Excellent service

I ordered a watch that said no returns, but had problems straight out of the box. The watch was missing a decorative crystal and didn't work at all. I contact the service dept at MobStub and quickly received a replacement watch. This site responds quickly and provides excellent and very satisfactory service.

I ordered the "I love you more" necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas! It arrived within just a few days and was much prettier than I thought it would be! The chain was beautiful! The price was unbelievable and the quality was outstanding! I would definitely order from them again.

I have never had a problem with what I have ordered from MobStub. I have been pleased with anything I have purchased,
However, the last item was defective, and Customer Service was extremely helpful, and smoothly gave me a credit for that item, to use on my next purchase.
Very professional. Love this company!

I unwittingly purchased 5 items from Mobstub thinking the items would be as described and fairly decent quality. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Everything finally arrived and it is junk. I would be embarrassed to give any of this garbage as gifts. I did not read the reviews first, which was my fault. Of course there are no returns on this trash. DO NOT BUY FROM MOBSTUB.

This company is a rip off, they should have zero stars across the board! Do not buy from them ever! They don't do refunds at all. They get their money and just tell you to get a refund from your bank! I bought 3 cordless chargers and not one worked as advertised. The cord was so small you couldn't even plug it into a wall! I hate that I was scammed!

I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for 1st Day of 1st Grade. Well 21 days later and I'm still waiting and all I get from email support is "I understand this is very frustrating and again, I am very sorry for this delayed shipment." I'll NEVER buy from them again and I suggest you look for item you want on another site. Ridiculous! Wonder if necklace will get here before last day of 1st Grade?!?!

I purchased two bags from these people. They arrived. Pure garbage, and smelled really bad. I asked for a return. Said they have no returns. People just tell your credit card company not to pay them. I have been in contact with an illana. I told her either do a return or my credit card company will not release the money. These bags are PURE JUNK. MADE IN CHINA JUNK.

It's a scam

The prices they display are ridiculous. If you search for the items on amazon or target their cheaper than the "markdown" price on mobstub. I ALMOST ordered a heated shoulder wrap for 17.00 with a markdown from 79.00. I found it at Target for 14.99.

The merchandise is cheap.

Item not as described

I purchased a pair of their earrings, The earrings were suppose to have Swaroski Crystals, all the way around. They did not. There were many spots where there were no crystals at all. They look terrible. You can see what looks like white syrofoam underneath.
These are not high quality or even good quality earrings.
I contacted them about it several times, but they ignored me.
Save your money. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely ridiculous! I have been waiting 11 days for you to "process" an order. No one is responding to my numerous emails! The only response I received was an incorrect tracking number for something you haven't even shipped! The worst shopping experience I have ever had! No one ever buy anything from this fraudulent company! They had no problem taking my money immediately! Placed the order on February 19th and its now March 2nd with no word!

I ordered a bracelet that appears to have a herringbone design. The one I received is more of a popcorn style. It's similar to what I ordered, but definitely not what was pictured. I kept it because it's not bad looking, but I'm disappointed that it's not the same as was advertised on the site. I won't be ordering from them again.

Avoid/buyer beware
February 1, 2020

Now that I finally received my refund it's safe for me to review this site. I needed to return an item but was unable to get a return authorization from Mobstub. The deadline for making a return was running out. Every time I requested an update I got a new ticket #, which meant the request began again and just complicated the process (to their advantage.)

I turned to my credit card company after being stonewalled by Mobstub. Within 12 hours I got a return authorization from Mobstub.

I kept a tracking number from the package, luckily. When I contacted the credit card company after a month to report that the issue was unresolved, the agent I spoke to kept me on the line while she got in touch with Mobstub. They said that the item had not been received, but luckily I had the tracking # from USPS which showed the delivery time so she was able to confirm that yes, the item was returned and yes, the purchase should be refunded.
Very bad experience. Never again.

I received my orders from MobStub in a timely fashion. One of my orders arrived broken, which seemed to have happened during shipping. I contacted MobStub, and they responded with a very satisfying solution. I would recommend MobStub to friends and family.

Excellent cust service

After receiving my original order with an error(duplicate bracelets), I notified Mob Stub cust serv with my concern. In a very short time, I was sent a replacement order, which unfortunately contained another duplicate bracelet. I again sent a message to cust. Serv.,& was immediately sent an apology. In a matter of few days, i was again sent a replacement which was the correct item. I was very impressed with the concern & cooperation of Mob Stub services. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Very disappointed
September 20, 2020

I recently ordered a six pack of masks from this company. The picture showed a girl in a black glitter mask so I assumed when I ordered I would get six black masks. No info on the site has two colors and No info on the site has two colors and black is the only color my granddaughter can wear to work. So now I'm stuck with six beige glitter masks. It was an Instagram ad and very misleading. Very disappointed

I bought 4 items and received 3. I emailed asking about the other item and was told to contact my local post office but they will tell me the same thing, it was delivered. Well why would I waste my time if you're telling me they will tell me it was delivered because that is what the tracking stated. Was advised to ask my neighbors, done that and I have good neighbors so I believe them. Therefore this not only put me out the money I lost on an item I never received but shorted me a Christmas gift. I will never order from this company again and will spread the word to my friends about my experience with this company.
