Shocking delivery of flowers that were dead on arrival and made the house smell because they are mouldy. I personally wouldn't buy flowers from moonpig because of this. They are very expensive and very disappointing for the recipients. Customer service is shocking too. Don't waste your money!
I ordered 2 card 16may. For birthday 28may and 4june. I phone god knows how many times send emails. Tell me some one will answer you? All day today 27. 5. 2020. My granddaughter card no good now her birthday tomorrow. So please just send my money back
Painful, painful, painful US website.
Initially I was unable to logon.
It took 2 hours to receive a "reset password" email.
I entered the original password - which would not be accepted as the website recognized it as a previous password. What gives?
Then I created a card, set up the address and payment details, then could not get past the deliver-to page as it insisted on a phone number (fair enough) but would not accept (xxx) xxx-xxxx, or xxx-xxx-xxxx, or xxx. Xxx. Xxxx, or xxxxxxxxxx number formats. In frustration, I searched for competitors but I guess moonpig is blessed with poor competition. In desperation, I went back to the phone number and found it would take a UK format number (wth?), but then rejected it on the final confirmation page. What? Finally, it accepted a 0xxx-xxx-xxxx format. So painful.
I did like the card choice, but the overall experience was bad.
I made a card with a photo.
I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email. Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.
I ordered personalised card for my bf 60th bday, did not arrive so I re-ordered it and still didn't arrive, I asked for a refund they said it can take to 5 to 10 working days, im very disappointed to this card company, not reliable, now i'm having to try and find different better card company!
Ordered a delivery on 29th Jan for 13th February. Email arrived appearing to state delivery would be on 30th January. Tried to phone to clarify but phones weren't being answered. Emailed them and was told there was nothing they could do and it had to be sent immediately. Sent screenshot showing card was still in print but told they still had to send it immediately anyway!
Useless customer service
Would never use again
I have not been with Moonpig long and am not familiar with the system 100& by any means, if i made a mistake by not selecting the corrct box then it was a genuine error.and i am sure others have done the same, i am 85 and unable to get out, however the operative i dealt with was having none of it, i would have thought as a gesture of good will she would have made the effort to please a customer at minimum cost to Moopig, but no assistance was going to come from her.
The email received back was cold, no warmth, as a customer service operative i would have assumed it was important to have staff who are concerned for customers, my rating if it was possible would be minus 1
I have been a customer for years, back when you could pre-pay balance then just order cards as needed. Over the years things have changed, you can no longer do pre pay etc, which is fair enough. However the final straw was when I wanted to change ISP and so need to change my email address. No. Cant be done. Basic gdpr request to update my details, nope. Will happily delete my account ( oh yeah they want me to lose that prepay balance). Suggested I set up a new account under new email. Then I will have to add all the names and addresses and birthday reminders again. If I am having to do that, it will be with a different company, one which allows my email address to be updated when I next change ISP. Bitterly dissapointed in this awful customer service experience. I will be using up my prepay balance and leaving
My sister's birthday on a Monday, so ordered a card and gift on the Friday before and paid £6 to ensure it was delivered on the day.
It was delivered on the day with the wrong gift, I will not be using them again.
Funny though, my sister has a coarse sense of humour, a box of chocolates was supposed to accompany the card with the message, "Happy $#*!in birthday", attached.
Instead she got a toblerone with the message 'I love you' on it.
Some one received some chocolates and won't be pleased.
Moonpigs five day flower freshness guarantee somewhat spoilt by Yodel delivery driver throwing them over the gate. Photo shows flowers within 24 hours of delivery.
Keeps throwing me out of the site. Spent all afternoon trying to do a card and have now given up. This happened once before but my time is too important to waste like this.
Wrong size garments and complaints ignored, ordered a women's medium size t shirt and it came as a size 10, would not fit my Petit daughter and when I complained I've been totally ignored, never use Moonpig again
I thought I'd give moon pig another chance not to fail, but guess what they did again fail. Will never use them again as they don't deliver even though you pay the extra on post.
Card didn't arrive for my girlfriend.
Slept in the spare room.
Thanks Moonpig
Roses are red
Violets are big
You must keep away
From that awful Moonpig
Do dont order anything from Moonpig, I ordered a card for my daughter 40th birthday on the 9th November 2020 first class Royal Mail delivery, today is the 17th November and the card has still not arrived. I've contacted Moonpig and they have ignored all my emails, request for a refund
I haven't learnt my lesson and have kept using this awful company. Cards 'get lost in transit' or the wrong order is sent. I have finally had it today with another lost order. Don't use them
Just ordered card, paid £4.00 for express delivery. After reading the reviews I am now worried my daughter will not get her cared. We have covid so unable to go to shop.

Order never arrived for my wife's birthday. Spent £49.00 one birthday card and chocolates.
Not replying back to emails or answering calls.
Despite giving 5days notice they delivered my birthday card late! Despite me informing them the customer service just ignored my complaint. Will never use this company again!
