This is just another company that scams people that have already been scammed, basically preying on people. They do nothing more than send legal emails to the Banks and parties involved, and they they deny responsibility they do nothing more. Save your money as they do nothing but busywork to try to make you think they are doing something. Not Court orders or anything.
Why is no one is talking about this?
I hired MyChargeBack to recover money that was stolen from me by a fraudulent broker. They charged a lot of money, and all I got was an erroneous and incomplete Crypto Trace Report.

They offer you a videocall, try to show you that you can trust them. After you agreed and paid the fee they disappeared in my case. My experience was that with the disappearance of metadvpro.com they muted all channels. They are a part of the whole scam machinery I assume. DO WOULD NOT TRUST AGAIN!

Since quite some time I have not heard from them and receives no response for a requested call back! I was asked to sign an authorization for a legal firm in Bulgaria? Which I doubt could be the best place to recover claims...

The support and follow up I received were very motivating, as I thought I wouldn't be able to get my money back but Eva was very calm and supportive, making sure I was given the necessary audience till I got my money back. I love the consistency with the follow up.

The initial person with whom I spoke was very good but my main contact was horrible with follow-ups.
I was assured I would be updated even if no progress was made in getting my funds back. This didn't last long. Many months went by, and even almost a year, without a single update. Even when I finally contacted the company about the lack of follow up, they either didn't reply or took almost a week to reply as I did more than one follow up. There was no accountability, no apology, no follow through and no customer service. I didn't appreciate being 'ghosted'. Stay away from this company.
This was a bank recall case, which does require long waiting periods because the correspondence is primarily between attorneys, While waiting for them there is nothing new to report back to the client. Nonetheless, we are no less disappointed by the progress that could be made, but it certainly was not because we did not try. We prepared the bank wire recall request, which out attorney sent, together with a legal demand letter, to the client's bank, claiming that it did not do its due diligence in transferring the client's money to an account in the receiving bank held by a scammer. Unfortunately, however, it turned out that the scammer was spoofing a legitimate company that had ceased to exist. In such a situation, the next step would have been to file a complaint with the relevant financial regulator, but that was impossible in this case because the client did have an account with the receiving bank, which was located in a different country. The client was able, however, to obtain a PayPal chargeback for two other payments made to the scammer after we explained the process and guided the client along the way. According to the contract that the client signed, we could have invoiced a 20% success fee, but did not do so. Perhaps we deserve a word of thanks.

I signed up with MyChargeBack in August 2022 following a huge financial loss I suffered at the hands of an online trading platform scam. The onboarding specialist at MyChargeBack, who was my first point of contact, is Estelle Richey. She reassured me and explained what MyChargeBack could offer with absolutely no pressure on me to sign an agreement unless or until I was completely confident. I was warned that the process of possible fund recovery would be drawn out and a lengthy process. I accepted that and signed a contract with them.
The crypto team agents work as a team and deal with correspondence as it arrives but all info is recorded centrally. Whenever I have felt the need to do so, I have contacted Estelle directly and she has immediately forwarded my questions to the team which has resulted in swift and positive progress. My name is G L. Back on October 18,2023, I contacted Mychargeback for the possibility to recover my money. After several months my case was transferred to a law firm that was only able to write some documents to the banks without even waiting for a response to quit my case. This is a totally disgusting way to another scam. You charged me a meaningful amount of money just to let me hang. These lawyers did nothing about my case.
Wonderful gentlemen i approached him about a fraud i was caught in. Luckily for me my investment was low and would cost me more to recover then it is worth. He sent me more information to help prevent me from falling into such a trap in the future. I am very love the honesty from him. I think from the honesty shown by them they are 100% legit. Fell into a online forex scam called Treasure Forex. They made a lot of promises, and it looked like I was doing well. However, when it came time for payout I would not be able to withdraw unless I paid a fee. This is when I got the red flag, and I contacted MyChargeBack.
