Motel 6

Fort Collins co. Worse motel I've ever been to. We spent the first half hour killing about 30 flys in the room. There were no blankets on the bed,and when we asked for blankets all we got was mattress pads,not joking at all. The towels were hand towels. The soap was pathetic and someone left a used bar in the tub. Fixtures were broken,no trash can, very basic furniture which is to be expected from motel 6 but blankets are expected also. The pillow felt like 2 old pillows crammed in to a pillow case. The only thing I can't complain about is the ac worked. I had to put my shoes on the curtain so it wouldn't block the ac. In my state we aren't allowed to smoke inside buildings but I guess in Colorado they still do so the room was a smoking room and it smelled like it. Also I didn't trust the door to actually lock so we used the swing over hitch lock thing.

Every piece of furniture including the bathtub had cigarette burns the telephone, the remote and the remote also had duct tape holding in the batteries in
I drop some water on the floor and it was filthy. My cat went under the bed and came out looking like a dust bunny obviously no one had cleaned in a very long time under the bed
The bathroom Was awful. They did not install the floorboard correctly and it was open all the way around the bathroom the tub water, spout had an open gap with earwigs and other bugs everywhere it was so noisy at night I did not get much sleep when they realized I wasn't a partier. They put me in another room that was beautiful. The whole place is full of meth, attics and drug attic's it was obvious the cops had busted open doors on several of the rooms

Has the best customer service there employee's are always so friendly and helpful. I was checking in after a long trip that wasn't going as great as I would have liked it to and when I arrived at the motel 6 buena park and the young lady at the front desk that was checking me in had such a warm smile and just made my entire day. Jennifer was so helpful and observant that without being told so noticed it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday. She made all the bad things I experienced throughout the day just melt awY like they never happened. So if I'm ever in buena park again I know where I'm staying. Thanks Jennifer!

I spilled some water on the floor at motel 6 and put a rag down there to wipe it up and it wasn't Brown when I picked it up it was black which meant they do not clean their floors. It was so nasty it was so I can't put a photo because I had to clean the whole floor with a rag before I could even walk on it with my shoes

I checked into the Motel six in Corpus Christi Texas in N. Padre Island Dr., with my handicap nephew he can't talk he can't hardly walk and he got a severe brain injury, he does not have an ID so we were kicked out 30 minutes after we booked the room, was the most horrible service I have ever had I will never stay at a Motel 6 again, so if you have a handicap person in your family I suggest you do not book a room with Motel six or they will kick you out because he is handicapped that is against the law, they will be hearing from my attorney you don't kick out handicapped adults because they don't have an ID

The Assistant Manager did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we need for our extended stay. Rooms were clean with a good amount of space.

Old noisy motel. Nothing but nasty people come here. So much noise all night. Rooms are so ugly. Had no sleep! Booked for too many days and feel stuck here till my time ends.

I checked out a day early and was told my cc would be credited for that day. Over two months later, it still has not been.

When I first contacted Motel 6, they said the Expedia Virtual Card on file had been credited. "Our records show that you were issued a refund of $77.61 to the Expedia Virtual Card on file. Please reach out to them by calling them at *******783."

I did not use Expedia for my booking.

When I brought that to their attention, I was told, "Our records show that you were issued a full refund to the Booking.com Virtual Card on file. Please reach out to them by calling them at *******958." (Except for those sentences, the messages were boilerplate, verbatim.)

I did not use Booking.com, either.

Motel 6 is lying. They are engaging in fraud. WHY!

Besides that, there is overt prostitution going on, there. My room was never cleaned nor was I given fresh towels. The parking lot is filthy and looks like it has been carpet bombed. The door to my room didn't seal, letting in bugs and the hot night air. The bathroom door was damaged, the furniture was damaged. It looked like a seedy hotel in some old movie. Totally disgusting.

The Staff Managers Will &kai are noncaring! They threw us out into the Cold for 25.00!that was late!they should look at peoples situation before judging! Their are police reports, Meth use every night, drug deals in the parking lot! A man with a loaded gun threatinhg people! But staff does nothing! We were threatened by a man who threated to get us for nothing! (A police report was filed) but the staff does nothing! My husband &I are veterans! Is this what we served for! Will has his son Gavin working their who does nothing! At all!Meth is being used on there property every night!Drug deals go on all the time! But we veterans get tossed out for a late payment; and Will and kai do nothing about drugs, and prostitution every night! They are mean and care nothing for us vets who are trying todo the right thing!; what kind of people do you have running this Place!

When I got to Amarillo TX 9-19-22, I couldn't find the Motel6. I stopped several places and they had me turned around. I called the Motel6 and was on the verge of a big meltdown. The wonderful clerk who answered the phone could hear it in my voice. I told her where I was and she guided me to the Motel6 and gave me a great room right in front so I could keep my pets in the car and keep them under the light. I regret that I didn't get her name, but she was awesome. Such a huge difference than the night before. I would gladly go back there. This is the one just off I40. She was so great.

The Motel 6 located in Sidney, OH doesn't have wheelchair accessible rooms, although is advertised on their site as accessible rooms available. Shower head doesn't have a shower hose to allow proper bathing, no shelves in show stall to allow placing your shampoo or soap. Not enough space between shower stall and toilet to allow proper positioning of wheelchair to allow safe transfer in/out of wheelchair. Unable to roll wheelchair under to sink to get close enough to lean over sink to brush teeth or position properly to wash hands. No drawers on end tables to allow storage or dresser to store clothes out of luggage Floor were nasty in bedroom shoes and wheels of chair were sticking to floor. Side door to parking lot where handicapped parking didn't have a ramp to allow access. Door slams shut, didn't have a door cushion so my room shook as if someone was slamming their luggage against the wall. People exiting the side door all night long so was able to get sleep for walls shaking because the handicapped room was beside this side exit door. Door latch didn't always release, so had to jiggle the door handle every time went in/out of door until able to lock door. Even the main entrance didn't have a proper ramp, had to pop up front wheels to get over a 3" high concrete edge to gain entrance to hotel. No table or chairs vending area.

Motel 6 in Tacoma (south) was the worse experience I have ever been threw. The 14 year old daughter of the owners runs the motel and she gives Karen a run for her money. Even the reservation corporate office was shaking in anger after I told her what happen. Quick run down. Got reservations at Tacoma south, coming from Idaho. Two rooms, one person per room with a pet. Got there after a 12 hour drive and she proceeded to tell my wife that we could not do that and we would have to find another place to stay. She then told us she would call the cops if we did not leave and came outside with her own phone and took pictures of our van and us like we did something wrong. She canceled our reservation and charged us a 400 $ late cancellation fee right in front of us. Called the bank and we are overdrawn 250$ Wow! Motel 6 did nothing wrong the hotel is privately owned. The reservation office did manage to keep us off the street's cause we had no more money to Spair and put us in motel 6 ( fife) and I am having a great time now with my pets and wife. The reviews in the website are not accurate and probably are reviews from another motel 6. She has tons of negative reviews and If you go there and she's there turn the other way! Thanks motel 6 for helping me out of that situation.

It's good to stay at everyone respectful and they will work with you no matter Even when you got a lot going on and you explain to them they will help out because me my girlfriend struggling but they care more about our will being they know they'll do anything in they power to help I love staying here my name Quincy Simmons I appreciate everyone here cause me and my girl couldve been sleeping in the car right now

A couple times a month.Jary is normally working at the front desk, he's always very kind and helpful. He makes our stay a good experience.
