My teenage son accessed this website to purchase a $1.00 download for an ebook about how to use Maschine Mark3. He did not receive the download and 7 days later another $54.56 was taken from his account. We contacted Rob Stevenson at his email address to be told that my son had purchased a subscription with a 7 day return policy which surprisingly had run out before the 7 days were up! The UTube advertisement which my son accessed has absolutely no mention of any subscription or any further costs but does offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We're guessing this wouldn't have been honoured even if we had received the promised download. Our bank, Visa and Australian Consumer Affairs is investigating this business. Do not use!

Tried to make a $200 purchase on line and use the $10 voucher that MyDeal sent me. Of Course the voucher wouldn't work. I don't support dodgy companies (work too hard for my money!) so I called them immediately. Their 'customer service' lines were apparently busy so I was hung up on twice before speaking to a woman who then accidently disconnected me. I called back another five times and was hung up on five time by service before getting same female on phone who had no idea what she was doing. Even though it was 2pm they were not able to stop the $200 form leaving my account. The female agreed that someone would call me back that day. This did not happen. The $200 was taken from my account. The next day I received an email saying that if I wanted to cancel the order it would take up to 5 days for my $200 to be refunded. What a racket! So they will have my $200 for at least a week. I tried for hours this morning to get through on their phone line but on hold each time for twenty minutes and then message that they are hanging up. Disgraceful lack of customer service. All they are interested in is taking your money as quickly as possible. I can't imagine what it would be like if you actually bought something from them and had a problem with the product. They are not interested in assisting their customers at all. Only interested in taking people's money as quickly as possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DODGY!
