I ordered a led winter beanie cap on Dec 6 and still haven't received it. You sent a shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking number and it's not a legit number in their system when I check it. What's up? Is this a legit company or what?

No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!

Need to notify FB and ask them to not allow this company on Fb. Cut them off

"Just the facts, mam" I too had some problems, but in all fairness-it was resolved. The tracking number issue may not be the true tracking number. As I recall, it is confusing how they put it on the confirmation. The tracking number with their company is not the same as the UPS number. You can ask via an email for the shipping number. The frustration is that emails take 24-48 hrs to get a reply. My "non delivery" did come. In fact, it came twice. It does not yet appear that I have been charged twice. I have purchased a bedspread- it was lovely. I have purchased sheets, and they are good quality. I have purchased dog leashes/harnesses- also very good quality. Communication with the company was my complaint. But, with persistance, and some live chat- it was resolved. Sometimes you get people on live chat that communicate a bit better.

I have complained via email with Lilly a couple of times. She assured me that they resent my order. If that is true then I should have it before the 1st. I know I won't be doing business with them ever again. Good luck with your order.

The hat I ordered finally arrived and works well. But it was late and I could not make it light at first. (No instructions). As others have indicated, their customer service does not seem to exist.

I ordered the same thing on 12/1. It took them a week to ship. The brooklyn post office lost it for a week. It finally arrived on 12/19. Poor customer service. Will not order from them again. Over charged for shipping.

If they are legit they are horrible at what they do. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody! Every time I have ordered from them there has been an issue. Never again!

Their crap. AVOID! Stuff they sell are cheap rubbish also. Everything I bought have broken in days.

It's been my experience that it is a real company with horrid/non-existent customer service. Good luck!
I will never order from them again! They substituted merchandise for two orders without asking; I never got the actual merchandise that I ordered!
