First of all, all customer service is through emails, no telephone so expect to be patient waiting for a response. They sell poor quality items at cheap prices and do not stand behind the product. NO returns! You buy cheap, you get cheap. They requested pictures then said my items were not defective. Unsewn seams isn't defective? Enough said.
I stupidly bought four solar phone chargers for a camping trip next week. Two days in the sun and it never charged to even half. Tried to plug into my phone and it barely went up 1% in an hour. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
The pop-up in my morning mail looked good: a Swaroski and Murano bead bracelet. The product in reality was cheap in appearance and worse, too short for my very tiny wrist. (The bracelet measures less than seven inches in length, actually, long enough to fit a young girl. Not returnable, of course. Swaroski crystals? Really cheap plastic. My lesson? Research and research again the company you're ordering from. Let's hope these people go out of business in short order.
I was shocked after receiving 2 necklaces I purchased at $15 a piece. I was not expecting high end materials but this does not even qualify as decent costume jewelry. This is what I would expect to see at $1 dollar store. DON'T DO IT! I believe there is a reason you can not zoom in on many images. Go to Target or Charming Charlie for inexpensive stuff, not here. TERRIBLE!

I emailed MobStub and they immediately, without question, sent me another unit --- which is working fine!
I have a Valencia blue cross body purse. I put a few items into bag and draped it over head. It ripped immediately. I couldn't find out how to contact them. When I did, I was told it was past the 30 day return. There was nothing they could do. No, they won't do anything for me. I am never ordering anything from them. Stay clear! They're " customer Service" stinks. They have none,
I received an order that was not what I thought I was ordering and at one point they agreed and sent me another pair that still were not what I ordered. After 2 weeks of daily emails and no number to contact them and they reused to call me they said keep what you have and refused to ship the flops I wanted. So now I have 3 pairs 1 I had previously ordered and 2 I don't need or want!
Blocking them and would recommend not wasting your time!
We ordered a Selfie Stick, when it arrived we were unable to pair with our cell phones, called Customer Service. They apologized and they would send another one, the package arrived in a few days. The package had been torn open & Selfie Sick was missing. We contacted customer service again saying thank you & explained what happened and did not expect them to do anymore for us. Within about five days they sent a third one. It works wonderfully and we are totally impressed with MobStub products and Customer Service. A+ for Quality & Service
I ordered a Slim Retro Gaming Device with 500 Games Built In recently and it was delivered on May 8,2020. The device didn't work. It kept making a static noise and the screen remained blue and blank when the device was powered on. It did nothing else no matter how long I waited. Emailed their support team with a photo that I also attached to this review, and was originally ignored. Emailed again and the only response I received back was that they showed the item was delivered. Emailed again and said I wasn't having trouble with delivery, but with the device. Repeatedly stated the device didn't work and that I wanted to exchange it for one that did and I am not getting any response. Do not spend your money here.
I ordered the necklace "I love you to the moon and back". It was very cheaply made, and within the first few hours of my 13 yr old wearing it, the charm was lost and fell off off. Also... DO NOT ORDER from this site... my CC number was stolen thru this site... check their reviews!
I have ordered from MobStub for awhile now. I always receive my items quickly and they are always great products. Of all my orders, I've only had one that came to me with a piece missing. I emailed them and they replaced it immediately!

Just made my first purchase from mob stub! Was a little weary at first but i ordered anyway... so hapy i did! Im going back for more later today, order was shipped in les than a week! Everything was as ordered could nt be happier
Although the post office said my item was delivered, it was not delivered to my mailbox. Hoping there was some form of insurance that might help, I contacted MobStub's customer service. I had a replacement in less than a week even though it certainly wasn't their fault that I didn't get the first one. This company is terrific!
I occasionally order things from MobStub that I see on facebook with mixed results. The communication and shipping is always spot on, however, the quality of the items is a bit spotty. I have ordered two different Bluetooth headsets that have been subpar as far as signal strength. Everything else I've ordered has been pretty decent. Prices are really superb so I'm not surprised that I occasionally get a dud item.
The products are far better than anticipated. For the price, I was expecting 'junk'. Was very surprised by the quality. Will definitely recommend mobstub to friends and family, and will be shopping from them again.

Nothing but Kudos for the prompt response I got when there was a minor problem with the item having a defect. They quickly responded and resolved the issue. Sent a replacement the very next day. Excellent!
My inexpensive wallet/purse broke just before Christmas. So I thought Id splurge and get myself an all leather purse at Nordstrom and put it under the tree for myself. That thought disappeared, when I looked at the price tags. The one I liked with all the credit card pockets cost $248!#@#! I then went to Macy's. While I found a reasonable facsimile for $140, Im not irrational enough to purchase one that expensive. Then I found the MobStub site... I don't know how, but I'm thrilled that I did. I found a lovely super soft all leather cross-body purse for only $18 with all the pockets I could ask for. I wasn't expecting much, but the photo looked good. When it arrived in I couldn't believe my good fortune. It's as good as any of the purses I looked at that cost a hundred dollars more. I am now waiting for some jewelry to arrive. Can hardly wait. I'm spreading the word!
I Purchased A Fitness Tracker which had problems from day one. I tried to fight thru them but after 2 weeks the unit finally died. I bought the unit thru Mob Stub. But I was seeking help thru the manufacturer. It took me 3 days to get thru. They wanted $6.50 in a money order to send the unit back. Thought that was to much of a hassle so I contacted Mob Stub and dealt with Lilly. She was Awesome! After explaining to her my situation with out hesitation or cost a Brand New Unit is on it's way! I will be a Mob Stub Customer for Life because of the Excellent Customer Service I received! Great Job Lilly and Mob Stub!
