It has been a terrible experience of Shopping with modanisa. I had ordered 3 dresses from Modanisa and none of them arrived. Since then I am contacting them for my refund but everytime they say that they are investigating with the shipping company. Now I am afraid that, I might not get the money back.
What else can I say! Modanisa has disappointed me big time! First bought evening dress it was a little ok! So I was traveling for 3 months. N I bought clothes of 3000 euro. That was the biggest mistake in my life to make shopping online this useless Modanisa! Spent a lot of money to shop all came nothing but trash the fabric is not quality at all the colors r so much different from what u see

My total was 74 but they billed my 90 as they save the order in USD and then they convert it to CAD at a different rate. Basically liars. Clothes were basically ugly. Colors were not as shown in picture. Very very cheap material. Chinese website have better quality clothes. This is the last time I am buying from them.

I have purchased two dresses online from Modanisa in November and the cargo Company FedEx driver delivered my package to some wrong address. The picture on fedex proof of delivery is not my door. I reached out to Modanisa explaining my issue and today is December 31, they still haven't resolved my issues. I have been checking my status with them almost every other day and they have been very incompetent. I reached out to FedEx and they mentioned that Modanisa needed to file a case since they did a direct business with them. My credit card company has billed me already and I have been going through a nightmare with how Modanisa has been handling my situations.The only way I can reach out to them is through chat and each time is a random person. I just want to let my word out that, you will have to go through the worst nightmare with Modanisa if your package gets misplaced or lost

They tell us 48 hours of shipping but i ordered since 2 weeks and i haven't receive my items yet. It's just a scam. Customer service don't give you the right answer and take time to answer also

I am genuinely disgusted with this company. It has been over three months since I ordered, and not only has my products NOT been delivered, they do not refund the money. Their customer service is APPALLING and if you do manage to get a response from them, they'll just say their 'working on it.' their latest scam with me was when they emailed saying that my issue was finally resolved. I opened my account--no money from them.
They are dishonest and will literally steal your money. Do yourself a favor and never buy from them.

I love modanisa, always order but this time there was a careless mistake done by them my one item they forgot to send and another item they sent 2 orders instead of one, we have to pay custom duty, on top of that ups delivery fee, exchange rate, my orders almost becomes double the price. This mistake should be compensated.

Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.
The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself. I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.

Since my previous review they have now changed the return procedure it's really easy and quick you automatically receive a return label and stick it to your package. They deduce around 10 euros for shipping fees but it's ok as long as I can send stuff back when I'm not pleased with the purchase.
So overall Im really pleased with my shopping on Modanisa.

Their fabric are very nice, they have quality clothes. The only downside is you have to pay for the duties and tax when you received your parcel. But other than that it's a good website if you like to buy modest but modern clothes. Shipping was fast. Satisfied customer.

I am always ecstatic when I buy from Modanisa. The shipment to Germany is super fast. I have always doubts about the size that I should pick, because some brands obviously have different measures, such as Benin. So this time I ordered something and it was super huge, I reached out to the customer service, returned the items that I don't want, got my return receipt, and got refunded instantly after the package returned to the warehouse, like this whole process took less than a week. A HUGE improvement in the logistics I gotta say. Still hope the quality of clothes and finishing will improve in the future, I find it (8/10). Then I would give 5/5 stars.

I brought 2 outfits from this company and my friend messaged me so they would fit me.
However when they were received by myself and I tried them on they absolutely drowned me in size and length.
I returned both out fits back even though I had to try and get a return form myself as no paperwork what so ever in parcel.
The cost of both outfits were £82 which is a lot of money and it's been over 3 weeks and have not received a penny.
I have emailed and even got a lady to call me for her to say every time I don't speak English and hang up very good customer care.
All I want is my money I'm owed back as they have received them by no I know.

First of all the Quality is less than zero point! It was second hand product they just put their own cheap label. Size was too large from measured size. I was expecting. The material product is old and smells like dampness.

This is my first time ordering clothes worth of almost 54.00 dollars. I never received the package even though it says on my account that it was delivered. My husband was home and he did not see any truck nor did the bell ring. I called them many times about 10 times and each time they tell me don't worry we will contact UPS. I called UPS and started an investigation. The investigation has been going on for about a week and UPS said that they contacted Modanisa and that they never replied back! This company is literally a joke. There are illegal fraudulent stuff going on behind the scenes and I am putting a police investigation on this. I am 100 percent sure that Modanisa has a way to tip off the driver to scan the item at the correct location but deliver to someone else because they are clearance items on low stock and want to try to please regular customers. Like everyone else says they really are thieves!

I am very upset about this order, first of all it was not even in good condition, there was whole in the dress because it was sewn by a piece of threads, it was very visible, you could see that someone tried to hide few wholes in the material. Not only it was expensive but for this kind of service and product, it is not worth it. I still did not even wear it and very sad to keep something that will not be useful.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
