I had a subscription last year for 2 months it worked just "ok." Could monitor texts and online only. Recently received an email about "new updates" and figured, why not? I bought it April 21st and it has not connected even once. I have requested a full refund 4 times only to receive an email (days later not the 24 hour promise) only to be given the run around. I have a complaint pending with the BBB. Please do not trust their "refund policy"... they do not stand behind it.

By using our product for a relatively long time you should have noticed that it requires only few things to perform fully. And our technical support department is available 24/7 for any assistance that might be required.

She did an amazing job helping me set up my account at a time when my my relationship with my teen is at jeopardy. I greatly appreciate the help and care Briana gave me.

Very bad experience and product with mSpy!

They will promise you everything before the purchase, but afterwards it is a big disapointment. Some of the features not working as they promised, the GPS tracking is super slow and you get very bad tracking.
Features I was told they will be included, I found I need to pay extra money, and I paid for the family ultimate deal.
The instalation took over an hour, when they promised it will take less than 5 minutes.
Now that I want to cancel and get my money back, they are avoiding me.
Stay away from mSpy!

I purchased Mspy after having a long chat with their online customer support. I asked specific questions and was given very concise answers that the app would have the functionality I was searching for. I have these chat transcripts in writing. I was also told that if I wasn't satisfied, I would get a refund. See chat transcripts attached to this review. Turns out, the package their agent sold me (Ultimate package) does not have over 90% of the features promised. I contacted customer service many times and despite the proof (transcripts) they are refusing to refund me. The transcripts are very clear and even their tech support told me I should get a refund. I have this in writing too but billing refuses. I tried several times to reason with them and plead to have them read the transcripts but they remain staunch in refusing to issue a refund. I have those emails if needed to prove this. These people are scammers and I will make sure everyone knows this.

I downloaded and successfully connected a device for monitoring. However, the software never worked. They want you to pay extra for "premium service". There is no way to get them on the phone. I could only text with a representative. They did quickly refund my money when I demanded to cancel. They also stuff the reviews with fake coments. You can see the on this review site and another saying the same thing and giving 5 stars.

Highly disappointed that they took off the call recording feature, without even one notification at that. That was one of the best features it had unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a few more months then after that upgrading to another software that offers call recording.

The home page advertisements look amazing! Don't they? Yeah I thought so too after buying a yearly subscription for $140, turns out they don't even have half of the features they advertise! BAD!

I live chatted and demanded a refund. I was told to watch for a refund confirmation email within the next 24 hours. If I don't get a refund I'm going to my bank for a dispute.

However, once I did that (thanks to support), everything worked really well. Location tracking and zoning are most useful because my daughter often does not respond, and I must check if everything is okay. If your daughter is the same - I recommend it.

Didn't give me the right IMEI number so could have connected to the phone. Told me the battery was on 9% and then wouldn't tell me anything else at all. I really Doubt it works at all just a scam. Try and look yourself on the phone if you suspect cheating. Look for ways to view old messages etc. Don't bother with this. Money down the drain.

The service does not work at all on iOS. They will only take your money and make you wait on a fix while suspending service. They will make you wait several days to hear from the sales department about a possible refund. I wish I would have read reviews about the service before I purchased. They say it's compatible with iOS and no jailbreak but this is not true at all. BUYER Beware!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They are scam artists. I requested a refund WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchasing, and after many emails and phone calls they are downright refusing. The product doesn't work as advertised and the only way to monitor anything of significance is to ruin your phone in the process. Honestly, do NOT believe the reviews on the website. They are a scam.

Hardly any feature worked properly or consistently. Features they advertise didn't work at all and they wanted me to upgrade them others would tell me they didn't even have those features. Customer service is ridiculous! No phone support. Chat support sends you to email that you have to wait on. Then they refuse refunds. Just NO!

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever! Not only did their product not do what it was stated it would. They wouldn't honor their own refund policy and issue a refund. Called customer service and only received the run around; the minute I asked for a manager they would hang up on me. After posting reviews on other sites did a billing manager reach out and offered a FULL refund after I take down my review postings. This company isn't a company - they are a get themselves rich scheme. Don't purchase anything from them - you won't have a useful product or your money.
