Please don't make the mistake I did taking my wife here! We checked in early but went out. Got back around 12am and entered room. We were greeted by a huge stain on our top blanket as soon as we went in. After further inspection we found hair, dirt and bed bugs! Called front office to be told he can't leave front office. I told wife we are out and went to front desk to return key and get money back. He said we need to call back tomorrow and we headed home. Next day I call to be told I was a lying and that I stayed complete night. I contacted BBB and they continued to to lie and wrote letter to BBB with nothing but lies. It's only $89 but the professionalism and lies this place did keeps me fighting for you!

Credit Card Fraud
June 1, 2022

Reserved room at Motel 6 Tallahassee for February 2 to February 10,2021. Rate quoted by phone and email was $475.85. When credit card statement arrived, it showed Motel 6 credit card charge as $833.69. For sixteen months Motel 6 and CitiCards have ignored requests to reverse the fraud.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures on the website. This hotel needs a lot of work & organization. There was a plastic grocery bag on the smoke detector-safety issue. I had booked a non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking room. I was supposed to get a new room, it was not cleaned, beds were not made, someone had used the bathroom & ate in the room. Carpets are stained, very run down. Very Disappointed

Stupidly bad

In Chico CA, there is always some emergency vehicles about the motel 6, whether it be police investigating some sketchy murder scene, fire trucks putting out arson on trash cans, or ambulances trying to save people on weed, meth, moly, cocaine, and fentanyl all at the same time. People smoking' and crackin' in the halls.

The outside appearance should have been a clue, the Motel 6 sign out front was not lite. The parking lot was not well lite and had huge potholes. The room itself was in bad shape and cramped. Looking around we did not feel safe and decided to leave. When we asked for our money back, we were declined, and we did not care.
We were on a 6-day road trip and had planned to stay in Motel 6's along the way but after this experience we switched to Super 8"s.

Rooms or disgusting had piss stains all over the sheets had blood stains on the blankets went and ask for new sheets and blankets and got cursed out and told that they don't throw away dirty stuff here, suffer with it or just leave

Brad Checked me in. He was the most polite, caring, and helpful Desk Person I have EVER had! Not only did he check me in quickly but he also got out a map of the motel and drew where the vending machines, laundry room, and the Ice machine were.
The room was clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay,
I did not keep my receipt, but I have the paper that Brad gave me to do this review, I uploaded it.

Nice

I am recently staying at motel 6 Middleburg hts Ohio and I love it. I had stayed at other hotels but this one by far is the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff and housekeepers are great people,very nice! They have all your needs here. I would suggest staying here anytime you need a great place to stay!

Motel 6 is very dirty and filthy, but the worst thing about motel 6 is the new generation of mask loving, cancel culture, racist managers hired so Motel 6 can show how much they hate white people. Meth heads are welcome. Child prostitution is encouraged. This despicable company is on board with the complete destruction of America, and America's Marxist leadership subsidizes the motel so the Illegals have more comfort than America's homeless.

I attempted to rent a room for 3 nights for myself and a friend. The customer service rep scanned my ID then scanned the other parties ID. He told me the other party was on their No Rent List, after processing my credit card. When he told me the other party could not stay there, I told him that I wanted to cancel my room. He said that would be no problem and proceeded to cancel the room. I asked how long does it to get my money back, he said about 4 days. This left me with no money to go anyplace else. We placed a call a call to motel 6 hotline and told them the issue, my friend was placed on the NR list due to some report about damage to a windowsill. We checked out that morning after staying 5 nights. How was she placed on the No Rent List after we had rented there 5 days earlier? The CSR was not trained properly, he should have scanned our IDs before processing the payment. We were able to find a room for 1 night, but now have no money for food.

Not very good stay
August 26, 2023

Been to the Motel 6 in Dale, IN. The pool was SUPPOSED to be open (we were told "Sorry, it won't be open til next week.") Toilet sometimes wouldn't flush and the lever was cracked. The wi-fi was so bad it was almost non-existent. No breakfast and coffee wasn't good. The only good thing I can say about the place is that the beds are comfortable and the lady at the reception desk was fairly friendly. Also, we were able to get assistance over the phone, which was nice.

