I Purchased A Fitness Tracker which had problems from day one. I tried to fight thru them but after 2 weeks the unit finally died. I bought the unit thru Mob Stub. But I was seeking help thru the manufacturer. It took me 3 days to get thru. They wanted $6.50 in a money order to send the unit back. Thought that was to much of a hassle so I contacted Mob Stub and dealt with Lilly. She was Awesome! After explaining to her my situation with out hesitation or cost a Brand New Unit is on it's way! I will be a Mob Stub Customer for Life because of the Excellent Customer Service I received! Great Job Lilly and Mob Stub!
