I made a purchase for two items. A couple of days later when I went to check the status of my order I noticed that there was a duplicate order entered on my account a minute later. Both orders showed they were "processing". I sent an email to customer service requesting that they cancel the second order. They replied stating they couldn't because the orders had already "been sent to shipped" and referred me to their return policy (which is "we don't accept returns"). They finally agreed to accept a return at my expense when I told them I was going to dispute the second charge on my credit card. It has been over a week and I have received two of the same items but have yet to receive the other two items which seems to keep getting delayed.
I could not find a number to call for customer service.
I have had issues with orders at amazon and got the exact opposite response!
