I have ordered multiple times from MobStub and I can honestly say I have been pleased with the quality of all the items I've purchased. They're always a great value, significantly less than I would pay elsewhere, and the customer service is fantastic. I've received the wrong item one time, and once I notified them, it was corrected immediately and the correct item was sent ASAP. Patience is required on some of the orders, and I understand sometimes it takes a little time to get what you want. It's a great company and I will shop with them for a long time!
After reading some mixed reviews about MobStub online, I was a little nervous about ordering but read they had a new customer service team in place so I decided to give them a try anyway and I'm glad I did. I ordered a number of small items which arrived in separate batches. One set of items was lost by the post office so I contacted MobStub and they followed up immediately and continued to work with me until the items arrived. I was very happy with the products and the customer service. Everything arrived quickly and as advertised. I would definitely order again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. They exceeded my expectations!
I got frightened when I read something on my computer saying derogatory things about MobStub. I've had nothing but helpful people and I love the items I purchased. I will continue to purchase from MobStub. SR in PA
I found these shoes on Mobstub and decided to try a pair. The first pair got lost in the mail and I wrote customer service. My customer service person, Hannah, wrote me back confirming they were indeed lost in the mail and sent another. I did get the second pair like she said and I love them! They are the Dawgs women's Z sandal and are super comfortable! If you're looking for a comfortable shoes that's also cute and priced right you should give them a try. Customer service is great also!
Don't shot here! I recently purchased bathroom mats and toilet covers and the covers are entirely too small. I have been trying to work with Mobstub's support but they are giving me the run around and not providing the information i need to return the items! I don't have this kind of an issue with Amazon. I will NOT shop here again and you should not...
I ordered two sets of the Air Alert air valve covers, and immediately installed them on my wife's car and my grandson's car. They both welcomed them because they are so easy to see and read. One of the valve covers leaked and I had to remove it. I sent an IM to the company and they immediately sent me a new set. I have had no problem with the others. My wife and Grandson enjoy being able to see the alerts and know that their tires are safe. Thank you MobStub...
I made a purchase for two items. A couple of days later when I went to check the status of my order I noticed that there was a duplicate order entered on my account a minute later. Both orders showed they were "processing". I sent an email to customer service requesting that they cancel the second order. They replied stating they couldn't because the orders had already "been sent to shipped" and referred me to their return policy (which is "we don't accept returns"). They finally agreed to accept a return at my expense when I told them I was going to dispute the second charge on my credit card. It has been over a week and I have received two of the same items but have yet to receive the other two items which seems to keep getting delayed.
I could not find a number to call for customer service.
I have had issues with orders at amazon and got the exact opposite response!
I was shipped a broken bracelet and they took care of it so quickly.
However the provider shipped the wrong one.
Extra kudos to Lilly for helping me figure out how to send the photo so that they would know exactly what happened. She was so patient with me and I appreciate that
I have dealt with mobstub for some time and have always been pleased with my orders. I recently ordered an item of jewelry but when it arrived it wasn't what I had ordered. Customer Service acknowledged my email within hours and despatched a replacement within days. I was very impressed with the way in which they dealt with my complaint and would thoroughly recommend them for their first class service, which was not only very efficient, but conducted in a very polite manner also.
I had the pleasure recently to be helped with a question I had about an order from Mobstub by Ilana. She is fantastic! She answered my question promptly and professionally, followed up with me and was pleasant and charming. She added to the great experience, to be sure. Not only did I receive a great product at a great price, I was helped by this charming woman. If her boss reads this, give her a raise!
I have sent numerous emails asking when the additional item I ordered and paid for would be shipped. NO REPLY! Is this how they do business? Only part of orders are shipped but you are charged for all items ordered? NO HAPPY!
I ordered Gold Heart Necklace for a Mother's Day gift and it had some flaws on it. I contacted customer service and it was promptly replaced by your rep Esther. It was very pretty and the price quite reasonable. My Mom loved it.

I've ordered quite a few things from Mobstub and have been very happy with it all. From bracelets to a doggie shedding brush to earrings and more. Each time I order I am very happy with my product. I would say don't order something and expect it in a week, order ahead so you will get your items in time for a gift.
I ordered a pink bluetooth headset. It didn't work, there was no contact information enclosed. I found their phone number on my bank account. I called it and was told to send an email. I sent it after I returned the headset using the enclosed sticker. I waited three weeks, no response. I sent another email I received a very rude email response, saying that I didn't follow return policy. What return policy? There was no policy inside of the package I received with the headset, just a return sticker, which I used. They are horrible and I will never ordered anything else from them. I hope that the $22 plus A S&@H PLUS taxes is worth a bad review.
Note that Mobstub does NOT have a customer service phone number and their online 'help' responses appears to be computer-generated. Example: I ordered item A, quantity of 3. I was shipped item B, quantity of 3. I sent an email explaining this and gave item numbers of both items, the incorrect one, B, and the one I was supposed to receive, A. The response I got was "We have confirmed that you ordered..." item A.
Guess I will have to call credit card company next.
I bought a small leather cross-body bag on 9/4/17. Finally arrived 9/23 and it's defective. The strap was attached incorrectly so it can't be worn. I won't even try to return based on the trouble getting it. I'm going to take it to a shoe repair place and see if they can remove the strap and reattach correctly. Ugh.
I have contacted customer service by email several times and have heard the same story---the link will be fixed by next week. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and encourage everyone with this problem to do as well.
Seems very similar to others stories, I ordered the Bluetooth headphones 3 weeks ago, very disappointed with both MobStub and USPS. After tracking the package for a week an half, I sent a complaint to USPS because the tracking was showing the package still at the sorting facility. USPS was supposed to notify me within 2 days. Never received notification from USPS. This has been a waste of my time and learned my lesson, next time I will check up on a site that's offering items on sell. Seemed like a good idea and their site seems legit, but the got me. All I can do now is call it a $30 loss and not be tricked so easily by the next company.

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
