I placed 4 orders amounting to just over $2000.
Still only received 2 of 4 and only after a threat of legal action. Lawyer now involved.
Would like to give less than one star. Very dodgy, a whole vicious circle of no products and denial.
Advertise products at low prices and then cancel your order. The deals seem good but I wouldn't bother. The ACCC should look into this behaviour.

If you like stress, uncertainty and frustration in your life by all means go right ahead but if you want a reliable, communicative, professional experience, look elsewhere.
They present as a ‘seller' but are a platform for retailers, much like eBay but minus the protections and obligations.
I spent a large amount on bunk beds for the grand kiddies (in Brisbane, from Sydney) and ten days later had heard nothing about who would deliver the goods and when- the company says they will send courier details and a tracking number as soon as the items are dispatched. Interestingly, only the five ‘working days' count here: if they are halfway through country NSW, they stop for the weekend? Ridiculous.
Then I spoke to the actual retailer - Lux Living- and I was told "rest assured, your package is on its way and will be with you in a couple days". A non-functioning tracking number and a non-existing courier name was provided. I cancelled the order after not receiving answers about the status of my order.
Eventually did receive a call from a courier (day 28) who said it just arrived two days ago in a shipping container; "when they told you it was coming and had left their warehouse, it was on a ship in the middle of the ocean!"
MyDeal did not take the lead in sorting out the mess and did not act decisively or fairly. It has hard to tell which emails are from them and which are from the seller- they merge into one entity.
Thankful for PayPal disputes centre. Acknowledged my reply re outcome and said they will seek me a full refund. Froze funds while case examined. Even then seller hounded me with calls and emails re delivery and refusing to accept order cancelation. Got to harassment level.
Received full refund through PayPal 31 days after initial ‘goods dispatched' notice.
Case closed
If it wasn't for PayPal and my having paid through them, my issue would still be unresolved or I would have at best lost hundreds of dollars
And until two days ago- 10 days after PayPal closed the case and refunded my money!- LuxLiving were still trying to arrange delivery.

After 2 months of being accused of receiving a package I haven't received and arguing with 3 different customer service representatives, all because 2 of the packages I bought had the same tracking number. So they are blaming me, accusing me that I received a package that I didn't receive. They asked me to contact aramex about my package didn't receive, so I messaged aramex and told them I found it, not realising this would be used against me, (I agreed to receiving a package that had the IDENTICAL TRACKING NUMBER as another order that I ordered from a completely unrelated store). So, MYDEAL ARE ACCUSING ME of receiving my package (which I might add I didn't receive either packages, I had to chase the first one up as well) and they thought they would be smart in a reply with a photo that wasn't even my address)
I only have received one, they are ignoring me now, they know they are wrong, where is the APOLOGY after 2 weeks of this backwards and forwards messaging? I do not recommend MY DEAL. They also are very repetitive with answers, computer automated.