Pet policy

We reserved a room in Glassboro NJ for 2 people and a small dog. Upon checking in we were told we had to pay 15$ per night for our dog. I confirmed our reservations 2 nights prior and once again confirmed our dog. Why on earth do you advertise pets stay free and we were charged? We had to take the room and pay the extra because all of the area's motels were full. Like they say, can't believe what people say!

What a joke

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in, they have cockroaches, and the manager is a complete $#*!. I have never been so grossed out by a room at any other motel, but what made it the worst experience was I was completely discussed with the way the manager not only spoke to me but the way he spoke to and treated his staff. He is 100% disrespectful to the people that are paying their outrageous prices then tried to keep my deposit because I told him and showed him pictures I took of the cockroaches in my bed, and he called me a liar said I must have brought it with me. I threw all my things away because the place is so infested that I was afraid that they were going to come home with me. Motel 6 in arcata ca gets a 0 out of 100 from me I don't recommend staying there it's worth the extra few bucks to stay at a non infested motel.

Poor experience
No coffee maker, no coffee,no creamer, no tea bags, no sugar.
No refrigerator, no microwave. Their excuse this is what you room will be booking online.
No breakfast
Sheets were not changed at all. This is when we came into the room by checking in.
Bathroom the tub wasn't cleaned hairs on bottoms of tub and the after effects of someone who took a bath in the tub
Wholes in blankets and sheets.
We had to bring in pillows and covers just to be able to sit or sleep on the bed.
Felt something crawling on me throughout the night.
People yelling outside every night even to early in the morning. There was yelling in the rooms.
Lack of sleep very very tired from this poor excuse of a motel on Camp Springs Maryland Motel 6. The hotel chain needs to stay here without telling them who they are to give them the experience some people gone through. Pay more to get a room in this area. The cost here was ridiculous for what happened here.

Worse 2 nights

For one no fridge or microwave for the amount you pay. Tiny bathroom and room. No cell service have to go out side for ur cell phone to work room even with heat on still freezing. They had fire alarms going off really loud n my 4 year old's nevers shoot were he started throwing up from it he did wanna be there any more. Got our 4 year old calm he stoped picking cuz alarms were off then they started going off again N our 4 year old started getting sick again

Motel6 in billings 5353 Midland Rd, is horrible, no fridge, no coffee in room, phone unplugged, desk clerk was no help, attitude problem, ignored me. Hallways dirty, unvacuumed, Noisy, yelling in hallways. Walls are not insulated, hear toilets and showers going several times, within a 15 min period. Floors, were in need of repair, no fan in bathroom. Wont be visiting that one again. We did stay at a Motel6 in Spokane, just basics, but was vastly much better then, Billings on Midland Rd.

My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and Edna and Reign were so helpful, they couldn't do enough for us! The rooms were so clean and were exactly what we needed for such a reasonable rate.

I was pleasantly very content with the accommodations of Motel 6 in Southington Connecticut. The desk clerk was very nice, and snswered any questions i had, I felt safe, ample & bright lighting in parking lot and outside each hotel doors. Choosing a hotel outside of bigger cities often gives you a more secure feeling.

My flight was delayed and everything seemed to be going wrong, things got worse when I got to Motel 6 with all my baggage and my 3 year old at 2AM only to find I had booked the wrong dates and the Motel was full. I insisted I had booked for that night but when I checked my confirmation the dates were wrong. The Motel was full but the girl at the front desk gave me a blanket for my son and went and cleaned a room from an early check out in order to get me in. The room was clean and comfortable and even though I had been in a bad mood and may have started off rude she was able to calm me down and accommodate me. Very kind and considerate. The pool was cold, I wish that it was heated but other than that we had a wonderful 3 day stay.

BAD PLACE

For someone who is basically living at a motel 6 they sure do what In everyone business. Not only that but with you living here they tell you how YOU can keep YOUR room you are PAYING for. $#*!ty company $#*!ty workers. Most definitely would suggest a studio 6 before a motel 6. We aren't kids we're adults don't tell me how I can keep my room with my clothes when I basically live here.
