Motel 6

I've been here at the Motel 6 on Bragg Blvd., in Fayetteville, NC., and I must say that the stay was wonderful. The Staff here are very nice, and very reliable! Two from me!

Brenda is by far the best at motel 6. She's very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. If you have a problem she does everything she can to help you

Me and my mother was asked to leave or rather told that it would be a good ideal for us to go ahead and check out after we found bed bugs in our room after spending three days in the same room, and was about to check it out for a fourth night and was refused service because we brought bed bugs to the attention of the owner my mother found them early that morning as she was gathering our stuff and straightening up our room before going to pay for another night. Instead of being decent and at least offering us a partial payment back or a even a free night for our inconvenience they throw us out in the street for no apparent reason other than we brought to their attention something that wasn't even our doing. I don't know about y'all but that is not good business and I personally will never check out at motel 6 in Fayetteville Arkansas ever again and my name is Joseph Shultz for the record. As you can tell by the photos I have uploaded on this website all of their careless precautions or measures they have taken to keep them under control well it didn't work and because of that me and my mom not only got fed on by these bugs but as soon as we were asked to leave we went straight to a laundromat so as not to bring the bugs back to our house or anybody else's house for that matter and it cost us an extra $50 thanks to motel 6. And also the health department was notified. Just thought everybody should know what kind of place and what type of business you can expect from motel 6 in Fayetteville Arkansas. And remember y'all you get what you pay for!

Stayed there for almost a year and it has been under renovation for a few months after renovation it still has bugs and very nasty attitude if you say something about the hotel they don't like. I stayed there for a long time but bc I wrote a review about them having bugs they got mad asked me to leave and then wouldn't refund the money back for the 4 days I had already paid instead they put miscellaneous charges on there to add up to the full amount so they wouldn't have to refund me the money back for the days I had already paid for them they also did not refund my deposit also put me on the do not rent list so that if I called corporate there would be nothing they could do to help me get my refund. This is all bc I posted a review saying they had bugs… so they screwed me out my money which I've had countless problems with them charging my card when there not supposed to and it take 2 weeks for it to refund back to my card. Do not stay there they are very shady and will screw you over and are very good with finding a way to make it look legit so you can't get your money back…

So as of today I pledge to give the truth, the whole truth & nothing but the truth whenever I give my reviews. Fortunately, I have the luxury to travel the world; exposing myself to horrible places when dining and lodging at places like Motel 6. Recently I stayed at a Motel 6 in San Ysidro Ca. & OMG was I in for a treat! Not sure who kept me up more, the Junkies or the Roaches! Utterly disgusting! Even as I write this review, I am totally disgusted as if I want to throw up on my laptop! Do yourself a favor DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!

My entire family has always used motel 6 in San Dimas CA whenever we had a need for a hotel stay. Over the years it's always been a wonderful experience...until this time. My husband and I were waiting for our escrow to close and knew we would stay here like always. At first it was wonderful to see the same familiar faces. As our stay went on I noticed a big change. The happiness and smiles were gone. It didn't take long to find what had changed. It was the hotel manager! At first I thought she was just rude and unfriendly to us guests. I was very wrong! As I walked into the office one morning I saw the manager Erica yelling at the head housekeeper as though she were a child. The next thing I saw was her put her hand up and tell this crying woman to shut up! I was so stunned I hurried out of the office. Soon after that I again saw the manager " Erica " open the door of a young girl's room yelling and screaming at her. Most shocking was when I saw her push this girl and enter the room!. This was and could be again a nice place to stay but not until this "crazy " manager is gone!

First they have these young kids that don't want to work there then they have the managers who can't speak English the supervisors who aren't from America and I'm not racist I don't care but when I tell you that they hung up on me you can't sit over there and say well she said you wouldn't listen to her it's not my job to listen to her I'm paying you it's her job to listen to me I don't know what country you're from but that's not how it works in America then the supervisor or manager whoever he was he hung up on me and I can post the phone call I never was disrespectful nor use profanity. And they wonder why their ratings are so low?

Absolutely the dirtiest place I have ever slept.
Clean as a dumpster, noisy, brothel and low income weekly residents.
Bed dirty, lamp shade had been on fire previously

I booked a double bed room with a microwave and I got neither the room smelled like dog the the king bed was to low to the floor and the elevator didn't work and they wanted to put me on the 3rd floor really dogs everywhere never again will I book a room in Lakeland FL motel 6 on us 98 north it was just awful

No dresser, no coffee pot, rude receptionist, right beside interstate so all i heard was 18 wheelers banging on the road all night. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE! WORST IVE EVER STAYED AT.

Motel 6 here in fort Collins Colorado has done nothing be very nice an respecteful Derek who works in the morning has been so nice an kind he has done nothing but be so respectful an so very helpful.

Double charged for room with ni wi fi.Said I could change rooms for extra charge. Carlsbad CA motel 6 franchisee are crooks. Beware

They are not friendly and they don't speak English the rooms have bedbugs good luck with taking a hot shower too

Got a room on April, 7,2023 when I got up to my room my room was dirty used bar of soap used wash rags and used towels the floor had spills all over the floor empty food containers I paid $107 for the room when I called down to complain and asked for a different room the lady Janet was rude to me called me a liar told me the room was cleaned when it wasn't. So when I spoke to the manger Barbara she told me she would give me half off my next stay so I went to go get another room and get my half off that's when the manger told me I was not allowed to stay there anymore due to the last time o got a room o asked her why because I didn't even stay in the room that night I left because the room was dirty that's when the manger called me a lair as well so I asked for corporate's number and she refused to give it to me or her manager's name. I've been going to this hotel for over 10 years never ever had a problem till now. Both the ladies Barbara and Janet was rude Janet was rude that night when I asked her to make me a new key because my key wasn't working. I want my money back and an apology I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Besides they whole hotel smells like weed anyway

Very rude people, worst service ever, not clean beds you will get bugs or infections from dirty beds

Convenient prices, good customer care, room's are clean and convenient wifi for all customers.
Had lovely stay.
