Just unbelievably sh-eye-t...Zero competence. Customer service agents such as Harvey, Rupak and Matthew are clearly short of even half the minimum number of brain cells necessary to walk and talk at the same time. Moreover, even after their massive data security breach, they still have zero interest in data security - they deserve to go bust! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Ordered a birthday card for my two year old grandson on 4/9/2023. Today is the 20/9/2023 and I'm still waiting for it. His birthday is long over. I emailed Moonpig twice but haven't received a reply. Won't be using them again
Horrible service. I am extremely disappointed. I will never use them again. It's not even worth one more breath to describe the issues. You're better off ordering with Shutterfly ahead of time and sending them out yourself.
Ordered a card to come a day before my daughters 40th birthday the card arrived 4 days late I did pay extra for next day delivery. Tel to let them know they never apologised just refunded postage and said this was company policy. Please use alternative companies
Ordered a card and present for my wife's birthday paid for the delivery they didn't turn up got some idiot email saying they will be there tomorrow as if that's ok, avoid this tin pot company complete waste of money
I just found out that after a purchase I made with Moonpig last year, I've somehow signed up to the big scam, complete savings. They've taken £15 a month from me since last September, without my knowledge. Thank you Moonpig, I will never use your service again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Paid for delivery on the 8th and took day off but never arrived, chat bot was shocking and no level of service at all, was pretty much an attitude of "tough". Before they just cut you off! Don't use if you want it in time
Family in UK sent a card for delivery prior to a birthday in the US. It arrived a week late with printing off the page. Not a great service and their quality control is obviously not there. Would not recommend.
Shocking service! Did not fulfil their obligations under contract. They blamed the courier, which is their responsibility not the customers. I would not endorse doing business with this company as they have no morals!
I got a bunch of flowers from Moonpig this morning. It's even worse than last year's Mother's day bunch!
Last year's was not worth £10 but probably cost a lot more.
This year was a real treat! I got up early, around 6am. At 12 I decided to go for a walk and to my surprise, a moonpig box had been chucked over my gate. They did not bother to ring the bell. (I WAS UP AT 6!)
As it was raining, I had a soggy box for starters. When I opened the box, most of the flowerheads had broken off, so, most of it was just good for the bin.
By the looks of this bunch, even if it had not been battered,I could have got a far better bunch from Tesco for a tenner anyway.
Order was promised on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and still no item and the anniversary card is needed today. Moonpig are refusing a refund. Telling me to reject the order when it arrives (2 days later than promised) but nobody will be in to reject it so basically I have to accept the items I no longer want or need and there is nothing they can do. I didn't choose Royalmail as a delivery partner and I no longer need the items and they are now irrelevant
Placed order for a card for my sister's 50th birthday. It arrived promptly but no envelope. What use if that if you are intending to post. Unhelpful customer service advised you need to tick for envelope. Really! I have never bought a card and didn't get an envelope. Won't be using again and will stick to funky pigeon who know who to operate.
And they were so unhelpful in resolving their technology issues leading to the problem, that I have no desire to give this company any money. I am very happy I am using their competitor Funky Pigeon with no issues
Ordered Mother's Day flowers and a card but here we are Mother's Day morning and nothing I ordered a week ago so
Plenty of time. Moonpig have done it again spoilt a day. I think we are all best to go back to the old way card shop buy card. Flower shop buy flowers not trust Moonpig to do it for us …. When I contacted customer service they said would you like the order resent lol 😂 and to think I nearly joined the Moonpig card club wow lucky escape I find they spend too much time sending junk mail to get you to buy the card and less time on actually getting the job complete and delivering the goods
Placed an order a week before it was needed, this was for a silver wedding anniversary. Items never turned up on time. This was due to royal mail. Trying to get any type of response from Moonpig what so ever was an absolute joke. Eventually emailed me a day after it was needed. Luckily a friend at the sorting office tracked it down for me and on the day I needed it. Moonpig customer services seemed to think the service I had received was acceptable.
WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Matthew didn't care that my granddaughter didn't receive her birthday card. First he offered to send another card then he said that was an error in the system then he said he was refunding me then he said a resend and refund has been authorised. Avoid this company like the plague! At no point was a goodwill gesture offered
Absolutely terrible, never again my card git lost 3 times and when i tried talking to moonpig about it kept shutting down and restarting not only on my phone and moms its very bad and this willl never be a good app. So overated and moonpig if you see this fire james and olivia
I ordered a boxed bottle of champagne as an anniversary gift. The box turned up damaged and when I contacted customer services for this to be replaced with an undamaged item they advised that this could not be done as the champagne inside was not damaged. The boxed item is more expensive that purchasing the unboxed champagne and therefore the box is part of the product that I ordered and paid for.
I was not trying to obtain a refund or any discount on the item just to obtain the item in new condition which is what I would expect as a consumer but this was refused.
I ordered from Moonpig as I was also purchasing a card from them but would never do this again now when I could have purchased the item in new condition from a supermarket.
I would also not use them for other services based on there response and how it was dealt with by customer services.
I really like the lexibility that this site offered. Any card could be an ecard. COOL.
But after spending an hour crafting a card for my niece, I left it as an unpurchased card b/c I wanted to also create one for my nephew and send them together. Apparently, I waited too long and now it is gone! Nothing to salvage. Have to start from scratch. If you use - be sure to take a screenshot of your card so you can recreate it if their system eats it before you send it out. :(
The cards are for my 12-year-old nieces Birthday which is this Friday. I paid to have them delivered today. Still haven't been dispatched. Atrocious company. More than likely won't arrive until after the fact. They're blaming the pandemic for this. This is odd as every other company seems to be able to dispatch orders quickly when you pay for next day delivery. Quick enough to take money which again is odd since most companies don't take cash until near the time of dispatch. What is it they got one bloke with one printer working in his mothers home or something? Not good enough. Just wished I read some reviews before ordering from this site. I will never order from them again. I just got to hope it comes before a little girl thinks her Uncle and Aunt has forgotten her Birthday.
