I ordered a canvas by this company, and once I received it, the picture I had sent was of my two cats and they sent me the canvas with one of the cats heads cut out. Even though the purpose of the canvas was to have both cats in the picture. I emailed the company and received an email back stating it did not have any defects and that I had basically got what I wanted (which I clearly didn't). They say they've got great customer satisfaction however I believe completely different. Please think about ordering off this company
Why will my mum not be getting the print that was paid for on the 10th? Where is it? Why is your phoneline not available? Why didn't I read reviews first!
Do not order from this company, I have not got my order which I order 17 Days ago! I have emailed them twice and tried calling them number (which the don't work)
Really disappointed. A photo of a sacred Aboriginal site is just a dark blob. I will now have to buy a second canvas from a different company. Hey my picture, would you like this canvas back? I thought not.
The canvas I ordered took 4 weeks to deliver, although I emailed them countless times they just kept telling me to wait... I believe my order was redone as when I received the canvas it was TINY, even though I ordered the same size I'd previously ordered! I had a issue with the order before that where they had cut the head out of the picture, when I contacted them they told me basically it was my fault because I uploaded the picture! They never want to satisfy the customer only their pockets, DO NOT purchase a canvas from them
If I had not put a review on SiteJabber I would have been ignored by this company. They now want me to remove my review. Well I'm sorry My-picture, the review stays. Yes they did eventually send me another canvass and it was slightly better than the first, but still not great. For that reason I have given them one more star, so you decide.
Do not use this company. Canvas of my cat was very poor quality said they would send another then changed their minds A great canvas company in Hull did me a lovely canvas at a good price

Had picture on canvas. At 50 pound. In blk and wht. Cant see the pictures.! To dark. Even the pictures are not in the middle of frame. But on the edge which is cut off.! Cant get through to them via phone. Bet i wont get a reply from them via email.! AND NOT FROM UK...! Looking at everyone elses feedback. Wouldnt buy again. Rip me off.
The pictures I uploaded were much better than the quality on the canvas I received. Canvases have come out quite dark, whereas the pictures I uploaded had areas clearly defined. I shan't be using this company again. Back to CanvusRus.
Delivered fast but when arrived the canvus wasn't the same as on the preview on the site half of someone's faces was cut out. I email as couldn't rong and they didn't want to do anything to help no refund or replacement Never use this site

DO NOT USE THIS COPANY. I ordered a photo canvas over a week ago. I have since been told by my photo that it had been delivered to the incorrect address not even in England. They are unwilling to respond to my e mails and so far seem unwilling to replace or refund my money.
Do NOT touch this excuse for company with a barge pole... be warned, they will take your hard earned cash and send you a pixelated excuse for a canvas then tell you "that's what you ordered"... they have obviously got no quality control/standards and I am not the only one to find this. Deal with them at your pearl. Their customer service is rated like their product ZERO! Appalled that this can happen in 2014
Absolutely disgusted with this firm firstly you would think that the firm is in the UK WRONG they are in Germany! I had writing on my pictures and they pinned half the writing onto the side therefore ruining the canvases. When I contacted them they told me that that was what I had asked for! Why would I possibly ask for half the picture missing.

Absolutely bad company, I have never received my product, so far have not received my money back and they even stopped updating me on their extremely slow progress they are making.

Absolute bargain and couldn't believe how fast the delivery was! Now I'm looking for more pictures to have made into canvas prints, and am also going to use them for a photobook. Have already recommended My-picture to friends who were also impressed.
