Don't waste your time or energy, you won't see your stuff for months. When you do get it, it won't be anything like you thought or saw. This place is a scam sorry I to had to learn the hard way.

You can try to submit a "ticket" and they may get back to you or may not. They never ended up refunding me after fighting back and forth for over a month via a ticket. This is truly a scam and a fraudulent operation. My guess is you'll never be able to track it, and if you do get it chances are it will not be what you thought. I wish I read reviews first before wasting over $100 on these crooks! Good luck.

You honestly won't have anyway and I'm telling you now DO NOT order from that site again you won't get it for probably a month and it looks nothing like what your ordered its cheap and they give out false advertisement

Don't order from them, check the comments from everyone who can't make a return and gets scammed.

If you paid with your credit card contact the credit card company and tell them that you nerve received item and want a refund. Let them help you to deal with it. I would ever refuse package when it arrives. Let that company deal with return cost. Worste company EVER!

It takes approx a month to come :) I've ordered mine end Feb and delivered end of March. Very good condition & im in love with my bikini

I suggest you go to their website and send and email, everyday if you have to. No ine ever answers there phone, however I have gotten a return email from them. Good luck.

Hi, I placed an order over 5wks ago and I still haven't heard anything about my order or even had it delivered It's a joke I will never ever order from them again

It took about 3-4 weeks to get my swimsuit, and that was after bugging them several times & telling them I'd be making a claim with PayPal. I'm still fighting it out. If you used PayPal, they might be able to help you further, if not, I'm afraid all you can do is use their tracking number. Good luck to you!

I waited 6 weeks and when I got the 2 shirts they were nothing like the picture. The material is paper thin, cheaply made, i ordered xl and it's more like a xs. I actually ready to just trash them. I wish I read the reviews on here before I ordered. They are scamming so many people and I will never get my money back so i hope I can help someone else to not not not order from this site! They should be shut down. Again please ladies do not order from them..

I please that modlily, nastydress, rotita, tbdress, rosewe and there are a few of other names that may be connected to one another in some form or another. I had trouble with rosewe and when I begin to look more into it I noticed that the names mentioned above had the same type of pictures displayed on their website. I purchased two items that came late and one item was nothing like the picture displayed all the material the high low dress is like a thin scarf. Have not used eighther, item. One is usable but I will say this, both pieces are extremely cheap. I'll pray that you get what you're looking for but I will say this do not order from any of these companies again. If you're reading this post for the first time please don't order from these companies at all.
