I ordered 4 necklaces from this company it has now been 2 weeks, I have not received these items or have I been emailed to confirm the shipment. I got one email saying it takes 7-10 days to be shipped but now I am not getting any response. I spent $59 and I am afraid I have been scammed :( Is there someone I can turn them in to? I want my money back!
This was my first experience with mobstub, had a couple questions to ask about a product, and the customer service was outstanding. Will be ordering from this company again. Thanks again mobstub. Rich
I ordered 2 necklaces, both appear same as picture. Quality not as high as I would like, but for the price I am happy with my purchase. Shipping time frame was also reasonable. I would purchase from them again.
I guess I'm not the only one! It's theft! I bought 7 Bluetooth shower speakers, one for each of my nieces for xmas, I bought it November 6th and December 12th Nothing! Of course no real way of getting a hold of them, I finally get a Tracking number and see it never left the NY post office, I call them and they say " we got a shipping label but no product to send, you need to call the company cuz they never gave a product to go with the bulk shipping label" wow! Awful! And they do not let negative stuff posted on their Facebook so u think they are all good! I'm calling my credit card company and filing fraud
I purchased a necklace, it was a gift for my mom for Christmas. They sent me the WRONG necklace. I contacted support, 5 or 6 times, and they just ignored me. Never coming back again. I knew my mom really wanted that necklace and now she is not getting it, sadly.
I ordered what was supposed to be a Hotel quality King size comforter for the great price of $35. It arrived within a few days, but was clearly marked Queen on the package. I contacted the company and was told to send photos, which I did, and they would send me a shipping label to send it back and send the correct one. Today I received a comforter. Again is marked on the package Queen. I am asking for my money back. Oh, and I still have not received the return shipping label for the first one.
Ordered bracelet. Sent back with RMA number. Post Office did not give me a tracking number so modstub won't refund my money. I asked what is the RMA number for? And never got an answer.
Won't buy from them again.
I ordered a three pack of bras from Mobstub and they sent the order to the wrong address. I have been trying and trying reach them through email through their customer support, and have received no reply. I either want a refund or a replacement of my order sent to the correct address! I am giving them a rating of one star because of their customer support and how poor it is!

Customer Service Representative's have a difficult job dealing with the public and the many personalites, hoping to make each experience exceptional. We know that is near impossible. However, Estee, deserves all the accolades possible. We communicated strictly by email and in a few, very short burst emails, Estee was able to provide clear concise explanations and satisfied my concerns. I have been ordering from MobStub now for about 5 months and the last order I made never arrived. Not only did they continue to stay in contact with me but they reshipped a new order and I received it yesterday.

I see hundreds of bad reviews including on BBB so I cancelled my just-placed "too-good-to-be-true" order. Reviews include orders are not received for weeks and longer and when the order does arrive the item is either damaged or incomplete. Reviews also include not being able to unsubscribe from daily emails. Yikes! (thank you, Facebook, for posting about this vendor).
So disappointed. The king bed in a bag is disgusting! It doesn't even cover the bed! Horrible material and washed out color. Bought a sling bag also and it is unusable! So cheap. Horrible material! They won't respond back to you if you want to return items. Americans are sick of Chinese crap! Buyer beware! Mobstub sucks!
I ordered 2 blouses from them. The picture they posted of the blouse was beautiful. What I received was completely sub-standard. It was poor quality - sleeves weren't even sewn correctly, it was a size XL but too small for me to wear (and I normally wear a size 8 / medium but website said to order 2 sized up), and it did not even look like the blouse they advertised. I would be embarrassed to wear this in public if it fit. They refused to let me return the blouses because what I bought was a "close out" deal. I completely understand close out deals, but this was simply fraudulent advertising.
I have probably ordered 10 or 11 times since November. I am very happy with every item I got. Several are for Christmas, but I also ordered for birthdays in 2016. I had one item that took a little longer to arrive, but I got it.
I ordered a handbag 12/3/18 my bank was charged that day. I have waited and waited for my daughters Christmas gift to come in and nothing. I have tried emailing and still nothing and all of my FB post vanishes immediately. I will never order anything else from MobStub again. I will get my money back if I have to file a claim to get it.
I ordered two necklaces, "you are my sunshine", 12$ down from 50$. Well, order cheap, get cheap when dealing with this company. I did not expect sterling silver as it says rodium, but, the way it is put together may last one to two days on neck. My first and last purchase from this company. The only reason I gave it a rating, is no review without it. Too bad they don't hve a minus rating, I would have gone with that.
I ordered a necklace for my mother from this company and it was horrible! Not only was the delivery late but the necklace so badly tarnished that it look to be several years old, it also looked extremely cheap. The chain was definitely not original to the necklace.
I emailed customer service. My BoHo watch did not work. The person I dealt with was very good. Got a new watch within 7 days. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied which I was. I like the variety of products. I like Mob Stub very much.
I have been purchasing sheets and blankets from mobstub for a few years and they are the best. I not only get them at a low price but they are the softest and most comfortable ones I have ever owned. I have bought many sets of sheets as well as their wonderful comforter and have never been disappointed.
