My mum ordered from Moonpig for my aunty's birthday. My mum is a pensioner so not much money to spare. She ordered the flowers along with a card. The flowers received was just awful and ready for the bin. Half the heads were of the stems. My mum made a complaint to Moonpig stating she wasn't happy their reply was nothing they can do as she hadn't followed the 7 day care. Now bearing in mind these were only delivered yesterday so not even a day old. Would not recommend this awful company. I will attach photos of what should of been received and to what she actually got.
Absolutely despicable. I ordered six hampers on 3rd December (to be delivered in time for Christmas) and none of them arrived. I am absolutely staggered at the response from Moonpig representatives, who were disinterested, unprofessional and unapologetic. I am bitterly disappointed...
The whole reason for a company like this exists is to deliver on time, this is the second time I have used them and on both occasions they failed to deliver on the day, what's the point! Totally useless, will never use again
Not empathetic at all. To my knowledge first class is next day or two working days max. 1-3 working days is 2nd class delivery. My mother does not have her birthday card I made for her and instead of accepting the mishap I was told wait until 4pm and see if it turns up. If not then you will be refunded. So will have to tell my mother to wait until 4pm to open cards if not we can postpone to tomorrow!

Very poor service, no communication that my delivery will be late. If you give the option for guarantee day of delivery, then deliver on that promise.And when it wont show up for that date, don't just take my money but give me the option to cancel it before you start processing it.So poor.
Ordered three different Christmas gifts to be told a few days later their out of stock. If you dont have it dont advertise it and the £5 credit should come off the same order not the next time you buy.Dissapointed.
We used this in the US and it is customary for US transactions for which a foreign bank to be used to be so notified so that we are aware that foreign transaction fees might apply.
Worse, one of my cards to my mother NEVER arrived.
Customer service sent me a nice email saying they will respond in 24 hours. That was over 10 days ago. I think their idea of a response probably was that email.
My best fur babies mum just lost her 2nd cat to cancer, had a photo printed on a mug she received it today ( broken) im so upset they said would send replacement but hiw do i know if that will arrive in one peice
Order two cards once at xmas and one last week. Both cards not delivered. Moonpig blaming the post office. Offer refund or resend cards this is not acceptable. They should do more to help. Next will go to funky pigeon. Com think I will try them now after beening with moonpig for years.
I ordered from Moonpig in good faith of receiving a card in time for a celebration. It was ordered in time for it to be delivered before the event. Yes, you guessed right, it never arrived! I reported this to Moonpig who said it must have been lost in the post. Oh, they will send another. Sadly for me, this will not arrive in time. This card, which should have been the simplest of tasks has now created a big problem. I am now frantically trying to find a card that I must now try and adapt. So much for saving me time and money! This is the third time (out of four orders) that my card has not arrived. The chances of getting a card delivered on time or at all is slim!
We bought flowers arrived in a wilting state so we complained sent photos of our concern, they sent another bunch, that second bunch was even worse badly rotting, wilting, and yet box was intact. See photo

Really angry. I ordered a card on on the Friday to be delivered Monday. Still not arrived!
I know there's limited staff with covid, but this isn't an excuse when an agreement has taken place.
Don't say it will be delivered on a date if it doesn't!
I ordered Valentines Day flowers that were GUARANTEED to be delivered on the day. I paid a high cost for delivery and over the odds for the flowers as they were guaranteed after all. They turned up a day late, so the occasion and sentiment was lost. I complained strongly and requested a refund but all they offered was postage refunded. They basically mis-sold and don't give a damn as they are laughing all the way to the bank
Have used moonpig since it started but wont be using again. Card sent to my grandaughter arrived 2 weeks after her birthday. Card i ordered for my sister in law arrived 10 days after her birthday... now i know post may be a little late but this is ridiculous
The most disgusting company out there. I paid out my backside for a father's day card and set of gifts to be sent via fastest delivery, ready for father's day. Father's day is here and my dad doesn't have his gifts. The order is still "processing" online. One vile agent called "James" couldn't seem to grasp that my order still hadn't been dispatched, insisting it would be sent today. When I spoke to another agent, she informed me my gifts WERE OUT OF STOCK. So how could I 1) pay for something out of stock and 2) not be informed at any stage they never had my dad's gift. So I had to cancel everything, leaving my dad with $#*! all for father's day. Absolute disgrace. Should be shut down
I ordered a "Welcome to a new home" card and gift for my friends. Realised it was his birthday on the same day! So not thinking it would be a problem I ordered a birthday card and gift on a separate order to the same address, going at the same time, thinking when I would email them they would credit me like for x 1 delivery. I was wrong, my mistake, but no common sense with this lot.
Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady called Lara refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Lara refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I'm so frustrated that I didn't even get a replacement bunch out. Moonpig really needs to get a better-trained customer service team.

I could have bought a similar size bunch if flowers from Lidl fit a couple of pound. Bet these from you were much more

Ordered in time to be delivered for Father's Day, they didn't despatch until today - Saturday - and it's not going to be delivered until Tuesday, which isn't much use. Next time I'll order from somewhere else.
Shocking delivery of flowers that were dead on arrival and made the house smell because they are mouldy. I personally wouldn't buy flowers from moonpig because of this. They are very expensive and very disappointing for the recipients. Customer service is shocking too. Don't waste your money!
