I'm really happy that I decided to purchase mspy. It's been helping me a lot in getting information from the target phone. I'm able to track their location, read their texts, and more. Overall, it's been a great purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable tracking solution.
My daughter was getting bullied at school by her so-called friends. I was puzzled about why she didn't want to go to school anymore and why she was always crying. I tried mSpy and was shocked by the mean things they said to her. Now I keep tabs on her messages to know what's happening.
Do not buy MSPY. It worked out of the box and then just stopped. Nothing had changed on 'our side' and I had over a month of excuses and delays from their tech and customer teams. They refused to offer a refund so I handed the fight over to the credit card company.
I selected this product to monitor snap chat on my sons phone. I did the install it took over 2 hours to get it done. The support options they have is a automated chat that seems to be a bot. Or you can buy phone time for tech support. I think where we got sideways it the instructions and diagrams are horrible. So far the product looks to be fake and I'm not sure anyone could get it to work on a iPhone. To be candid I wouldn't touch this product or company with a 10 foot pole. STAY STAY AWAY

There are two ways of monitoring of iPhone: 1) no-jailbreak via iCloud (no version limits), 2) jailbreak installation (only up to iOS 9.1)
Here are some details about these methods:
1) Without jailbreak mSpy syncs with iCloud that was used during installation. Unfortunately we can not make synchronization faster as this limitation comes from Apple and at the moment there is no existing solution that can monitor non-jailbroken phone faster than 24 hours.
2) Jailbroken version of mSpy can help you to monitor all features that are included to Premium version. The only limitation in this case is jailbreak. For iOS 9.2 - 10. 3. 2 stable jailbreak doesn't exist at the moment and to our regret we can not influence on creation of better jailbreak versions
We have recently overcome problem with no-jailbreak solution and it works perfectly fine at the moment. The only reason why you can not connect the device is if you do not have valid backup on the device or 2-factor authentication is enabled on the device and you don't have the phone in your possession for verification code.

MSpy is a fantastic application that I installed on my Samsung Galaxy A51. It works perfectly - I can see her messages on each and every social media platform. Plus, it's really easy to use. 0 stars or negative was not an option It doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away, The company has no Morals and ethics, They do not follow their company policy and they will try to persuade you out of a refund using all the tactics along the way. They are sneaky and if you do not know what you are doing purchase and customer wise. You will be taken advantage of. I would stay away and NEVER even try them. You will REGRET it I promise.

They charged me for a year... Actually they double charged me and it wasn't easy to get a refund for the duplicate charge. The service sucks to begin with then it stopped working completely after a couple of months... Blank white screen. I'm done, don't want the subscription anymore and they say they can't give me a refund. They only email, you can't talk to a person and each email takes 3-4 days. I'd give a negative review if I could.

I would recommend you don't use these services they are scammers, and I would have lost more money to them if it were not for the intervention of cyborgmetro,com. 90% of the data that the ADs of Mspy commits are not working. After trying many times refund also not happen. This behavior is not at all acceptable.

Biggest liers ive ever met they told me my file would cost 60 dollars ended up being a 150 and then they didnt even tell me I need the other device to be in my hand that means they double lied to me what is that about how can these people get away with that

Morgan Lewis paid attention to what I was communicating, and made a great effort to help me out. No doubt she is a person that puts the customer needs first. The service she provided for me today was excellent.
I noticed weird behavior with my keylogger, and got in touch with them, Karl Johnson gave me some tips on how to prevent such behavior, and done! Super fast response and it actually fixed the problem.
Installation is a breeze and only takes a few minutes. And if you ever have any questions or need help, the support chat is always ready to assist you. I contact them via live chat! I highly recommend mspy!
Thanks Tom for his help in rooting problem, he's very patient and helping in go through every steps. And this make the rooting becoming easy, all settings are restoring as to before the rooting, only screen saver changed which this is a very minor problem.
I wanted to try it (free 14 day trial) and was unable to install on the target phone (insufficient space) so installed on my phone to TRY it. It wasn't what I wanted and they offered me more of the same which I didn't want but would not refund my money. I'm very disappointed because one of the reviews I read was that getting money refunded was not a problem. No free trial, just excuses. As well, my phone showed noticeable lag while it was installed.
They charge me twice for one month. Asked for refund which they refuse to give because I didn't reply to their email when I did. So now for the past two week I been asking them to at least give me the month that I paid extra... Now they don't answer my emails and when they do it take about 3 day for a reply. The billing manager Alice Wilson and Monica Garrison have been going back and forth with me and nothing has been made. It just say that my account will expire in 10/30/15 but yet won't let me see anything because my account has expire. So they charge me twice and now are refusing to give the month that I paid extra and forget about refunds.
