I ordered 4 items. Received 1 item I did not order, 1 turned my finger green within hours, even at being gold plated it should not have, 1 appears to be fine and the other I am still waiting to receive. Not a good experience. I will not order again nor will I recommend Mobstub to anyone.
I order three crossover bags and was first shocked by how small there were. The brown and red bags were passable but the light brown wasnt even a low grade leather and did not look like the other purses. The strap was not wrapped on the light brown it was just stuffed in main compartment of bag. The bags are small and may have several pockets but they are too small for an IPsd, Nook ect. You can't return anything and the smell of purses is strong. I'll never buy anything from them again.
The Mobstub customer service team is excellent. I recently made a purchase and needed the purchase to go to a different person than who was on the original order. I quickly shot customer service an email. Within 24 hours Hannah responded and made the changes and requested a confirmation to ensure my purchase arrived to the right place. She has continued to follow up to ensure everything is in order. I will continue to be a faithful client with such great people to work with.
I ordered 3 different items from MobStub. The two jewelry purchases were great, one was a gift and the other for me. Both were even nicer than the picture showed and I am enjoying them. One of the purchases was for bra's for my daughter, which had a small defect and I was able to return and receive a credit in a timely manner. I purchased two headphones, only one of them worked. I emailed the contact address and was told there was an issue that they were not returnable, but, a replacement will be shipped. The replacement did not work, I emailed the address again, another replacement was sent, this one worked great.
Otherwise, I have had no bad experiences with MobStub.
I bought a 2-pack of 10-foot, braided lightning to USB charging cables. It took 12 business days for them to ship, and almost a month until it showed up. I have been using them for 3 days, and they have already broken at the base of the lightning connector, and intermittently charge. I am very disappointed, and will NEVER purchase from them again.
I recently made an order. I was sent the wrong bed set so I contacted customer support who got back to me in a short amount of time. They apologized & have sent the correct bed set. They also told me to keep the other bed set at no cost. Very pleased with the pleasantness of the customer service. I will definitely continue ordering from mobstub
I ordered a pair of earrings that I love. After wearing them twice, the mire broke off the earring. I was in touch with Customer Service and received very prompt and courteous attention and they are replacing the earrings. I would definitely shop with Mobstub again - ordered other earrings just this morning!
First time I've ordered from them and the last. I work from home so online shopping is all I do.
I ordered an item from them not realizing they had a 7 business day shipping policy. But after finding that out I waited until enough time had passed and asked where my shipment was. They first spouted their 7 day waiting period. I said we are past that time frame and they said they would have to email shipment and to wait another 3 days to hear from them.
I asked for a refund instead. That they gave me without problem which I am thankful for. Definitely not a way to get a new customer!
I received my headset, today, after three emails, the funny thing is when I told them they had to choices 1. Send my order, or return my money, because my bank would be more than happy to help me. 4 day later, here is the order! I PROMISE never to order from them again!
Ordered 2 beanie hats with lights, looked like a good deal. They said I would have them in 3 to 7 days. Over a month and I still have not received them. Lilly emailed me after I sent a couple of emails and said that they had the wrong address ( which is bull). I sent her my address again and she said I would have them in 3 to 7 days (that was 4 days ago). Today I got 2 emails from Eric that said my package was delivered (each email had a quantity of 1), nothing has been delivered. I am going to seek legal action to get a refund (which I asked for 4 days ago). By the way, these were going to be Christmas gifts. Thanks Mobstub for $#*!ing that up too.
Will never do business with them again and will advise everyone to do the same.

I ordered the Princess ring and it happen to come in damaged, so I e-mail them and they responded in less than an hour. Ilana asked me to send him a picture of the damaged part, so I did and they will be sending me a replacement. Awesome company.

I received a defective item. Contacted them and sent pictures. Next thing I know Lilly is sending a replacement. No issues! I'm thrilled at the ease of doing business from ordering thru product issues. You do it right! Thank you Lilly and ModStub.
The customer service was great. Very prompt in responding. Shipping took a while but they at least responded within a day when I inquired about that. The product however was terrible. They advertised 1800 thread count sheets. When I received was not 1800 thread count sheets. I knew it was too good to be true. The sheets are garbage. Of course all they said was "Sorry you don't like them" not lets refund you or anything like that. When the sheets arrived the package said 1800 - Made in China. Nothing at all said thread count on the package. So, they did false advertising because their website said 1800 Thread Count Sheets. I will not buy from them again.
I ordered a shoulder bag from this company and it did come. It is much smaller than I hoped for but it may be my fault if the dimensions were on the site. The bag has a HORRIBLE SMELL! I could never use this because of the chemical smell. I could even give it to Good Will because it is too bad. I tried to call them but the number is no longer in service. How can they have the BBB on their site? I emailed them and got some electronic email back that someone would email me about this. I must have missed the "no return" policy on the site. There is another internet company that is a scam like this one: phonebibi. Do not order from either! I am going to contact the BBB. I have learned my lesson; order only from reputable dependable companies and do your homework before ordering!
I have ordered several items & they gave always been exactly as described for a really great price & super quick shippin. When I contacted customer service with a question they were speedy in their response & completely helpful!
My customer explained that a major product gel cushion foot wraps, which I purchase and ship on a continuous basis arrived without the gel cushioning. Once, I had my customer upload, clear, pictures of everything that arrive, along with a clear copy of the receipt or invoice, Mobstub was there to immediately help rectify the situation and ship out another set to my customers... I am thankful and do Bless this service and business.

I placed an order with items and they got 2 of them wrong. 1) a package of 6 pairs of socks, I received 3 and had to contact customer service, they sent 2 more pairs, 2)order boot cuffs in white and received black, contacted customer service with no response.
The products were ok, just a hassle dealing with the company.
The item's booklet says the contact gel is included, but it was not sent with the Acupointer. I told Customer Service and they said "I would like to confirm that this item is not advertised as coming with contact gel. It seems that this item can be used with or without." I tried to use it without the gel and it did not work. Their statement is false, saying it is not advertised as coming with the contact gel because the booklet has it listed in their packing list. I have asked for a return label and they will not answer me.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
