I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get my prescription. I have been told various things by various customer service reps. When what I was told did not happen, I called back and was told that there is no record of what was to have happened noted on my account. I was lied to multiple time by more than one representative. This appears to be the norm for Optum. If I had another option I would absolutely NOT use Optum. They are the worst. Avoid them if you can.
I ordered 4 items. Received 1 item I did not order, 1 turned my finger green within hours, even at being gold plated it should not have, 1 appears to be fine and the other I am still waiting to receive. Not a good experience. I will not order again nor will I recommend Mobstub to anyone.
