Motel 6

To be honest I've stayed in a few in the DFW area and the quality is not the same. I paid 100 dollars for a room with no microwave.The people that have taken over has let it go down. Being that they do accept pets the cleanliness is not there. Paying anywhere from 100 to 60 a night it's not worth it 39.99 is more like it. I used to like staying there back in the day simple rooms but they were clean. Most of the swimming pools are filled in with dirt so no swimming. I come to the conclusion I'm going to find another chain to stay at

I stayed in Costa Mesa on the Federal Dr. one, outstanding, I was very surprised, I am so happy I stayed there. I never have expected this hotel to be such a great product. I'm used to their basic hotel, when you go stay make sure they have had an upgrade. It's great.

Motel 6 is the worst motel,they uses people and management is rude,awful, disrespectful I've never seeing people being treated like that they need to be close down, they have people living in worst condition ever toilet full with poop, no shower and they are thief... they don't even serve Breakfast for all the money they are taking from you...if there was minis zero motel 6 would be that

My cousin made my reservation for me at the Motel 6 in Falls Church, VA. When I got there, I found I had an 2nd floor room, there were no bottom ones available, but the next night when I checked Edward and Mary were great to find me one. This room was even better than the first! Spacious, very clean, and quiet. Sure, you don't get all the fluff you can pay for with a high priced motel, but you have everything you need, a clean bed and bathroom, dorm fridge and microwave and tv. And again Edward and Mary were there to meet any need as were the rest of the staff. I make frequent trips to the Falls Church area and this will be my go-to place to stay!

I've been staying in this motel 6 for 25 years+. It's cleaner,nicer than any motel 6 that I've ever stayed across the country. I will admit there other motel 6 's that are a close second. The staff here in Palm springs east is always attentive to my needs,

The manager was being rude, despite the evidence and video, confirmation… He still did not immediately refund me and complained that he has to "spend money on terminX" because of ME?!

This 'new' manager has not provided HEAT the last 3 xs I've stayed and now bugs?! No refund?

1st night found blood spots on sheet and pillowcase. Got a different room next night. Fire alarm broken. Asked about extended stay told"must pay daily" Then told "sold out". Convention. Booked through expedia.com next day for 21 days. Asked for an extra pillow told "we don't have any" Ms. Patel is really rude. Asked for clean wash cloths, told "they are all in the washer or drier" Will call corporate at 9am.

Hi stayed in Motel 6 located in Wethersfield Hartford, CT they charged my credit card twice. I tried contacting them after and nobody picked up the phone, so weird...still trying to get my money back.

This is the most awful ridiculous place, I wouldn't let my dog stay in this. The website lies about everything false advertising and flat out bull crap! If only I could say the real words on here oh god, BUT my husband, myself, and our 2 children was there for 1 night had to pay $189.00 for junk. I'm not rich believe me, BUT I do better than this, there's no excuse for this. 1st stay last stay

Portsmouth, NH. Just stayed there for 3 nights. The woman at desk was rude. She told me to return to motel at 3:00 to check in. After returning at exactly 3:00, though the lobby clock was not accurate, I then waited 30 minutes in the lobby with my luggage for the room to be cleaned. All four wheels of the luggage cart were flat, which she already knew. After getting luggage into my room, the floor had dirt all over it, possibly from the cart. I found the housekeeping man, and he gave me 2 rags to clean it up myself (despite my injured back). I asked for some cleaner, but he told me to just use water.
When I booked the room 8 months earlier, I asked for a room near the elevator because of my back, which was noted in my file. Despite the early booking, I was given a room way down the hall. Pushing that cart with the 4 flat wheels was difficult.

I am so disappointed. This used to be a nice, clean family motel close to the beach with reasonable rates. Stayed here last night and was appalled. Nasty and dirty inside and out. Roaches on the floor. No housekeeping. No pest control. Don't clean with any cleaning supplies. They said that they are remodeling now. I am not sure it can be saved. Not safe. The city of Cocoa Beach needs to shut it down until remodeled and bought up to standards for safety. Their rates are not cheap either. Sleeping in the beds gives you a dirty feeling. Not worth it! The staff (1 person) was nice though.

Misty and mrs.vernon are two wonderful people to meet and chat with during your stay when I was down they lifted me up they make sure things is right in your room and I felt very comfortable and save there while they were were there I knew nothing will go wrong motel6 is the most reasonable and friendly motel I've seen.if I ever get a room it would definitely be there.i just love them the whole crew is nice

Room was so disgusting! Was a flop house not for travelers at all. Corporate not helpful in processing refund. Called corporate at time of arrival and now. Given different stories and hoops to go through for refund. Now have to wait for full 30 day to pass to start refund process. WOW!

The Riverton Wy. Motel 6 was a great affordable short term lodging solution for me and my work crew. The room(s) were well kept, floors clean the bed(s) was/were clean with a clean blanket and fresh linens and towels...NO bed bugs--making for a good sleep tight. Gerardo, the property owner, along with the entire staff did an outstanding job...very friendly, very helpful, and professional. Over-all met and exceeded any and all expectations.

I've been staying at this motel off and on for many years now. I have been very unsatisfied with the rooms. The desk clerk today was very rude to me again. I complained about having to wait 6hrs for a room. She told me she would cancel me staying here. So if a customer complains about poor service the desk person is going to cancel them? They are not going to do anything to fix it? The clerk shouldn't be in customer service. Motel 6 is number 58 on the list of quality motels. Less than three star rating. Corporate doesn't care enough, they told me (3 different times today) they can't do anything. Don't stay here! Someone stole my ladder right in front of a camera and they did nothing. Drugs/crime in back and no security. Cats park all night in back and that don't care that it is not safe.

Stayed here several times over the last year and problems have developed every room the phone doesn't work the ice machines on third and second floor have not worked for a while this visit front desk doesn't answer for hours at a time not happy with the service

My stay was so best I cannot even begin how the place was clean room where beyond my expectations me an my dog bogee stayed in room 108 for a week just bought a house in Lodi an it will be done by next week. You all are amazing they go beyond there expectations they checked up on my dog afternoon staff Jen. An morning staff I feel so comfortable to call Julie ( mom) and Tiffany sis. You all are my adopted family's. I love u all an plz keep up the good job u all provide for us. Making it feel so safe an exciting...

We recently stayed at the Shartlesville PA location. The room was absolutely disgusting. Bedspreads were filthy. The window was covered with a black plastic bag. The window blinds were broken. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The halls smelled of cooking (they assigned us a room in the same building as the office). The man behind the desk was very nice.

We have stayed at the motel 6 many a times on Red Rock road in Indianapolis. Always good service until this day we encountered roaches and when told staff about it they acted like they didn't care. Didn't even stop what they were doing to have a conversation. After I called corporate and made a complaint they called me and said that my husband was very nice to them but apparently I'm not. My husband and I both felt that we should call as we felt that he did not take us seriously. They lost a good customer as we have to travel in that area a lot for my medical issues this is the rock view road motel 6 in Indianapolis. I hope they correct this problem cuz it actually is a pretty nice property for a motel 6
