I ordered a led winter beanie cap on dec 6 and still haven't received it. you sent a shipping confirmation with a ups tracking number and it's not a legit number in their system when i check it. what's up? is this a legit company or what?

Answer:

No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!

What is your return policy?

Answer:

Due to the fact that our deals are so greatly discounted, the deals we negotiate with our vendors are final close-out sales. As such we simply cannot accept returns and all sale are final unless stated otherwise on the deal page. Thanks so much for understanding! For defective or damaged merchandise, notify us by emailing support@mobstub.com within 15 days of receiving it.

I bought 2 charging cables that are advertised as being compatible with ipad and iphone - but they aren't. mobstub won't take them back because it is beyond the return time frame for defective items. these are not defective, they are not compatible as advertised. how can i get in touch with someone who speaks english?

Answer:

I would never use them again. No way to get in touch with them. Product was not true to size. My truck bag ripped as soon as I put something in it.

I placed an order on 5-2-15 and noticed that i was charged 4 times for that order. it is still in pending status but need to have 3 of those charges cancelled. how do i get in touch with mobstub?
