're trying to say they'll still be coming. Meanwhile, we've had to purchase elsewhere so we don't need theirs now, yet because they're supposedly "still on their way", they won't refund. This company steals money from customers, taking advantage of vulnerabilities, knowing they can't fulfill orders in a reasonable time frame, then expects the customer to bear the brunt of the issue. I've asked repeatedly and firmly for a refund but the response continues to be "they're on their way". Nonsense. Had I known the masks were coming from China in the first place (not disclosed upon purchase), I wouldn't have placed the order. Upon finding out, I would have thought two weeks would have been a reasonable time frame for delivery but we're now 6 weeks in and no sign of the purchase.
Ordered 3 different pieces of Furniture about 30 all up 2 lots arrived and the other 20 Chairs yet to be dispatched it's a Wine Bar and I can't Open because it would look ridiculous without chairs! Our washing machine broke a little over 3 weeks ago and was purchased 8 months ago. Trying to get service from this company is awful. They needed me to email tons of information. After almost a week, the service tech came out. He was there for 5-10 minutes and told me the washer was perfectly fine. I then showed him the video of the issue we were having and he said he would have another look. He then told me that he needs to order parts and to call to schedule another appointment once the parts arrived at my house. I then received the parts almost another week later and service couldn't come back until another 4-5 days later. He arrived and installed the new parts. He ran half of a cycle and told us it was fixed and left. Immediately after he left, we tried running a cycle of clothes and the issue was absolutely not resolved. I called him immediately and even sent him a video of the problem still persisting and he told me it was too late since he already closed out the service order so now I have to start this whole process over. He didn't run an entire cycle... he ran a partial cycle and decided to leave stating the washer was fixed and then hurried to close the order without the problem actually being fixed. So, 3-4 weeks later, our brand new washer is still inoperable. I took a chance on a brand I hadn't heard of because the Lowes department said it was a good brand and I highly regret that decision. Awful product and awful customer service.

Advised the support team it is faulty and did not provide any lumber support and was told after sending photos and videos clearly showing how ineffective it was at my desk while typing –
• I need to lose weight
• I should not assemble the product before asking for a refund if it's not as described in the advertisement
• I need to look at the picture which show the back support angle and not read the detailed description of what the chair says it does for back support
• I need to go out and purchase a additional lumber support for a chair that is advertised as providing lumber support
Obviously not happy and $100 spent on about to be land fill waste. Oh, and offered $15 discount refund which never got refunded.
Just received my Bamboo sheet set, they set was well packaged, arrived early and is just like the information said, Bamboo sheets are nice and soft and luxurious,

Don't even want to give them one star! Purchased 4 chairs from My Deal. They arrived with out any screws, bolts or an Allan key to assemble. I Immediately contacted My Deal only to be told I must contact the seller. I bought and paid for the items on My Deal thus surely legally they are the seller? But no they insist you get hold of their supplier! 8 emails without a single response and I am told by My Deal the only way to escalate the issue is to push the escalate button on the email from the sender to have My Deal look into it. If the seller doesn't respond their is no email with the magical escalate button and no way to escalate the matter or sort it out!. So I am left with 4 chairs I cant assemble and no one who is responsible for helping me sort it out. I even offered to use my time and money to go and buy the hardware I need if they just tell me what sizes I need to get, but not a single response. I would suggest you NEVER EVER EVER USE MY DEAL - they are a disgrace to Australian companies as their practices border on fraud. Lets see what the unfair trade commission thinks.
Purchased an inverter from this site. Transaction receipt then heard nothing. Their so called contact us has no access to any person... redirection to go to the seller but no seller details show... so you can't contact seller first to then escalate to my deal. Absolute classic diversion scam. Sat on phone for three hours for then to say experiencing delays then just disconnect you. This mob ought to be put out of business by the piss weak regulator in this country the accc. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MY DEAL... I went looking for a BROWN Super King Quilt Cover, found a photo on My Deal of a BROWN cover, ordered it.
When it arrived, we saw that it was the còrrect packaging with a photo of a BROWN cover, we opened the packaging to find a GREY cover. Ratchelle the contact at My Deal.com.au has managed to organise a purchase price refund, but will not refund the return postage charges, because the quilt cover supplied is grey! We wanted a BROWN cover as advertised ( attached photos) not the GREY cover INCLUDED IN PHOTOS SUPPLIED TO MY DEAL, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
My wife ****** purchased a box containing a pair of Bokashi Compost Bins. I picked up the box from the post office about two weeks ago and a couple of days later another 7 boxes arrived by courier. How this happened I have no idea, but I have been in touch with Annelise (with your Supplier) who advises me that they were told of Order ******* dated 19/7, Order ******* on the 23/7 and Orders ******* and ******* and ******* and ******* and ******* all on the 26/7. Clearly something has gone amiss somewhere as we clearly cannot use 16 Compost Bins. We would like to return the unopened seven boxes to you to put this matter to rest. Could you advise how we can do this please. I would add that I have had a lengthy string chat with Mr Mohamed at My Sale and Ozsale only to discover that you were not associated with them. This was because Annelise initially gave me the wrong Customer Service address and my first reply was from Ozsale. I would appreciate your early reply. (Name, email address and phone numbers withheld, but available to My Deal). The website is a maze with no exit and the most catastrophically unfriendly I have ever experienced. After three months of trying, I found that they been publicly listed on the ASX and I now know how I shall get in touch with them. Needless to say, I did not buy shares.
I ordered a mttress and bedhead and base paid 50% on afterpay and it is 16 days dont have purchases and MYDEAL keep saying the Seller is responsible not them. MYDEAL will not say when I will receive my purchases although the website said 7-10days. Cant contact MYDEAL by phone and they wont give you the Sellers phone number or address. I believe they are the Seller. I am sorry I used them I have contacted after pay to stop payment.
Terrible service poor sellers a lot of counterfeit products and then you can't get through on the phone no customer service at all
Tried to make a $200 purchase on line and use the $10 voucher that MyDeal sent me. Of Course the voucher wouldn't work. I don't support dodgy companies (work too hard for my money!) so I called them immediately. Their 'customer service' lines were apparently busy so I was hung up on twice before speaking to a woman who then accidently disconnected me. I called back another five times and was hung up on five time by service before getting same female on phone who had no idea what she was doing. Even though it was 2pm they were not able to stop the $200 form leaving my account. The female agreed that someone would call me back that day. This did not happen. The $200 was taken from my account. The next day I received an email saying that if I wanted to cancel the order it would take up to 5 days for my $200 to be refunded. What a racket! So they will have my $200 for at least a week. I tried for hours this morning to get through on their phone line but on hold each time for twenty minutes and then message that they are hanging up. Disgraceful lack of customer service. All they are interested in is taking your money as quickly as possible. I can't imagine what it would be like if you actually bought something from them and had a problem with the product. They are not interested in assisting their customers at all. Only interested in taking people's money as quickly as possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DODGY!
I ordered a 10kg washing machine, you, my deal sent me a 7kg O have been trying to get in touch with customer service for a week, and have not been able to.
I purchased an item when it arrived it was only 1/3 the advertised size. Tried contacting them but the link they sent me never works save your money
