This is the worst company out there doing canvases ordered one three turned up and was charged for the three have emailed them about this problem a few times have had no reply canvas was nothing more then a very dull picture How do these company's get away treating customers so badly
I bought 14 canvas prints from my picture. Like everyone else I wasn't aware it was coming from Germany, so when it took over 2 weeks for them to arrive I wasn't surprised.
Problem is the quality though, the print quality is shocking, colours are wrong and the comparison with other (much better organisations) is like night and day.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company #toytown

I ordered a photo book 12days later I checked the order number to see where the package was at is supposedly was suppose to take 3-5 days. The order number when I checked apparently did not exist. I emailed the complaint and received back that there was no record of my order.
I then stupidly ordered the gift again as it was full of important memories, to then receive a new email showing the old order and now the new order being processed.
I have spent another £23 on the same thing to have the same problem I have asked for a refund and cancellation as I obviously don't want two but the responses back are non existent, slow and unhelpful this website will scam you out of money for a product that won't arrive

What I thought to be a lovely present for Christmas... turned out to be a nightmare! I ordered a very large acrylic picture at around £70, the picture came within 4 days which was fab! Until I opened the box?! It had 2 large deep scratches in the acrylic. I sent 2 emails over the next few days with no response. I thought I'd bought from a U. K company as its. co.uk website, however it turns out to be based in GERMANY, good luck trying to call them it's either in German so u can't tell what's being said or you get through to a English switchboard only to be cut off! I found them on Facebook and wrote a private message with no success... so as a last resort I commented on their wall to inform others of the way they run there business. I had put a bad review on the company on their facebook page several times to then low and behold get a reply ( funny that). They very rudely told me to " be patient" as they are busy,?! And that I'd get another. And that was the end of that... I replied asking of a ETA as it was a gift for Christmas... NO RESPONSE. So then I sent a inbox message on facebook asking again for the ETA. To be told if I send the order no they would check for me... send the order no. Any response.? You guessed it... nothing. I went on later that evening to check my messages to find that they had blocked me on facebook and blocked me so I couldn't write anymore negative reviews. So now god knows if I will get a picture or not... NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY...#toytown
First time of using this company. My advice is avoid at all cost. Received my delivery to find I have someone elses print. No reply back from my emails to resolve the matter. Shop elsewhere would be my advice to anyone considering using this company very bad service.
My Large Acrylic print that I was so excited about (first family photo with my baby!) has come out too dark to see the people in it! And my baby's other Acrylic (first Xmas photo) has marks under the surface- this is really disappointing but could easily be resolved if my-picture responded to my complaint and re-issued them! However my rating is related to the fact that they seem to just ignore their customers! So disappointed and wish I'd used another company :(
The canvas I ordered arrived yesterday in time for Christmas but the quality and workmanship is appalling! I suggest you avoid this company like the plague!
It is cheap and nasty, I thought I would give them a go as the deal was 50% off, I spent about £12 ish... you wouldn't even find their rubbish pictures in poundland! Poudland is an upgrade!
Ordered a canvas it was absolutely terrible it wasn't even squared up properly always read reviews first im so gutted I didn't quality is so poor please keep away
Can not believe the negative reviews for this company. This is our 2nd time we have used them & can't fault them at all. The picture quality is excellent & the service is fast. The prices will not be beaten in my opinion & i would definitely recommend them. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. I am very impressed with the quality & service. Thanks my. Picture x
The canvas prints are very poor quality! The price is tempting but please don't even try, u will only be disappointed. I'm gutted myself and I shall not use this company ever again.
Absolutlely terrible product quality and even worse customer service.
Order a canvass for my girlfriend for our anniversary only for it to arrive and the quality be diabolical.
I have used numerous other companies in the past where if there is a problem with the quality of the image you have provided they will contact you either before or after the canvass print to make you aware and to ask if you have another photo or would like to downsize.
This company did nothing like that. Instead they shipped out a quite obvisouly poor quality canvass and just took my money. I fail to understand how anyone could have looked at it and thought that it was acceptable to send that out to a paying customer. No quality control and no sense of right and wrong.
This company are terrible and I can safely say I will never use them again and I would encourage anyone contemplating it not to do so.
Ignore all the positive reviews on their website which are obvisouly cherry picked from out of all the negative reviews they have recieved.
8 days still waiting for canvas said we have in 3-4 days no sign. Don't answer your emails wish I read reviews before ordering
Item was ordered for GUARANTEED delivery for Father's Day. Father's Day was now 3 days ago and it still has not arrived. The first time I emailed customer services, they simply said it takes 3-5 days. I explained again that it was ordered for guaranteed delivery and I got a response saying they would offer a partial refund. I still have not received that nor the actual item and when I have replied I just keep getting the same response saying they will partially refund it!
I am now out of pocket and without the item.
Iv used this site again for the third time. Iv found them to be excellent. Great quality and great customer care. They even rushed an order through for me. My third time using them and I have never had a problem with any of the complaints about this site.

I purchased a canvas from this site, i ordered it on the Sunday & it arrived on the Thursday which was in time for what I needed it for, so delivery timing was ok.
But it was damaged, the canvas had a slash across it & was generally of poor print quality, I must add that the packaging was immaculate so whoever packed it knew that it was damaged & still sent it out unfit for purpose which is rubbish customer care.
They now claim to be based in Germany & bound by German law but they're using a. CO.UK website & are based in Birmingham on their company registered site, I paid with English pounds!
I had to go to Asda to get a usable canvas & the quality at Asda was perfect & it wasn't damaged either.
AVOID this company, they've taken my money, sent me damaged rubbish quality goods & won't refund me.
I sent 3 photos to be put on canvas. I chose a size smaller than the size they said they could do them. These pictures were all extremely blurry when I contacted customer services they said the pictures where what I had got and that was that I had just lost my money very very disappointed
Answer: It's assembled for you to put up when delivered. You can buy attachments off them to hang your pictures too

Answer: Standard. They mislead with false time frames on the wesbite, and dont show its actually all Germany based
