The do not deliver what is advertised. Kimberly Parker from the customer service team is zero help. (And I'm using 'customer service' as a loosely termed phrase.)
It was difficult to install, with 'processing' wait times and when I contacted support it took DAYS (not hours) for them to respond. They DO NOT WORK. I wish I had read reviews before hand. Now I am out $200 with an unusable product. Kimberly Parker with the customer service team is who I've been dealing with, and when I told them nothing would work, they said sorry- we can freeze service for 2 months or you can switch your service to a desktop mode. What am I going to do with that? I need the service for a mobile device- not a desktop.
Mostly the customer service awful, with a few exceptions. Thomas York was consistently helpful and far more competent than others that I chatted with. The chat window frequently kicked me out requiring that I spent far more time waiting than being helped. A dedicated customer service phone line would be great.

Never worked, blamed the I phone and took double payment totaling $210 we asked for refund on day 1 and still nothing this is fraud... you can look at anyone's iCloud on iphone if you have targets phone email and PW
After going through various software this seems the best at the time, check the compatibility guide and it seemed ok, how ever after buying the subscription for 1 year and trying to install the software, only to be told that the features needed would not work on my daughters Iphone and there is no fix. I have requested a full refund only to get a negative response. DO NOT BUY

Mspy is the best parental control application EVER! At first, I have doubts about the parental control application. I never use something like this and had a lot of questions that did not mention in the FAQ section on the official site mspy. But as soon as I contacted mspy`s support I got help in installation and full instruction on how to use it! Now totally happy with using this app. Now I`m a professional spy haha!
Purchased their product. Tried to download and my malware software blocked them in no uncertain terms. Contacted their website and got no response. Radio silence.
Given their less than One star performance, I would advise that this bunch are " SCUM OF THE EARTH"!

Every notification I received from the app heightened my anxiety, and the evidence I uncovered left me shattered and betrayed. Trust, once solid as a rock, now lies shattered, leaving me grappling with a whirlwind of emotions and the painful realization that my worst fears have come true.
Purchased 12 months of Premium for the unjailbroken iOS version and it doesn't work. I contacted tech support before the transaction (since Spyzie isn't working) to receive confirmation that mSpy wasn't encountering the same issues, and mSpy said they were fully functional. They lied. Nothing is working, when I contacted tech support again they said they were having the same iCloud issue that Spyzie was, and that the problem was on Apple's side. They offered to freeze my account until it became functional but I said no thank you - I want the refund.

I'm beyond irritated. It would be one thing if it simply didn't work for reasons beyond their control but they lied to me about being functional.

Apple iCloud protocol has been updated lately, this will affect iOS monitoring for some days. Our development team is researching the way to adjust our system to their latest updates.
As mSpy depends on iCloud backup information cannot be downloaded from Apple server at the moment. Once they bring everything to normal we will start updating the information too.
As far as I know, all alternative programs experience the same problem at the moment, however, our developers have already found the issue and preparing a new solution.
Please, provide your customer information so we can assist you properly as soon as possible.

I installed mspy on my bf`s Samsung, It was easier than I thought. Now I receive all messages that were sent to his phone. But moreover, I can see DELETED phone calls. Hmm, why does someone need to delete the phone call with the girl...? Anyway, thanks to the creators for this application app `cause is exactly what I need!
