Rooms have no refrigerators or microwave ovens.pet friendly but should have restrictions.one guest had a very large rottweiler who he raised to not be friendly. Would think twice before staying there ever again.
I received bed bug bites at this hotel. The floors were filthy filthy dirty. The bathtub would not drain. They charged me a $50.00 deposit without my knowledge and they didn't return it, even though they said that they did. I've had good experiences with other motel 6 hotel, but this one in Louisville, Kentucky was beyond horrible!
The renovation's here amazing. Very clean bedding, sheets, towels, with a super comfortable king size mattress. Brand new heated pool with 2 ice machine to fill a cooler. Great upgrades!
Being recently homeless, I found this hotel close to (work) and decided to check in. The young lady at the front desk, Shannon, helped me out with a good price. A good room everything that I needed! I have had good sleep. It is quiet anytime I've had an issue I have been able to go down and talk to the staff who is been friendly introduced Themselves and has helped me out down to even telling me food banks available in the area! I definitely recommend staying here!
They take 100 off my debit card 6 days ago...wait and wait for return of 100 deposit...I call...they forgot...they issued refund today but I'll have to wait 7 to 10 business days really? Big huge corporation needs to STEAL grieving mothers 100 and hold it 12 days. How do you people live with yourselves? You are thieves...liars...crooks and should be ashamed. Your hotels suck. Dirty. Bugs. Dirty towels and bedding yet still you steal 100. You SUCK
This motel is a great place to stay. If you're just looking for somewhere to crash. The staff is very friendly. The manager is super nice as laundry and vending which is very convenient. Can't wait for the pool to open. Also, Housekeeper's work very hard at cleaning the rooms and making sure that I had towels for the next day. I would definitely recommend this place For family and friends that are very comfortable and the AC unit works. That's most important seeing that was very hot in Florida this time of year.
Didn't love it. Bed hard as a rock. Just feels crappy. The only hotel I've ever been to that doesn't let you control the temperature. It did have a thermostat. Warm to cold but the cold was pretty warm. Fan speed from low to high all pretty much the same speed. I like a fan and I like it cool at night.
Cleanliness was fair. If you only get one thing from a hotel, a comfortable sleep would be it. That was not in the cards. Thousand oaks. Should be better. Plus a lot of people just hanging out. It looks like it's a flop house.
Yeah, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. Don't really care. I have a hotspot but come on.
When we checked into the Motel 6 in Pueblo, Colorado, we found several problems with the room. All of the employees with whom we spoke tried to help us. Two people stood out: Mark Myers and Linda King. They spent a lot of time fixing the problems and continually spoke with us to make sure everything was in working order. We greatly appreciated their efforts, consideration, and kindness. We commend them.

We stayed 2/17/2024 overnight. "Eric" was great checking us in and making us feel welcome. The room and bedding were fairly clean but I recommend bringing your own flip flops. I still sanitized anywhere our hands would touch anything. Newer paint, new window and I loved the tile flooring. And, yes I inspected/lifted the upper mattress, pillows and sheets; all was well but I tend to bring my own pillow cases and flat sheets anyway if I can. No blow dryer but I had gotten a heads up from another guest review. Shower head did need to be cleaned of buildup, water pressure not so great. Will definitely revisit Motel 6. Thank you~
My husband and I stayed at a Motel 6 in Columbus, GA so we could attend our son's Army graduation. We've stayed in some iffy places, but this was plain nasty. There were pee stains on the wall in the bathroom, the toilet seat was clearly broken as it slide all over, and I could have spit and gotten more water pressure from the shower. The bed sheets were stained and the covers all had cigarette burns in them. The room had NOTHING! No fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot, not even an alarm clock. I didn't expect a four star hotel for the price I paid, but I sure as hell expected clean! Worst stay and far to much money paid for a room which should probably be condemned!
If it was possible to leave no stars I would. Do not stay here. Stay far away. Do not spend your money at this business. EVER. The Manager is rude & arrogant. He was also very insensitive and dismissed me. Completely unimpressed by his management position. He seriously needs to go through more training, he lacks in customer service. He has a horrible disposition & his character proved to be cold & mean. A very toxic masculine energy he protruded. There is also roaches in the rooms & drug addicts all around. Sheets, pillows, blankets & towels are all stained and/ or have burn holes. Even in non-smoking rooms(which I'm staying in). Horrible experience. -5 out of 5 stars.
Rooms are trashed, housekeeping about once a week. Owner/operator will not give his name so I could mention him. Paid extra for my dog, but they kicked us out because my wife fed a stray cat. $#*! this place and the foreigner that barely speaks English. This is Georgia, after all. Avoid this place at all costs. Go across the street.
The first room was really dirty and I am 32 wks pregnant so I went back down stairs and brought what looked like a bag of week old donuts that's were left in the room to the counter and complained. The gentlemen quickly gave me another room which took a turn for the worse! Razor blade left on the table that was clearly used to cut up their cocaine with, straws used for snorting purposes all over the room including the toilet they forgot to flush. Absolutely horrible experience
The rooms are disgusting! Cob webs, baseboards need cleaned off. The beds need new bedspreads on them! And need bed bug protectors on them. The box springs are dirty and ripped. Overall the room was just disgustingly dirty! I won't ever stay at another one of your hotel! Plus people were partying in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe even with a supposed security guard.
I made a reservation for tomorrow night. My course changed, so I called to cancel. Was advised by the motel 6 in question (Lebanon, IN) that I would have to cancel three days ago, to receive a refund. Motel 6 does not control the franchises or require them to abide by any motel 6 customs. I am done with motel 6, after being their patron for more than 20 years.
I felt safe during the booking process. I got my room with no problem. When I left for work that day, and came back, there was a lot of things missing. I didn't ask for room service. The people who clean the rooms are thieves. Will not book here again!
I just love the new manager I give him a thumbs up he's the best out of them all and also mira shes so sweet they just make my stay so comforting really great staff they will go above and beyond to make sure your happy

Allentown PA blue barn road motel 6 what a experience they gave me a hard time asked for 2 beds only got one went back down to get them to switch and they have me a hard time again finally got a room that me and my husband can be comfortable for the night no food in morning coffee not till 7 just a bad experience all around
To be honest I've stayed in a few in the DFW area and the quality is not the same. I paid 100 dollars for a room with no microwave. The people that have taken over has let it go down. Being that they do accept pets the cleanliness is not there. Paying anywhere from 100 to 60 a night it's not worth it 39.99 is more like it. I used to like staying there back in the day simple rooms but they were clean. Most of the swimming pools are filled in with dirt so no swimming. I come to the conclusion I'm going to find another chain to stay at
