I saw some sheets and a comforter on line at Mobstub. Two friends had " liked " the site so I thought I'd give it a try as the " price was right" for both things. I was very happy with the products and the the correspondence from Mobstub. A Happy Customer!
I purchased an item, received it in a timely fashion, and was pleased. After opening the package and inspection of the item, I discovered two major flaws. I made an inquiry to the company and with in a total of 30 minutes the issue was responded to and taken care of. Unbelievable, total satisfaction.
I love this company!. I ordered two grandmother bracelets, prompt delivery. I ordered through Amazon, and order was cancelled due to unavailability, still waiting for refund!. Thumbs down to Amazon :(
Great place to get great items. Very polite and refund policy or a return item always satisfactory. Leather purses are awesome. My friends and I use them every day. I would definitely recommend mibstub to all if you want great product at great prices. Tyvm.
Small item purchased - a solar cell phone charger. It charged a couple of times but within a month of service, it ceased charging. I wrote to them and asked how to exchange it for one that worked. I was told that I had to return defective items within 15 days, but it wasn't defective when I got it. They wouldn't do anything! "So sorry for my inconvenience" I won't ever purchase anything from this company again as this is no way to treat customers.
As a first time buyer from MobStub, I have been impressed. They offer clever items like the the LED beanie (which works great & is comfortable to wear), the useful Handy EZ windshield wiper, and the fun LED cocktail glasses. But I'm mostly writing about the excellent customer service. When one of my cocktail glasses didn't work, MobStub promptly replaced it. This is what makes me support a company. Thanks MobStub!
I received the wrong color bed sheets set. I contact customer service to find out how I can return the item that I have on hand and exchange the right color. To my surprise, the customer service representative by the name of Lilly replied via email offering me a store credit and I get to keep the product that I have received by error. I'm very ecstatic by the awesome customer service received. Lilly was very quick in responding to my email correspondences.
They were wonderful. I had ordered the King Size Sheet Set and when putting the fitted sheet on our bed, found a seam on the sheet torn. I wrote MobStub about the defect, sent them a picture and they replied almost immediately. They apologized for the problem and assured me that they would replace the bottom sheet, without any difficulty. Yesterday I received, not only a bottom sheet that I was expecting but another complete set in the color I had originally ordered, with again, another apology. I was totally surprised and really overwhelmed at their immediate service and, in the replacement of an additional set of sheets. They absolutely rate 5 Stars in my experience of their Customer Service and I definitely will have no quarms whatsoever in ordering anything from them in the future.
I received a final sale set of sheets. The top sheet had a fabric tear in it and the hemmed edge was on the side of the sheet instead of the top. It was not just a close-out item, it was defective. I contacted MobStub and they requested I send them some photos of the problem and they promptly replaced my item. They were also very nice about the whole thing. I was actually surprised since this was a "no return" purchase. I am beyond pleased with how well they were to deal with and the final result.
I ordered motion lights for indoors. There were two included with the order. I was able to use one of them, but the second had a defective screw on the battery compartment door, and it was impossible to open to place the batteries. So I only could use one of them. I notified them but nothing was done.
Ordered 3 watches on 1/17/14. Suppose to receive in 7-14 days. Took 3wks to receive 1. Still have not received the other 2. Credit card was charged on 1/20/14. Have asked for refund, but know I won't receive it. I have told them I will never order another thing from them again! Doubt I will ever see the other watches!
I purchased a beautiful bathing suit but they send me the wrong size by mistake, once contacted they sent me a replacement with the correct size.
Lilly one the representatives was very courteous and pleasant and help me.

I ordered some really nice Egyptian sheets online from MobStub but accidently ordered the wrong size (king instead of queen)... I really thought I had ordered to correct size but when the ordered was confirmed it said King size. I contacted them via email within 10 minutes of my original order to no avail. After sending 3 emails to them to ask how this can be rectified, I finally received an email response saying I could mail the sheets back to them at my expense and they would allow a refund of what I paid. I asked if they had a method of correcting orders before processing and they said they do not. So I said they should pay for the refund, but they said they would not. So I am keeping the sheets for a potential gift but promised I would write a poor review of their company's process. So here it is. BTW There is no phone number to contact so I couldn't contact them that way. BEWARE.
These people are a bunch of crooks! They duped me into buying these crappy microfiber sheets that deceptively seemed to be made of cotton. Instead, you're made of that nasty microfiber and when I asked if I can return them they said they were very sorry but the sale was final. I had even purchased two sets so I was double scammed. Don't buy from them, it's not the first time I've been disappointed by them but definitely THE LAST!
I ordered king sets of sheets that online stated "100% Egyptian Cotton". When I received the sheets today, they didn't feel like cotton so I looked on the tag and it says "100% microfiber". Buyer Beware of this site!
I have ordered numerous item from MobStub and have always been extremely pleased with how quickly my items arrive and the excellent deal that I got. Their product are always first rate. I just love the assortment of Men's stackable bracelets that they have available.
I had many emails go back and forth from them explaining that i did not get my full order. They told me i had to deal with my post office. My post office said they could not help me because they did not receive the item. Mobstub would not issue me a refund or send the rest of the order that i paid for in full.
Shipping is indeed slow, many are quick to assume they were scammed when they don't receive their package in two weeks but it takes closer to three to receive your items. I have received a high quality item at a great price, however, not all items they sell are high quality you have to use your best judgement. I am pleased with the item i received, the company could improve their communications with the customers to get better reviews.
This is a followup to my recent complaint. I heard back from customer service and they're sending me what was not in my order so everything is good... good quality jewelry and good customer service...
I recently placed my first order with MobStub. The goods that I ordered were as advertised and were incredible values.
There was a glitch with one item which was attended to rapidly and completely satifactorily by prompt response and correction.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
