There is almost no customer service. Generated replies make it difficult to get your point across. I ordered 4 tops, and they came in one plastic mailer. I knew when I was in trouble when I saw the size of the mailer. Three of the tops were winter sweaters and it should have been close to impossible to fit them together in the modest mailer. The fabric was so subpar and thin and wasn't comfortable to touch. I was sorely disappointed. Still don't have a return label.

I ordered 3 items and the size was too big. I returned them and they don't refund the money when I tried to login into my account I cannot do it because it says wrong email or password. I reset the password many times and nothing happened. It means they blocked my account.

I needed to cancel an order after 24 hrs because I wanted more merchandise that would qualify me for free expedited shipping. I submitted a ticket and after a couple of messages back and forth, the order was cancelled and I rec'd a credit applied to my credit card within a few days of my request. The merchandise was all very nice. I ordered everything by the measurements supplied and both plus size bathing suits fit perfectly but the regular size items were all at least 1 size too big.

During the order phase, a 35 discount offer popped up, but I could not apply the FOUR codes at payment stage, online chat said she would apply the discount AFTER payment - that NEVER happened. Goods arrived looking too dissimilar to the advertised pictures - the Rainbow Gradient dress looked flowing, like chiffon, very pretty, but what arrived was a horrid polyester almost straight line dress with very subdued colours. All their clothing seems to be the same awful polyester. Quite clearly they just steal photos from other sites and reproduce rubbish. Now when I want to return sub-standard goods, I have to pay to do so. Won't ever be even clicking on their site ever again.

My order came quicker than expected. Loved the bathing suits and quality of them. One came with a flaw and they quickly replaced it with a new one. Definitely will buy from Modlily again.
I've only purchased a few items since the clothing is a little high for me. I hate that I can't use my debit card so that will limit me from doing a lot of shopping.
I have ordered from several companies and as a business woman I naturally want to look my best. I have gotten so many compliments on the items I've ordered from Midlothian. The materials might be a little different than I expected but all items were as shown. Be careful of the size you order. Most items run a little small. Fabrics generally do not stretch.

My wife purchased 7 items from Modlily.
When the shipment came with no packing slip or any paperwork with instructions on how to do a return, I knew trouble was ahead.
The merchandise was cheaply made and did not look at all like they were represented online.
After several attempts ModLily finally emailed a return label to be used by the USPS.
We packaged all items and drove to the post office. The cashier told us that the return label that ModLily supplied to us was no good. It was only good for a weight of 13 ounces… that's less than one item, we were returning 7.
So we purchased a new label at the post office that was sufficient for all 7 items and packed them up with all the paperwork supplied by ModLily… including the incorrect shipping labe they supplied us.
My wife called that day to let ModLily know the new tracking number and that the return was on its way.
A few days later we tracked the package and saw that it was delivered to ModLily. My wife called ModLily and was told they cannot find our return… now ModLily is not returning her calls or emails.

I Googled "American-made women's clothing" and ModLily appeared. Should've checked them out before ordering. Not only is the clothing not made in America, it is IMPOSSIBLE to arrange for a refund. I'm not going to waste my time, and I'll donate the clothing that isn't right for me. Got burned!

Waited for a long time to receive a defective bathing suit. Contacted the company and they wanted a picture of me in the suit to show the defect! I said I wouldn't do that. They will not refund my money. They have said that someone will contact me within 24 hours and nobody ever does. Been told this twice. There is no number to call either. I am not paying S&H to send it back only for them to take even longer (or maybe never get back to me) and tell me that they don't see that it is defective and no refund.

This company used another company's name, Jane. I ordered one pair of shoes and got 6 pair. The quality is crap so I tried to find a way to return and it never gets you there. No packing slip in package either. When I contacted Jane they said it's not them and couldn't help. I think they also sell under the name of Modlily. Avoid this company.

I made a purchase with this company 2 months ago and still have not received it. After multiple attempted phone calls and emails between Modlily and USPS I discovered that the wrong address was used to ship the package so it is just sitting at the USPS office because Modlily refuses to contact them and correct their mistake.

Don't waste your time or money with Modlily. I placed 1 order they cancelled 1 item, won't refund my money like they said they did over a month ago for the cancelled item. I returned items and they won't refund those funds either. They are mad cause I filed a Paypal dispute and are now threating me about it. They claim I have to cancel the dispute to get my funds now. Don't waste your money.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
